I received an email the day before we arrived saying if we were arriving after hours we had to phone in and get the gate access code. So we phoned, firstly it was very hard to reach anyone by phone and second when someone answered finally they said we didn’t need a gate access code because there was someone there 24/7. Fine we ubered there at 11:30 pm and the gate was locked to access the property and the machine to dial some number was broken. We were about to go back to the airport to sleep there overnight for our early morning flight when some customer staying at the hotel was leaving to go to McDonald’s across the street so we basically snuck in. There are two buildings and there was a staff member manning the service desk in one of them so she did give us our room key. Terribly inconvenient checkin experience. The room was clean so I was happy for that. Just very unwelcoming for checking and lack of good communication. Access codes for the gate should be emailed out to customers who say they are checking in late. Honestly we would have gone back to the airport had not the one guy been doing a run to McDonald’s. Would not recommend and will not personally stay here again.

Not sure where to start. I’ve never written a negative review. I thought since this place had an 8.2, very good review it would at least be decent. But that was not our experience. Check in was confusing. The elevator didn’t work. There weren’t sheets on the bed and the stained mattresses weee disgusting. And stained comforters. There was dirt in the comforters and in the beds. Someone knocked on our door at 3 o’clock in the morning. I can’t be certain but I’m pretty sure my daughter got pink eye from sleeping in one of the beds. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel experience in our families travel careers. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its affordable price.

Le Première Classe de St Witz a toujours d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix 💸 Les chambres sont propres. Le parking est gratuit est suffisamment grand (pour cet hôtel et le campanile juste en face). Le personnel était agréable au matin (pas vu l'équipe du soir). Borne extérieure au parking, parfait pour récupérer sa clef, même en arrivant tardivement (code du parking récupéré dans la journée en indiquant qu'on arriverait tard). On y vient régulièrement, et on y est toujours très bien.. Petit couac : un joint de la porte de douche était dégradé, donc l'eau coulait un peu en dehors, mais c'est quelque chose qu'il suffit de changer, pas de la saleté comme on a pu avoir ailleurs

We arrived late at night in the rain and it wasn't easy to gain access. The key machine is near the car park entrance not the lobby. It was a long process. Only one key so when my husband went to get some food I was in pitch black. Late on a large group of people who didn't seem to be guests were in the lobby. All that said the hotel was fine for the price and handy for a stopover.

Au top ! La situation, choix de Fast Food resto à priximite, propreté de l’hôtel, le calme, parking sécurisé j’enlève une étoile pour le prix des taxes … annoncé 9€75 sur le site et plus de 15€ arrivée à l’hôtel ! Selon une augmentation de taxe au 1er janvier, nous sommes en août !!!

C'est un ancien Première Classe qui a été changé en B&B. Rien a redire, c'est propre, confortable, silencieux et la douche est top. Excellent petit déjeuner aussi le matin. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous a donné des oreillers supplémentaires.

Je n'ai pas passé un mauvais séjour en soit mais il y a plusieurs petites choses qui ont été embêtantes. Mais commençons par le positif : propre, restaurants à proximité, CDG aéroport proche en voiture. Pour le reste. Wifi aléatoire. L'hôtel est composé de 3 bâtiments, celui où se trouve l'accueil n'est pas clairement identifié à l'extérieur (c'est celui du milieu). L'isolation phonique dans le bâtiment où j'étais n'était pas bonne : j'entendais ce que faisait le voisin (aller aux toilettes, prendre sa douche...). Ça ne me dérange mais cela m'a rendu perplexe : le ménage a duré jusque tard (je crois que lorsque je suis sorti manger vers 19h, il y avait encore des draps dehors). Et j'ai aussi vu un des membres du personnel frapper à la porte, dire que c'est le ménage et rentrer sans réellement attendre... Honnêtement, la chambre ne valait pas son prix (+ de 150€). Si j'y suis allée, c'est parce que je n'avais pas le choix et ce sera la même chose si je dois y revenir.

We picked it because it was close to the airport and it had AC. I actually canceled a vacation rental that didn't have AC to stay there. The AC didn't work. We got there and the room was an non-smoking, but smelled like smoke. The white towels were brownish. There were also lots of mosquitos and red bugs smashed on the walls in the room. Really disappointed.

Le tout à pied Séjour agréable / Hôtel sympa 👍

Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is small and AC would turn off in the night. Area seems run down, and there were tons of mosquitoes. Expedia advertised room as a double and a twin, not a bunk bed. Hotel does not have any triple rooms that are not bunk beds; they are bunk or crib mattresses.

Hôtel basique avec des prix abordables pour une Famille. Le prix des petits déjeuners est abordable pour une fois dans un hôtel. Les chambres sont petites pour les Famille et au dernier étage, sans ascenseur à prendre en compte si on a des grosses valises

I received an email the day before we arrived saying if we were arriving after hours we had to phone in and get the gate access code. So we phoned, firstly it was very hard to reach anyone by phone and second when someone answered finally they said we didn’t need a gate access code because there was someone there 24/7. Fine we ubered there at 11:30 pm and the gate was locked to access the property and the machine to dial some number was broken. We were about to go back to the airport to sleep there overnight for our early morning flight when some customer staying at the hotel was leaving to go to McDonald’s across the street so we basically snuck in. There are two buildings and there was a staff member manning the service desk in one of them so she did give us our room key. Terribly inconvenient checkin experience. The room was clean so I was happy for that. Just very unwelcoming for checking and lack of good communication. Access codes for the gate should be emailed out to customers who say they are checking in late. Honestly we would have gone back to the airport had not the one guy been doing a run to McDonald’s. Would not recommend and will not personally stay here again.

Excellent quality for a budget hotel. Friendly staff and a good few places to eat nearby. Lovely park/lake within 10 minutes of hotel where we saw lots of wildlife like fish and otters.

The reception staff were good and tried their best. But the breakfast service was terrible. First day I was told breakfast times were from 07.00-10.30am and when I got in at 10.00 every thing was being cleared and was not even allowed a cup of coffee even though I had paid for the breakfast. Breakfast on the second day, at 09.15 am most of the food stuff had run out, the manager was not to be seen to monitor it. I had to complain that there was no croissants, eggs etc Rashida the manager came to look at it, she rolled her eyes, shrugged showed could not care attitude, her assistant was extremely rude and both could not offer any apologies! Instead started saying ‘no English, Arab, Arab, suggesting we speak Arabic’! With 2024 Olympics approaching this is a really poor attitude to show to English speaking travellers. We don’t ever complain, we are seasoned and experienced travellers and been to a lot of B&B hotels but the breakfast service here was poor.

Hôtel choisi pour son emplacement. Malheureusement en cours de migration des logiciels suite à la reprise des hôtels 1ere clase par les b&b hotels. Attente très longue pour l'enregistrement, les personnes (heureusement 5 à l'accueil mais seulement 1 assistée d'une seconde) étaient visiblement perdues et ne savaient plus les chambres attribuées ou non. Je compatis car un changement de logiciel n'est jamais simple surtout en pleine heure de pointe. Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner qui fait le job mais sans plus. J'espère juste que cette désorganisation était due au changement d'enseigne. J'aurais aimé être avertie lors de ma réservation que l'hotel était en pleine migration et que l'enregistrement pouvait être long.

C'est un ancien Première Classe qui a été changé en B&B. Rien a redire, c'est propre, confortable, silencieux et la douche est top. Excellent petit déjeuner aussi le matin. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous a donné des oreillers supplémentaires.
