Elkira Court Motel

We arrived shortly after 5pm and I called the number at the reception. The guy came past me no word got the envelope from a Tresor and passed it to me no explanation where the room is nothing. Almost said sorry for disturbing him. The room is spacious but in a lousy condition (toilet was leaking/ fridge was partially damaged aso) So if you stay for one night it’s maybe okay but don’t expect room service if you stay longer My tip take another motel

I was horrified when I first saw this room. I didn't expect luxury but I didn't expect something that bad. It was nothing like the picture advertising it. The room was dirty and dingy, the bed cover had stains, the tile floor was chipped and badly worn, the paint job was old a dirty, all the cabinetry had swollen edges- as if it had been wet and there was no chain on the door. I could never have stayed in that room. I went straight back to reception and asked if I could upgrade -giving them a chance to redeem themselves and was told I couldn't. I told him that the room was bloody awful and he said the he was sorry and closed the door on me. I left and paid another fee for a room that was presentable elsewhere. You can hardly check these rooms in advance so 24hr cancellation policy is fraud. hotel.com should be ashamed having this place on their books. SO disappointing!

Very clean great Parking area and excellent service

The room was ok but the bedside table looked dirty, the shower ran out from under the shower screen the lamp above the bed was broken and it was quite noisy.

Room was a bit hot
