l'équipe a été bienveillante et professionnelle;la piscine,la salle de fitness ont été un vrai plus,la chambre confort est spacieuse,très propre. Je n'étais pas mécontent de mon choix car d'autres hôtels réputés sont à proximité sans offrir autant de confort. Sa proximité au parc Asterix est un vrai plus également.

Venligt personale. Godt værelse. Poolen var så overfyldt, at vi ikke kunne bade i den, både af hotelgæster (og private). Døren til træningslokalet var låst og kunne ikke åvnes med vores nøglekort. Meget ovrskuelig madområde.

Propreté douteuse dans la chambre. Une vraie decharge aux abords de la piscine pendant toute la journée. Service dépassé et manque de compréhension à nos attentes. Jacuzzy a peine utilisable (1 seul mode sur 3 disponible). Sauna en panne. Heureusement qu’on en a pas eu pour trop cher et que ce n’etait qu’une nuit.

Generally a nice place to stay. Clean and generally helpful staff. Gym was a waste of time as half the equiptment not functional. Jacuzzi and sauna lovely except no heat in the jacuzzi. Air conditioning in the rooms seemed to have a restricted lower temp of 24! So we were hot at night!

Forte odeur d'égout qui sort de la douche, pommeau de douche cassé, pas d'eau chaude au lavabo Jaccuzzi très agréable mais une eau à 26 degrés, je grelottais au lieu de me détendre Les prix sont trop élevés. 8,45€ de frais de séjour/pers/nuit. Petit déjeuner à 19€ / adulte et 9€/ enfant que je trouve abusé au vu du buffet Aucune isolation phonique. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, notamment le personnel de disputer dès 7h30

Très bon accueil, explications claires et précises. Les installations, que ce soit la salle de sport, le spa ou le sauna, sont très propres et pratiques. Si je peux me permettre, juste le matelas du canapé lit légèrement dur. Pour le reste, le service est à la hauteur du prix. J'y reviendrai sans problème !

La chambre était confortable pour une famille de 2 enfants, ces derniers avaient chacun leur lit, très apprécié. L'espace piscine était agréable, mais le spa était non fonctionnel, décevant. Le plancher de la douche était brisé ( chambre 312), on avait peur que ça défonce. Le directeur de l'hôtel, très sympathique, nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Que dire.. seul point positif le lit, on y dort bien et le personnel était accueillant. Points négatifs : Hôtel trés sale dans l'ensemble, dans la chambres traces au plafond, sur les murs de la salle de bain, traces sur les miroirs et de la poussières sur les meubles qui ne date pas de la veille. Il y avais une réception le jour de notre arrivée, des cris toute la nuit et beaucoup de bruits. Le lendemain au petit déjeuner rien n'a etait nettoyé dans le hall ni dans la salle du PDJ, des traces collantes parterre et des miettes partout. Nous etions les premiers pourtant au PDJ... Un aspirateur traîné en dessous de la présentation des thès. Le petit déjeuné, le coté salé etait froid, le pain était racis et la brioche etait dure et immangeable. Les pots avec les confitures, le miel et le Nutella etait la depuis un moment déjà. Pour la chambre, pas de pressions d'eau dans la douche et la climatisation bloquée sur froid. Tres déçu de notre séjour, nous ne reviendrons plus.

Hotel molto carino situato in un distretto hotellerie molto bello e funzionale in particolare per viaggi di lavoro nota stonata personale assente pulizie assenti in 7 giorni di soggiorno non sono state mai cambiate le lenzuola le pulizie della camera a giorni alterni e fatte male. Insomma un peccato per un 4 stelle.

at the check-in the asked to pay the full amount again telling me that the payment didn't go through until i showed them my bank account transaction on my phone and the payment confirmation from expedia, and at the checkout they asked to pay for the breakfast that i already payed for at check-in . room was fine but dirty, towels were old , not even one bottle of water in the room and only one coffee capsule for two adults and one child in the Suite,1Queen Bed with Sofa bed .

No air conditioning in the rooms yet as is to early they said but outside is 29 degrees. Always the same issue in this place. They locked the climate control in the rooms and you as a guest paying don’t have access to control the temperature. Nice place but when comes to heat or cooling rooms they are very uncomfortable.

Très bon Hotel ça fait plusieurs années que j'y réserve mes chambres il y a quand même un énorme problème, les douches pas de pression éviter par exemple la 202. Autrement rien à dire d'autre sur cette établissement sympathique

at the check-in the asked to pay the full amount again telling me that the payment didn't go through until i showed them my bank account transaction on my phone and the payment confirmation from expedia, and at the checkout they asked to pay for the breakfast that i already payed for at check-in . room was fine but dirty, towels were old , not even one bottle of water in the room and only one coffee capsule for two adults and one child in the Suite,1Queen Bed with Sofa bed .

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Since Air France canceled many flights they increased the price tremendously. It has nothing special. Rooms are good, but it´s not a nice building and place. I am glad I only had to stay there for 1 night.

Was een goed verblijf. Super te bereiken vanaf de snel weg. En er naast verschillende restaurants voor het diner. Ik miste wel wat diner: een fles water op de kamer is gewoon makkelijk dat die er staat. Qua ontbijt was oké maar ook daar miste ik wel echt wat dingen; gewoon water, fruit voor in de yoghurt en muesli of granola of iets. Thee was ook enorm beperkt. De broodjes waren heerlijk. Ontbijt zou ik als dingen worden toegevoegd volgende keer weer nemen.

Checkin : ok Petit déjeuner catastrophique. Pas de couvert, pas d'assiettes, toutes les tables sont sales et la moitié est inoccupée. Le buffet chaud est ... vide. Pas de pain (il cuit), pas de chaud. Une table nous est libérée par un membre du personnel qui l'essuie avec une serviette en papier. Choix de nourriture très limité à cette heure (9h30). Le personnel semble dépassé par les événements. Impossible d'obtenir la liste des aliments que mon épouse peut manger sans danger (cad sans gluten). Bref, on ne reviendra pas.

Even for a budget hotel, this fell short. All carpets need a serious deep clean, everywhere was just a bit shabby. Our room was large but needed massively updating and cleaning. It smelt of stale smoke. Broken lights, chipped wood, makeup stains on the bedding. Staff were very unhelpful. The one saving grace according to my children was that there was a pool table in reception. However, they were told they weren't allowed to play on it as they were under 16. Stay here with great caution. It's close to parc asterix but there are much better options for a similar price.

It breaks my heart to give this hotel a negative review but honesty is important. I have stayed here probably 100 times and i love it for many reasons, however the standards here are dipping. St Witz has many hotels in a small perimeter and this one is not cheap. It has the added attraction of offering a small fitness room, sauna and whirlpool. However on my last 6 trip either one of the sauna or whirlpool has not been working. Once is understandable.. but 6 times is unacceptable. On 3 occasions the hotel has hosted a Jewish festival which has attracted many gyest. No problem here except the level of noise. Add to this you have had children unsupervised in the fitness room playing and throwing things around.. this is dangerous and i felt uncomfortable to the point i had to leave that area. On this particular stay i was unable to access the Internet and when i spoke to reception about it tge lady simply confirmed that she couldn't get any Internet connection either. This therefore meant i could not do the work i had planned which was a problem with my job. It seens the hotel is "penny pinching" but not investing and saving on cost. A colleague of mine asked the reception staff what happened to the sweets that you akways use to have on the counter. That has also disappeared along with these little touches that made this place stand out as one of the best in St Witz. I have to say these things publicly in the hope that you address this review. I hope to see improvement.
