I rarely write hotel reviews because most hotels are great and comfortable. There were several issues at this Staybridge that need to be addressed. (1) I arrived at the hotel at 6:02pm but no one came to the check-in desk until 6:15pm. There was no way to ring a bell to let anyone know that I was there. (2) Both elevators in the hotel were not working. My room was on the 3rd floor, so I asked for a room on a lower floor so I didn't have to carry up a suitcase to the 3rd floor. They would not make a room change, and I had to carry a suitcase up the stairs. (3) In the room, 1 of the televisions did not work at all. (4) The charging outlets between the beds had no power running to them. I had to charge my phone in the other room. (5) The elevators STILL were not working at 8:00am. I had to carry my suitcase back down the stairs. I understand 1 elevator not working but both? This is very inconvenient plus a huge issue related to accessibility. The hotel should have had this fixed asap. (6) As I showered in the morning, I looked up to see a cockroach climbing around the ceiling fan. It was really the icing on a very bad visit to this hotel.

The hotel is fine - clean and nice employees. There is no airport shuttle which was the whole reason I chose this hotel. There were others closer to the airport, but I picked this hotel so I wouldn't have to pay for another taxi. Don't be fooled.... No shuttle!

Like not much, phone not connected, tv cable poor, entrance doors not working with doors key when coming in from outside. Breakfast items not replenished, Trash not cleaned. This whole place needs-to be redone . Manager was not there when needed. Not a pleasant stay.

The overall stay was good. Unfortunately we had issues with a non working microwave on the first night of our 8 day stay. We notified the front desk and was told it would be looked out while we were out. After being out all day and coming back it still wasn’t working. It was never attended to. We also took bath showers due to bad draining in the bathroom.

Their website claims free shuttle to and from airport. They have no shuttle. There was no hot water. The bathroom light didn’t work. I would not recommend this place ever!!!!!

We were in town for a funeral and on the first day they didn't have hot water. I understand that things happen but the staff could at least pretend to seem concerned. Apparently, it is common for these events to happen here. Other long term guests that stay here because of a government contract told me that it is very common to have the key card deactivate. We will not be booking future stays here. I do not recommend this hotel.

The only thing I have to complain about, is that the pipes are noisy and the AC unit is very noisy and located in the bedroom. I loved the bed; it was so comfortable. The room was clean, the kitchenette fully furnished with everything you could possibly need and a nice sized refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and even a small salad bar, in addition to the usual eggs and protein. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Staff at check-in was unfriendly. Wouldn't give me my room, even though it was rented with my account, and I had the receipt for it! My wife's name was on the card used to reserve the room, so until her plane landed and she called front desk, my son and I were stuck waiting in parking lot. It shouldn't have been that difficult to get us checked in.

Place was convenient, there was plenty of shopping stores and restaurants and near the hotel are was quiet not to much noise from traffic, the only issue that I had was the remote for tv was missing and after requesting one , It never got brought up to me.

The room was clean, the water pressure was good as well as the hot water. Nice additions such as body wash and shampoo. The beds comfortable and pillows nice. The breakfast left us lacking as there were no plastic forks, butter to be found anywhere. We were there at the end of the service time however there were several people eating and wanting to eat. the food that was supposed to be warm was cold and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. If this hotel would have someone that cared about the food service I would give 5 stars but it was evident that the person in charge of breakfast doesn’t want to be there. So go and stay here, but plan to eat breakfast somewhere else. I can only imagine from the service shown what I could not see is even worse.
