Used this place as a crash pad on a recent trip. Definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Got panhandled by a homeless man as soon as I got out of my car to check in (sent him on his way emptyhanded). There are no automatic doors at the front to let me easily get luggage in (never knew how convenient those were until this trip). The elevator was dirty, rundown and slow, and the elevator banks on the upper floors were saunas because of the vending machines running constantly with no ventilation. Rooms were clean enough but the bathroom appliances have a great deal of rust on them, indicating a lack of proper cleaning over the years. Pillows aren't firm and the walls were quite thin so I could hear a man talking loudly on his phone late into the night next door. And to top it all off ... the sound of a smoke detector battery chirp somewhere down the hall wasn't the ambience I wanted at night. Seeing four police officers at work in the building when I pulled up should've been a clue. Oh well. It served its purpose but I probably wouldn't mind spending a bit more money to have something more pleasant next time.

The lady at the front. Office was nice and so was the housekeeper. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was hot in the hallways. And the pool area was not kept up with. You can tell that it had not been cleand the water. You can tell was not that clean, but it had a lot of bleach. The chairs and tables would not clean and the grass was not cut. The room was nice and clean. It's just a hallway in the pool area that we weren't in happy with..

The only bad thing no fridge or microwave in room, i rented a room for the week so would have been nice to have a lil fridge n microwave. Tbere was a couple of roaches qhen we checked in but i sparyed raid n that stopped. Also the back wntrancw that was close to our eoom was broken so we had to prop door open to xome in and out

No hair dryer, mold around air conditioner, very noisy. Didn’t feel safe because back door was not locked and anyone could come in. Only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people for two days.

The front desk person was great very professional. There was long black hair on my pillows and towels my hair is blonde. neighboring room played Tejano music all night. pool is closed last time I stayed almost 2 years ago pool was also closed

When we first got there, there was such a strong disgusting smell. We got to our room and was met with roaches, no remote, black mold in the a/c unit. The pillows were so thin and the blankets were thinner than sheets. Definitely will never go back.

The bed sheets were dirty there was hair in bed sheets and pillow had lots of hair and was ripped and pillow case was just placed over it with hair. The room I was given did not have working air condition. The temp was set to 62 degrees with fan on high and it never cooled. It was very stuffy. Left and returned a few hours later and the room still felt very stuffy. Asked the front desk if they could switch rooms and the gentleman happily obliged and put me in a room with working A/C.

We have stayed here a few time for the convenience. This time is was just bad. The AC never fully cooled. As soon as you walk in there is a strong odor of gas. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. I was standing at the front desk when another guest approached because his key did not work. The front desk person said "hold up" ummm what!? Room was decently cleaned although a baby roach was crawling in the restroom.

The fire alarm went off at 2am and could not be shut off for 1.5 hours. We were in room 137,an had not retreat to our car until the alarm could be shut off. Next day, manager refused refund or voucher and could just say not their fault. However, it was not an emergency, but an accidental activation. Desk was rude. Will never stay there again.

The fire alarm went off at 2am due to a non emergency malfunction, and could not be shut off for 1.5 hours. I enquired about a voucher or any recompense the next morning, and was told no because it was an emergency. The fire department said it was not, but rather a water leak causing a malfunction. Will never stay here again.

The shower had NO hot water, the latch lock on the door did not work as the strews had been pulled out of the wall, when I asked for a single extra pillow I was told there were no extra pillows available for the entire hotel, as there were also no extra blankets, the coffee in the lobby was taken away at 9am on a Sunday. Absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I would have been better off sleeping under a parked car.
