The room was completely updated , very clean and modern. Loved how large the room was. Only complaint was the tv didn't work, but hopefully they got it fixed. They should also make sure regular cars aren't parked in the EV charging parking spaces because we weren't able to charge because of that. But love to the comfort and cleanliness of the room

The property is convenient to Brownsville and the SPI. The only issue is the location of the ADA room. It is not near the ADA spaces and during my stay we had to park on the other side of the building to use the ramp. And to make things more difficult the hotel was using the back as storage for plywood and other construction items that were scattered around. We had to ask a fellow traveler to help clear the path.

great place to stay in Brownsville, Rooms were clean and recently updated. beds were comfortable. There was some maintenance that needed to be done on one of the stairwells but it was only ascetic.

I was really impressed with how clean, spacious, and nicely decorated my room was. I ended up staying two nights and both were quiet and relaxing. Every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and friendly. The breakfast was nice as well. Although I was not able to use the pool (due to my own schedule) I took a look and it seemed to be clean and inviting. No complaints at all. The only thing that would have made it better was a fitness center as the area is not very walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was swift and the staff was friendly. Best part was they had the AC blasting when I got into the room after being in the miserable heat it was so pleasant. Everything was super clean, fluffy pillows. They even cleaned the room even though we were just there two nights. Great water pressure. I did hear the upstairs neighbors moving around but that wasn't too bad and I just blasted the wonderful AC and I couldn't hear anything!

Rooms had a very musty smell, due to high humidity in the region, AC units should have been running at 72 F to reduce humidity in rooms, even when rooms are not occupied.

I’m a clean freak and I took my pants off and laid under the blankets the room was very clean a little old building but still clean good area they had a few things around there to eat Uber driver was great really close to my destination. I usually stay at the Hilton

Doors inside and out stuck. Slight oder. Toilet required finagling to get to fill with water. Floors were sticky; felt like they were mopped with Fabuloso but not rinsed. Blackout shade had holes from rips along the side.

Our large room was very clean, recently renovated and in order. The terminal A/C fan was a bit loud in the 100F weather, but cooled quite well. There’s some noise from traffic and a truck terminal next door; probably best to get a room on the far side.

The room was big, spacious. I didn't like the shower on the wall facing into the rest of the bathroom, kinda flooded the bathroon and needed a mop to push the water back to the stand-in shower. The area was very average, resturants we're really good. Slept well, overall a good experience.

The young lady at front desk very nice from being at front desk to cooking breakfast then I saw her outside also doing house keeping then I saw her doing laundry I would say she needs help or they are understaffed but even at that she was very kind ❤️

Flight got cancelled the day before arriving imessaged the hotel immediately about 22 hours before checking in to see if I could cancel and not be charged for the full duration atleast. Never heard back no reimbursement won't visit these properties anywhere after this

Everything was perfect except Sergio front desk staff was really rude, disrespected and unprofessional. He ignored my request while I needed help with the phone in the room. The phone did not work throughout my whole stay. He is very rude.
