Outdoor and jacuzzi needs repair and bad smell around jacuzzi!

The property need more cleaning detail. We stayed 4 nights, our room 401 was with no iron board o iron. I called for one and they make my husband go get it at the front desk. Driving around is easy and pretty safe. The property is at the beach, however is not access to it because is surrounded by rocks. We will definitely comeback in the future, parking was always available too!! Is a nice place to be away from home for a bit!!

Loved the room view, the infinity pool, for pit at night at the restaurant. The only negative was we were never able to get towels for the pool. They told my husband they ran out twice.

The jacuzzi didn’t work

It was a great resort, but the spa did not work. It was broken. The second pool was not heated. It was cold, but had a good time.

Beautiful view,clean and great people that work there. Internet service was limited to certain areas, only 1 hot tub open 🙄.

The pool is nice, but the downside is that is only 3 feet deep. The place is really good looking and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice resort that has an infinity pool with amazing views of the ocean..and a working hot tub..Staff is friendly and the spa is affordable for a good relaxing massage..they also give 10 percent off coupons for the spa and restaurant which really helps! There was also a geeat karaoke dj on Friday night..The rooms are nice and roomy and clean..beds are cozy and tbey give enough blankets to keep you warm..Great getaway spot for couples or friends!! No complaints other than the short rude bartender..but everything else is great..

The pool has lots of bird droppings in it. Rock in the pool as well. Chairs are broken or ripped up. Tv is broken, our supreme room has the bar in front. We were suppose to get ocean view room. 2 towels for four people. The bathroom made a lot of noise. You can’t get down on beach only rocks. Lots of broken stuff in the room. Food is good, people are nice. 2 jacuzzi’s 1 is broken. Pool is suppose to be heated both are cold. Too high price for what you get.

The room was not clean

Las instalaciones de albercas estaban sucias con comida dentro, los cuartos, instalaciones y edificación en general es muy viejo y feo, el piso del estacionamiento se encuentra en muy malas condiciones (no hay elevador) y no es accesible para personas con discapacidad. Sin embargo, tiene vistas muy bonitas.

Place needs updates and they could do better deep cleaning.

The resort is very well kept, rooms were large and clean. Food was excellent. We will definitely return in the summer. Worth the price for the King room oceanfront.

On my last morning, I noticed the white blankets had mold from the inside. When you hold them up towards the sunlight you will notice how dirty they bedding is.

Many of the amenities were broken the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very attentive. Unfortunately, our bedding was filthy and we were unable to get fresh bedding in a timely manner and then when we did, we were only able to get two sheets and we were told that that were the last two on the entire resort.

It’s five in the morning and we cannot sleep. Water is dripping from above in the bathroom. Don’t know if anybody is at the reception desk yet, so we are waiting to get up and leave as soon as we can! Place needs to be updated! People are friendly ! The towels are gray , torn and dingy! Not very pleasent! Don’t think we are going back there again!

Room TV only had one channel. No heat. Only space heater. Some lectrical outlets broken. Bathroom faucet loose.

The view was amazing, but when it came to resting for the night I found that the beds were rock hard. We stayed there for 2 nights and we barely slept. We all keot tossing and turning in our beds. My husband woke up with a next cramp, I felt like I fell off a two story building. It was terrible. I can't believe that in 2024 a busy hotel like that would cheap out on the mattresses. If you have back problems, dont stay here. It’s going to be a nightmare, I know it was for us, and it wasn’t just my room, we booked 2 separate rooms, 3 beds in total. All were the same.

I was a bit disappointed in the room. I selected the standard king size bed rooms only because we were traveling with my elderly mother inlaw and thought that would be best because she wouldn't have to climb the stairs, since there were no elevators. Our room didn't have any shelf for towels and no hooks to hang our towels. No counter space for toiletries around the sink. No blow dryer, microwave or refrigerator in our rooms. The building itself looked outdated but the view of the pools and ocean were beautiful though. We had a small patio with a view of the pool and ocean. We enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. The staff was very friendly as well the wait staff in the restaurants. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each day of our stay. Overall the room was my only disappointment. We stayed here on the recommendation of an event we attended nearby.

Very nice staff, loved the room but really needs air conditioning. Other than that everything was fine!!

I was unaware that I had booked a standard room. Room was small bed very old Wi-Fi not working and television only had seven channels available.. Made reservations for two days, but stayed for just one day instead two. Will not return

We stayed in oceanview suite with king-sized bed. The room was spacious with gorgeous sweeping views of the ocean. We stayed in early January and it was quite cold but room does not have a heater but does have a fireplace. The first night, we purchased 3 single logs $8 each (the easy lighting ones) from the hotel. The next morning, we went to supermarket and bought bunch of firewood bundles for our remaining two nights. The gym is very sparse with just few pieces of equipment and dumbbell set also limited (didn’t have lighter weights like 5, 10, 15 lbs). The bathroom shower didn’t work very well - I wanted hot water with good water pressure/spray but got more lukewarm water at light spray. The included breakfast was actually very copious and delicious and you can apply credit for another selection, if desired. The staff was courteous, attentive and helpful. In terms of location, you need a car because it’s not located in walkable neighborhood - it is right off highway in front of large Christ Statue which served as nice marker, about 10 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo and 20 minutes south of Rosarito. Plentiful self parking was convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay which would have been better had few modern amenities like nice gym, heating, remodeled bathroom been provided.

The room with balcony front ocean was a highlight. A little bit noisy due to the scenic road being too close.

I love Las Rocas. It is our 2nd trip to the hotel and will come back again! Room is always clean, the roof for breakfast and dinner are always good. The chips and guacamole are delicious too. The one thing we had trouble with was the internet in our room. While on the patio it was perfect but sitting in bed was spotty. The tv’s are not smart tv’s so take your computer if you want to watch Netflix or something else. But I highly recommend Las Rocas.

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Amazing food. Second time we stay here and never fail us

We booked our stay very last minute and arrived in the middle of the night. The attendant still showed us to our room and provided wonderful service. Our room had a fantastic view and we could hear the waves crashing. The room was minimalistic but clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and our service was great. Would definitely stay again! Also love the 12pm check out.

The best thing about Las Rocas is the service! We were able to get acquainted with the server Jack and the bartender Luis. They were so hospitable and kind! They made my husband's and I time there much more fun! They cared that it was my husband's birthday and made it fun and special. Thanks to them, our experience was awesome!

Clean room, nice staff, quick check in.

I told the lady that my husband had knee surgery and was wearing a sling on his shoulder due to a recent shoulder surgery. I asked if we could be put on a lower level room or maybe just one flight of stairs. She said no that she would have to charge us $50 more a night. She put us all the way on the fourth floor when the place was vacant I know we could’ve been put on the second or third floor with no problem. Instead, my husband had to walk all the way up those flights of stairs the way to the top floor.

Check-in was a nightmare. I booked a Suite, 1-bedroom, Ocean. View. The hotel would not honor it. They made me pay an additional $53.00 to get a 1-bedroom suite.

Very nice . But no beach to walk to.

Great place to stay for the weekend or 1-2nights. Close to Puerto Nuevo restaurant

The view is fantastic, there are a few restaurants walking distance that are very good also a convenience store. The public transportation is very convenient, they stop right outside the hotel and it only costs 1 dollar to downtown Rosarito and 1 dollar back.

Less than a hours.Drive from San Diego.This place offers a great get away at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Location of hotel is great too! With its ocean view and near tourist locations like puerto Nuevo, arco de popotla and dining spots

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The view was astonishing from our room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to relax, rest, and enjoy our time in Rosarito. The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. One thing to consider, which was not a problem to us, is that the room did not have AC. This wasn’t a problem at all since we opened the balcony door and got an amazing and refreshing ocean breeze. However, that might be something to think about if you can’t handle the heat well. We loved the drinks at the bar and the breakfast was amazing, definitely not your standard continental breakfast. The hotel is 20 min drive from downtown Rosarito and 7 mins drive from Puerto Nuevo. Lots of things to see and places to go!

I have been coming here for 20 years so I have an affection for this location. It is well kept, but not modern. the staff is so friendly and helpful! it is close enough to Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada to make eating and shopping and exploring great. There is no beach but there are tide pools and a spectacular view. The spa is small, but the hot rock massage is not to be missed!

The food has severely declined over this past year enough so that I’ll probably stay somewhere else now. The food was so good before, which is why we kept returning to property. Food is cheap and bad now.

Internet on TV is really bad. It stops every 30 sec. Lunch and Dinner food needs lots of improvement. Not too many options and they do not accommodate any requests.

My guest and I received free vouchers for breakfast and a margarita. Upon presenting the voucher for the margarita it was not honored by the resort. Additionally the free breakfast has very small portions and drink not included. For the price we paid for our two day stay you would think that at least a drink would be included with the breakfast.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The bartenders were amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing and chill. The food at the restaurant was great! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

We stayed her for the Baja fest and I will for sure be returning next year, the hotel is beautiful. I personally like that it is a bit older and “outdated “ as some have commented. It feels way more at home. The breakfast was phenomenal, we got the Benedict’s. Service was so professional and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Great customer service. Easy check in and check out. Good service at restaurant but food mediocre. Did not like how outdated the guest room is. Old bathroom with rust , mildew smell. Bed did not have fitted sheets. Blankets had a smell to them. Very little lighting in room and only mirror is the bathroom one. Nice that they have a bar with karaoke and dancing. Easy parking. Pool looked clean but too cold to go in.
