Was value for money - nothing fantastic but good location and clean rooms - breakfast and dinner included in our rate but only had breakfast which was good and excellent value if we had paid @ €9 Only disappointment is the parking - hotel advised they were full months ago …. And suggested car park next door - this was very well located but @ €39 for the night €€€€ - and the major disappointed was if hotel had told us to pre book it would of been €12 - poor show on customer service

Très pratique bon rapport qualité prix bien placé et très secure je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs parfois sur cet hôtel à part qu il n y a pas de piscine mais c est précisé

The bed and rooms are very comfortable. Wish the solarium had access to drinks and snacks perhaps as simple as a close by vending machine

Echt een zakelijk hotel.Geen balkon dat was echt een minpunt. Bar was saai en om 23.00 uur al dicht. Uitstraling verouderd maar wel schoon

Minibar hat extra gekostet. Woher konnte man nicht ins Zimmer erst ab 16:00 Uhr? Sehr hellhörig. Die Dachterrasse war Nicht so gut eingerichtet. Der Frühstücksraum sowie das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir mussten um 11:30 Uhr aus checken und nicht wie in der Hotelbeschreibung. 12:00 Uhr.

Run down gym, no cleaning materials in gym, air on could not switch on…had to go to Reseptionen twice to have it fixed. Staff not engaged…reported exsersice bike broken….dont think they even understood

Totalt sett et bra opphold, ingen basseng på hotellet dessverre. Men ellers et bra hotell med mange hyggelige ansatte.

Im Hoteleigenen Parkplatz muss man reservieren und bezahlt 16.- pro Tag, direkt daneben ein Parkhaus für 20.- Pro Tag. Es wurde als eng beschrieben, wir fanden es ok, haben einen mittelgroßen SUV.

C’était bien sauf que le sauna ne fonctionnait pas et la clim à l’intérieur de la salle de sport non plus sinon l’hôtel très propre, le personnel sympathique et bien situé.

Terrible, ruidosisimo, antiguo, viejisimo y sucio (moquetas del pasillo con enormes manchas blancas y deshilachadas, lámparas con quemado alrededor).

Lovely staff - clean room

The property was in walking distance of most areas. The ladies on reception were very helpful. Comfiest bed and pillows. The only down side was we had to ask twice in the 7 days for our room to be serviced but the cleaning was excellent. Unexpected bonus was a small seating area off the room.

The location was handy, a bit overpriced for a room but nice rooms, just expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel. Hot options at the breakfast would be nice and there was no view from the room just into other rooms that said if you want a nice room with no bells or whistles this is it

Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas; se oía el portazo de otras habitaciones y el agua corriendo por las tuberías todos los días. Buena ubicación y desayuno buffet satisfactorio.

It has great A/C

A well located hotel in a quiet street, but easily walkable to the old town. Room was spacious, but we found bed uncomfortable. We don’t like the plastic mattress protectors, and they were quite noisy. Pillows were also not great. Staff were friendly and amenable

Hmmm good staff but some rooms AC do not work.

Ok hotel with friendly staff and fine location. Remember not to get a room facing an inner patio as it has no windows but only access to a dark balcony with no furniture.

Check in was fine, Lucia was great and was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms due to noise, There was a lot of noise due to bachelor party group, but staff managed Location was great, parking next door and 24 hour concierge.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a service minded and hospitable staff. All our needs were catered for by the reception desk. Would like to mention Emilie at reception desk who made us feel at home. She gave us useful tips to find our way through Alicante, recommended a couple of restaurants to our taste. All in all made our trip to Spain memorable. Thank you Eurostars.

Everything was excellent. We have stayed here many times over the years and always excellent. Staff very pleasing also.

Customer service is not great. No well trained clerk. Give us a room available not the one we choose. They state that is Expedia fault and never correct the mistake or even follow the request

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Alicante. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and it’s walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of typical Spanish food and broadly European. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very easy to get around alicante walking from the hotel...the old town,castle and the beach.

Sentralt nært bus stasjon og jernbane stasjon. Gamlebyen noen minutter til fots. Bra standard på hotellet

Good central location within a few minutes walk of bus and train stations. El Corte Ingles nearby and plenty of restaurants bars . Luceros metro 5 minutes or so.

Vårt hotellopphold var to netter på slutten av et to ukers ferieopphold på Costa Blanca. Hotellet og rommet var helt utmerket, dog med et minus for frokosten. Spisesalen var overbefolket, kaffen ikke bra, og selv om mye av maten virket svært bra, ble det ikke den hyggelige frokosten vi hadde håpet på.

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla rambla del mar. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale cordiale, check-in e check out molto rapidi. Colazione molto buona sia per quantità che qualità e varietà

Was able to reserve a car park space with no problem. Excellent reception staff. Would have liked more hot food choice at breakfast, what was there was cold not hot as expected. Also would be nice to have coffee making facilities in room although lovely coffee lounge on sight

Our stay at this hotel was great! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was a highlight, with a nice tub that had jets. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to local restaurants and use public transportation. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet—it was fantastic.

Check in was fast and friendly. I booked a double room for single use with breakfast . Room 420. The room was large, spotless and had a nice bathroom. Sadly, the drink’s fridge was locked so couldn’t store any cool drinks and there is no kettle for tea and coffee. ( I always carry my own so no problem there ). I slept very well, although, due I think, to the wooded flooring you can hear other guests moving and banging about above you. I booked the room and added breakfast, which I have to say was a nightmare. I went down at 0900 thinking ( wrongly) that it would be fairly quiet with all the business people gone. The breakfast room is far too small for the size of the hotel and was absolutely packed. Many seemed to be Japanese tourists and others with screaming kids. The breakfast itself was quite basic with just the usual Spanish fare. I went up to get some juice and when I returned there was someone sitting at my table who I had to remove as it’s so busy and full. I was happy to finish quickly and get out of there. Had I been here for more than a single night , I would have had breakfast in one of the many lovely cafes open round the corner. Apart from that it’s a centrally located hotel very clean with nice staff. I would return again, but obviously skip the breakfast.

C’era più di una situazione dell’hotel che non lo rendeva certo di alto livello. Parlo solamente della colazione che decisamente scarsa. Come quantità e qualità. Un esempio c’era solo un tipo di latte… C’era solo l’acqua naturale fredda ghiacciata… La dimensione della sala della colazione era veramente non idonea alla quantità di personale presente in albergo.
