The swimming pool was completely duty; the color of the water was green. I did complain and it condition improved. Upon arrival they did not provide anything written about what the hotel should be providing me to make my stay placente. The room was in did not have phone to call not even the front desk. The continental breakfast was a disastrous experience. There is more but I stop here.

The place had all amenities one needs. The room was spacious enough, breakfast was included with the stay, and checkout is at an amazing 1PM! It's located in a very busy plaza so parking was a bit challenging, but the bonus is that there's plenty to do in the area after you're settled into the room. They validate the parking as well so no need to pay out of pocket for that.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. No refrigerator or closet. Small plaza area w/ gym, Walmart and other stores. Staff was friendly and nice. Pool area was clean, water was heated and pool area was clean. Would stay here again.

The closest to the soccer field for a weekend tournament. The hotel room is small. The floor in the room is gross. The room we stayed in smelled like poo poo 24/7 - bad sewage water. Water comes out of the side of the toilet when we flush.

Overall, the place was nice and location was convenient, unfortunately the facilities conditions where not as expected, we stay in room 621 on the 6th floor and due to all bookings where full capacity we didn’t had other options, we had a check-in time at 3pm (room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm) 1hour late, also the room smell as rooted water so bad! No solution was provided. Return to this location has been reconsidered just because the location, but don’t recommend just cause the sanitation of the rooms poor, i still have penetration on some of my clothes. Hope next time conditions are more in favor!

The room and hotel were pretty good in general. What we didn’t like is that the toilet clogged and they took forever to go fix it. Also, there’s no phone in the rooms and when you call from your own phone they never answer.

This trip was very uncomfortable because the room I was assigned to had already people staying in the room. I booked the room ahead of time, came to reception, checked in, they gave me the room number and the key. Once I came to the room there was a women just finished showering, drying her hair. I am sure the women felt unsafe because someone (me) just tried to go in her room at night and she was probably uncomfortable as I was. I went back to the reception and all it was said sorry we don’t know how that happen, here new room number is …. AC was not working ( not the first time) in the new room and these rooms don’t have windows to open for fresh air or just air to circulate. All night I had hard time breathing. I stayed at this place multiple times because it is convenient for me, but they have to do something about their AC and room assignments because if they make mistakes like those, someone can walk in the room steal something from the room and leave without anyone knowing.

Walking distance to Walmart. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from. What I don’t like about the hotel is that staff doesn’t give information about what time is checkout, time of continental breakfast. Also I was asking for early check like an hour earlier, receptionist told me no early check in. I told her that few weeks ago I came and the young lady that was in the front desk kindly let us check in a hour earlier.

Newer, nice clean hotel with a modern feel. I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the restaurants and various shopping stores. I didn't like that the beach is not close but it's only a 1 mile walk or drive. Tourist strip of Rosarito is about 3 miles away.

The staff was very curteous and helpful. The basic amenities need to get looked at. The a/c either needs to get maintenanced, repaired or looked at, took very long to cool and still it was warmer than i would have hoped. The toilet seat was undersized and loose, Breakfast was presentable but the quality was not good. Everything was as expected though. The staff would be the only reason I'd return.

The property is located very centrally lot of shopping in the restaurant at the doorstep. Property is mismanagement there was a sewer kind of smell when we checked in we did complain and they did offer us another room we went to the other room and it was smelling too but little less breakfast is lousy sometime they have cereal but no balls for the cereals breakfast is open till 10:30 but they ran out of all that stuff by 8:30. Like 10:15 they start removing whatever is left. Rooms are pretty spacious but nothing much in there they don't even have a refrigerator we stayed there for three night and they never refill the coffee supplies. The rooms are not insulated you can hear the people in the next room very clearly in your own room
