This hotels offers good spotless rooms, in great location. They serve good breakfast. Two cons. I could hear water running in pipes from upstairs rooms. And the parking is too expensive. On top of that, the discounted rate ticket they gave me at checkout didn’t work. I ended up paying full price $29.50 for less than 24 hours.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, aber sauber, das Bett war bequem. Die anfallendenParkgebühren sehr hoch( 2 Übernachtungen mit Preisnachlass 56 €) . Die Lage am Place Kléber war zentral und nicht zu laut. Allerdings war das Rauschen der Fallrohre unserer duschenden Nachbarn wie Regenrauschen zu hören.

Our room was very nice. The bedding was good and the room decor was modern with clean lines. It was on a busy street but we didn’t really notice any noise. There are not any amenities to speak off, which was fine for us, but may not be right for others. Convenient location.

Location of the hotel was excellent for the town but to drive to the recommended car park was almost impossible and very stressful due to roadworks, road closures, congestion. We would nevet drive their again. The hotel itself was ok but dated, the room was small but clean. The bed and linen were comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, right on Place Le Kléber. Huge windows could open to overlook the Place in our room. Very convenient and walkable to.many restaurants and main attractions. Drawbacks are the small reception area and tiny elevator that are in the same extremely small space. You need to leave your key at the reception area every time you leave the hotel. Then you many times have to wait in line in the tiny reception room to get it back. The Place is noisy but it’s all part of the ambiance and stops later in the night.

The Hotel is located in the city centre itself and just a walk on all tourist destinations and from the Train station. Our room is a bit small but it is comfortable and clean. So overall it was a good experience, i can recommend it to friends and families.

The reasons for 3 stars are location and cost. Otherwise parking is expensive and underground, away from the hotel. Incredibly hard to find by car, would've been nice to know. Sheets were clean but comforter was dirty and garbage was left on night stand. Floor obviously had not been swept between guests. Would not stay again. Also forget the breakfast and go local for better food at half the price.

The hotel was small - VERY small elevator, very small room & bathroom. It was clean except for the pillows. There were oil/dirt spots on one of the sleeping pillows, and something disgusting on the throw pillows on the bed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Desk staff periodically leaves the reception area and locks it up, so if you've left your keys with them, you're shut out; then they're dismissive if you object. My room had a floor on two levels (down to the bathroom and to the area in front of the door), so I had to be on guard against tripping. Bedside light wouldn't stay on because the plug falls out of the socket. In-room coffee/tea supplies not replenished. There was an electric kettle on the desk, but the nearest electrical outlet was on the other side of the room. Liquid soap container empty. The 5:30 a.m. fire alarm that wasn't shut off for 20 minutes didn't help either (there was no fire). I have no objection to re-using towels, but hotels usually ask your preference rather than just declining to give you new ones. The key to my friend's room next door jammed in the lock and needed staff intervention to get open (twice). Nice bed and duvet, though.

The room was small but comfortable, except that the bathroom door opened inward blocking the toilet, so I had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Not that many options at breakfast, but it was nice to have available. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the property was right on a central square, it was not noisy at night at all. Would consider staying again.

Zentral gelegen, außer dass das Zimmer einer Puppenstube glich war alles in Ordnung. Man ist ja unterwegs und zum Schlafen braut man ja nur ein Bett, das auch in einem guten Zustand war. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und direkt an einer großen Straßenbahnstation gelegen. Leider führte durch eine Wand unseres Zimmers im ersten Stock ein Abflussrohr und wir hörten jedes Wassergeräusch aus den oberen Stockwerken.

Nice sized room with ample space to walk around. Separate toilet with door, with shower/sink in separate room with door. Excellent location on Place Kleber and tram stop immediately outside the hotel. Did not eat breakfast here. Only dislike was that bag storage upon arrival was fine, but they charged $5/bag post checkout.

The only thing I would have liked to see was a room safe. Not so fun walking around a city with your passport and lots of cash in your pockets. Otherwise, a very good hotel with an outstanding location.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant un week-end. Nous étions au 4ème étage - étage de la salle du petit déjeuner - dans la chambre «\xa0abricot\xa0». La décoration est vieillotte dont les couleurs ne sont pas appropriées à une chambre . L’isolation phonique est quasi inexistante, nous étions réveillés des 7h du matin par le passage des autres clients qui rejoignent la salle du petit déjeuner. Il n’y avait qu’un seul volet sur les 2 fenêtres. Mais le pire a été l’odeur nauséabonde qui venait du syphon de la douche ! Il y avait quelques taches - douteuses- sur une serviette de bain, et l’espace et de la salle de bain est vraiment exiguë. Le service «\xa0conciergerie\xa0» nous a été annoncé gratuit à l’arrivée, mais la réceptionniste a quand même tenté de nous demander 2€/valise le jour du départ : somme que nous avons refusé de payer. Cependant, l’hôtel est excrément bien placé : aux pieds d’un arrêt de tramway et sur la place Kléber. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement qui reste cher pour la qualité offerte des services (100€/nuit)

Excellent breakfast in lovely upstairs room overlooking the square. Helpful, friendly and supportive staff. Superb location to explore Strasbourg as the hotel is on the edge of Kleber square, so there's people noise outside but quiet with windows closed and adds to the feel of the location.

The room was quite spacious for a double room in Europe. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower with rainfall shower head. Walkable to everything in Strasbourg. The Tram to head back to the main train station was just around the corner. We had a great stay.

Cute little boutique hotel. The location was so convenient to the tram. The breakfast was wonderful and staff in the breakfast room were so friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but it's worth being in the center of everything! this was my second stay and I would stay again.
