Super sødt personale. Hotel ligger lidt uden for centrum, men der er gratis shuttlebusser til nærmeste metrostation. Rigtigt dårlig wifi på værelset, men det ødelægger ikke helhedsoplevelsen.

Séjour suite a un concert d'une artiste ultra connue américaine passant par Milan, bon accès au stade de San siro, hôtel nickel sauf que samedi soir restaurant fermé, aucune information à ce sujet et nous étions fatigués et pas franchement envie de découvrir la zone industrielle environnante. Mauvais point pour Best Western

El hotel y el servicio como siempre de 10. Es perfecto para ir a la feria sobre todo si vas en coche. Tiene parking a cielo descubierto que cierran por lo que caben furgonetas altas. El servicio de recepción y de comedor es impecable, mejor que 10. Como única pega, decir que al ser miembro Gold entra un desayuno diario y siempre Somos dos personas, por lo que debería entrar el desayuno para dos. Volveré sin duda.

Le séjour passé à Milan avec mon conjoint était juste magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon moment à l'hôtel. C'est trés calme, les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna et une piscine et d'une salle de sport. La déco est superbe et nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner. La navette était gratuite et le personnel aimable et on a eu un service rapide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel

Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Gratis Snacks gab es zum Champions League Finale (Milano vs Paris) an der Bar, Lobby. Der Pool war sauber. Bademantel gab es gratis an der Rezeption. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin nun schon öfters hier im Hotel gewesen und bin sehr Zufrieden. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Pool und Fitnessraum. Viele Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und kostenpflichtige im Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet aber nicht modern, sie könnten für den Preis was die Übernachtung kostet renoviert und vor allem moderniesiert werden. Was ich sehr schlecht finde das es nur 1 Steckdose neben dem Bett gibt. Das Restaurants ist gut und auch ein guter Service aber etwas teuer. Die Bar ist sehr angenehm und super Freundliches Personal.

Zimmer sind auch grundsätzlich sehr gut ausser so sachen wie verkalkte Duschköpfe und kaputte oder alte Dichtungen im Bad an und um die Dusche herum. Maintenance ist generell eher schlecht auch die Gerät im Gym sind zum Teil kaputt und benõtigen Reparaturen oder ersatz!!

Camera pulita, ampio bagno con grande doccia, riscaldamento perfetto letto molto comodo, presenti anche un tavolino rotondo con 2 poltroncine. Parcheggio, piscina riscaldata, palestra, struttura completa. Lo staff molto gentile disponibile ed esaustivo.

Es una opción excelente si vas en coche. El personal y el servicio es excelente. El desayuno está muy bien y es muy completo. La habitación está bien pero el baño debería actualizarse ya que se ve un poco antiguo. Tiene un parking exterior muy cómodo si vas en coche o en furgoneta. El hotel es conveniente para ir a la feria pero no si vas a Milán. Debo decir que todo el personal, recepción, desayuno, comedor es de 10 u hay que felicitarles por si bien trabajo. Sin duda volveré

Una bella struttura a pochi chilometri da Milano e da entrambi i poli fieristici della città. Ampi, moderni e ben arredati gli spazi comuni. Buono il servizio in generale ed il personale. Le stanze standard avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento.

Meget slidt og ældre hotel hvor pris og kvalitet ikke hænger sammen!! Man reklamere med at man har aircondition på alle værelserne men problemet er bare at der er der ikke! Hotellet har valgt at slukke for hele aircondition på hele hotellet fortæller de i receptionen! Det er på ingen måder i orden vi var 14 mennesker afsted som alle måtte op hver nat for at åbne vinduer mm. Med dertil hørerede trafikstøj og larm med åbne vinduer! Ingen opgradering som goldmember på hotels.com Alt i alt en skidt oplevelse.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel pour nous rendre au concert au Stade juste à côté. Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse la déco salle de bain est un peu vieillotte. Nous avons seulement été un peu déçu par les services proposés. Rentrant un peu tard nous aurions aimé boire un coca (il faisait super chaud) il n'y avait rien dans le mini bar à part des bouteilles d'eau. Je trouve que le choix est limité pour un 4 étoiles et évidemment le bar de l'hôtel était fermé même le veilleur de nuit n'a pas été en mesure de nous servir. Dans ce cas-là peut-être mettre un distributeur de boisson ou remplir les mini bar. Deuxième petit bémol il y avait bien une bouilloire dans la chambre mais avec uniquement de sachets de thé sans théine. Habituellement on trouve des sachets de café instantané mais pas là dommage car on a l'habitude de prendre un petit café juste avant de partir une fois les valises faites. La réceptionniste nous a dit que personne n'en avait fait la demande jusqu'à maintenant c'est pour cela qu'il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres mais elle a été sympa elle nous a offert de café à notre départ pour compenser le manque. Donc expérience mitigée sur ce séjour d'une nuit où nous avons dû payer les deux bouteilles d'eau et la place de parking de l'hôtel alors que dans l'annonce il est noté parking gratuit, mais tout en étant bien situé, propre et avec une literie confortable.

Je trouve que le choix est limité pour un 4 étoiles et évidemment le bar de l'hôtel était fermé même le veilleur de nuit n'a pas été en mesure de nous servir. Dans ce cas-là peut-être mettre un distributeur de boisson ou remplir les mini bar. Deuxième petit bémol il y avait bien une bouilloire dans la chambre mais avec uniquement de sachets de thé sans théine. Habituellement on trouve des sachets de café instantané mais pas là dommage car on a l'habitude de prendre un petit café juste avant de partir une fois les valises faites. La réceptionniste nous a dit que personne n'en avait fait la demande jusqu'à maintenant c'est pour cela qu'il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres mais elle a été sympa elle nous a offert de café à notre départ pour compenser le manque. Donc expérience mitigée sur ce séjour d'une nuit où nous avons dû payer les deux bouteilles d'eau et la place de parking de l'hôtel alors que dans l'annonce il est noté parking gratuit, mais tout en étant bien situé, propre et avec une literie confortable.

Staff was nice and helpful. They had no A/C as they stated it was their cool season however the temperatures were in the high 70s. My room was on the 3rd floor and very uncomfortable every night. I tried to open window but ended up both times with several mosquito bites. It was a nice hotel overall.

Struttura ben tenuta, facilmente raggiungibile e a pochi chilometri da Milano. Ottima per una notte se viaggiate per lavoro. Buona la colazione ed il livello di servizi in generale. La camera spaziosa e con buon materasso.

Our check in and check out process was very underwhelming. The woman that checked us in and out was sort just there to do nothing more than her job….meaning, no smile, no pleasant greeting or interaction. Just checked us in and out and sent us on our way. It was very cold. As clean and as nice as the room was, this interaction doesn’t make us want to return. There was a restaurant in the hotel that we would have went to, but it was closed. No vending machines anywhere and not once did I see a staff member or employee in the hallway to ask a question. Very odd hotel. Breakfast was just ok.

El hotel y el servicio como siempre de 10. Es perfecto para ir a la feria sobre todo si vas en coche. Tiene parking a cielo descubierto que cierran por lo que caben furgonetas altas. El servicio de recepción y de comedor es impecable, mejor que 10. Como única pega, decir que al ser miembro Gold entra un desayuno diario y siempre Somos dos personas, por lo que debería entrar el desayuno para dos. Volveré sin duda.

Le séjour passé à Milan avec mon conjoint était juste magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon moment à l'hôtel. C'est trés calme, les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna et une piscine et d'une salle de sport. La déco est superbe et nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner. La navette était gratuite et le personnel aimable et on a eu un service rapide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel

Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Gratis Snacks gab es zum Champions League Finale (Milano vs Paris) an der Bar, Lobby. Der Pool war sauber. Bademantel gab es gratis an der Rezeption. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Generell ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kostenloses Parken, guter Fitnessraum. Großer Innen Pool. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant im Hause. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind auch grundsätzlich sehr gut ausser so sachen wie verkalkte Duschköpfe und kaputte oder alte Dichtungen im Bad an und um die Dusche herum. Maintenance ist generell eher schlecht auch die Gerät im Gym sind zum Teil kaputt und benõtigen Reparaturen oder ersatz!!

La habitación está bien pero el baño debería actualizarse ya que se ve un poco antiguo. Tiene un parking exterior muy cómodo si vas en coche o en furgoneta. El hotel es conveniente para ir a la feria pero no si vas a Milán. Debo decir que todo el personal, recepción, desayuno, comedor es de 10 u hay que felicitarles por si bien trabajo. Sin duda volveré

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel pour nous rendre au concert au Stade juste à côté. Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse la déco salle de bain est un peu vieillotte. Ich bin nun schon öfters hier im Hotel gewesen und bin sehr Zufrieden. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Pool und Fitnessraum. Viele Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und kostenpflichtige im Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet aber nicht modern, sie könnten für den Preis was die Übernachtung kostet renoviert und vor allem moderniesiert werden.
