Bel hôtel confortable à 15 mns à pied du centre piéton. Accueil très sympathique, literie très confortable, aucun bruit. En un mot : parfait. Une seule remarque: le sauna ne dépasse pas 50 degrés, ce n est pas un « vrai » sauna, on ne transpire pas.

Pretty much what you would expect of a Mercure - clean, comfortable, and convenient, at a reasonable price. Staff were good & attentive. Good breakfast. Underground parking was expensive, but I gues it always will be in a city.

Must admit I’m confused what to expect from Mercure these days. It’s hard to tell the really quality from the more basic in the same band. This is one of the more basic. It shares a lot of its facilities- check in, bar, restaurant, parking with the attached Ibis. The location is a bit off putting at first but is only a 5-10 min walk to the main centre, restaurants etc, The room was okay for the money, clean and spacious but pretty basic. The parking underground is ridiculously tight for large cars but do-able with care. Costs about €15 for 24 hours. Disappointing that in the fitness room only the treadmill seemed to work & on some days both the sauna or steam room were turned off

Nice hotel and good rooms. Traffic noice was very reduced. Morning buffet closed relative early. Confusing parking because if the 2 Parkings together mercure and ibis hotels. Friendly staff.

Central location. Close to all major attractions. Underground Parking was very difficult to navigate with mid-sized vehicle. We had 2 rooms, therefore had plenty of space.

Die vom Hotel angegebene Adresse "Champ-de-Mars" ist falsch und hat uns 35min längere Anfahrt gekostet. Die richtige Adresse ist "Avenue Aristide Briand". Dies wurde auch von der Reception bestätigt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Flure waren sehr schmutzig.

The location was great, parking on site was also Appreciated, & the staff were very friendly & the breakfast buffets was delicious. However, the cleanliness of our unit—the bathroom in particular, needed attention! The bathroom tile was moldy; the shower curtain was dirty. & full of mold & scum at the bottom; the mirror light did not work & was not fixed even when we told the front desk person about it twice.

Nice hotel and spacious room but not so clean. Dust under the bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Heater bathroom not functioning and poor lights at bathroom mirror. Good thing was a bath and separate shower. Our view was the parking exit....

Disgusting! Rooms are weared, filthy, and the sinks were blocked. Smells horrific. We got a list with rooms to "pick" a suitable one however all rooms are in the same bad state. Refurbishment regarding this hotel is painting the bathroom tiles. We run away after one night and had paid for two nights, but they didn't want to refund the skipped night and one breakfast. Don’t go here if you respect yourself.

Bel établissement. Malheureusement ma chambre se trouvait au niveau 2 sous le niveau de l'accueil / restaurant / cuisines / etc .... c'est à dire qu'à partir de 5H du matin, c'est branle-bas de combat au niveau 3 pour la préparation et le service des petits déjeuner.... il ne faut plus espérer pouvoir dormir à partir de ce moment ... ça devient beaucoup trop bruyant ! L'hôtel est parfaitement au courant de cette situation... ils ont proposé de me positionner dans une chambre au niveau 4 une prochaine fois, avec un jus de fruit comme indemnisation !

Il manque un pie de tout, des coussins sans matière, un seul flacon pour le shampoing et le savon, pas de miroir grossissant dans la sdb, la lumière insuffisante dans la sdb, pas de photo ou tableau pour égayer la chambre. Rien d'attirant, triste.

Horrible, chambre sous le restaurant, un vacarme généré par le rangement, chaises tables piétinements jusqu’à 0h40 pour recommencer à 6h Je suis allé informer de la situation à l’accueil et pas de solutions …. Honnêtement j’ai jamais vécu cela … a 140€ la nuit en plus …. Quelle idée de proposer des chambres aussi mal insonorisés ! C’est inadmissible

Room was spacious and perfect with the family. Sofa bed convert to two single beds albeit very close together. The rooms looked recently updated. The only down side was the service in the restaurant for dinner, we had the kids and it was late due to travelling but service was slow.

Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing!

Every day something was broken: plumbing problems flooded floor, shampoo holder, telephone to reception, stop working keys, paper cups in the room , no apologies, breakfast is extremely poor, espresso machine was broken, dirty bathroom, dirty glasses, very difficult parking. Staff is rude, almost no English. We were stayed in the basement room near the garage exit: smell, noise. One star hotel could be better. Nobody cares about anything.

Virkelig dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed og ualmindeligt service minded personale. Det var regnvejr da vi ankom og personalet var meget obs på at give os den bedst mulige oplevelse i forhold til at udforske byen. Om det var lån af paraply eller tips til spisesteder. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Herudover kan vi anbefale morgenmaden.

My husband fell in our room. I went to the front desk to ask for ice and explained why we needed it. I was curtly given a plastic bag of ice. No one at the front desk seemed concerned about the fall or asked if we needed other help.

My husband fell in our room. I went to the front desk to ask for ice and explained why we needed it. I was curtly given a plastic bag of ice. No one at the front desk seemed concerned about the fall or asked if we needed other help.

Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Excellent séjour avec un personnel très professionnel et très agréable malgré une surcharge de travail ( groupe de 53 clients au restaurant en plus des clents" normaux" de l'hôtel avec seulement 3 serveurs pour faire face ! Et on n'a pas attendu ! Petit bemol corrigé en demandant à l'accueil : pas de savon ni gel douche dans la chambre.

Really nice hotel conveniently located on the outskirts of Rouen. Property was in excellent condition, modern and clean rooms and well equipped bathrooms. Very welcoming front desk who were predominately multi-lingual. The surrounding area felt safe, but was busy as you’d expect for a city centre hotel. Parking was secure underground, really good if you were stopping en route to another destination, and very reasonable rate (something like €1.50 per hour). Breakfast was of great quality and a decent variety of options (continental, cereals, cheeses, some fruit - our only minor observation is there could have been more variety of fruit!)

Must admit I’m confused what to expect from Mercure these days. It’s hard to tell the really quality from the more basic in the same band. This is one of the more basic. It shares a lot of its facilities- check in, bar, restaurant, parking with the attached Ibis. The location is a bit off putting at first but is only a 5-10 min walk to the main centre, restaurants etc, The room was okay for the money, clean and spacious but pretty basic. The parking underground is ridiculously tight for large cars but do-able with care. Costs about €15 for 24 hours. Disappointing that in the fitness room only the treadmill seemed to work & on some days both the sauna or steam room were turned off

The location is very convenient for the cathedral and old town. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. There are also good cheese, bread and charcuterie shops nearby (ask at reception for directions) and a large Intermarché. Good vfm if you don’t mind being slightly less than central. We have stayed here a couple of times.

Die vom Hotel angegebene Adresse "Champ-de-Mars" ist falsch und hat uns 35min längere Anfahrt gekostet. Die richtige Adresse ist "Avenue Aristide Briand". Dies wurde auch von der Reception bestätigt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Flure waren sehr schmutzig.

Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing!

Rien a dire du personnel tres disponible et professionnel. Par contre odeur d'humidité désagréable dans la salle de bains. Le prix est un peut chère pour le petit déjeuner dans un 4 *. Du jus d'orange en bouteille carton et meme pas d'oranges fraîches a presser. Pas de jambon blanc.

In a great position with parking on site. The room was small for a 4* hotel and the bathroom a bit tired. The staff were amiable enough but I found dinner a bizarre experience. The layout of the menu was at best strange, the wines on offer were limited and the food did not excite. Breakfast, however, was good.

This is a good hotel and was great for our one-night stay. Large room and dog friendly. Unfortunately the window had clearly been left open so the carpet was very wet in places, but that's probably not the hotel's fault. The room service food was incredibly good and breakfast buffet was lovely.

Room was spacious and perfect with the family. Sofa bed convert to two single beds albeit very close together. The rooms looked recently updated. The only down side was the service in the restaurant for dinner, we had the kids and it was late due to travelling but service was slow.

Easy parking in underground car park below the hotel.Check in was quick and easy staff happy and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was so huge I thought I needed to txt my wife to say goodnight! Hotel was 15 minute walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was fab, huge selection of everything. Definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Rouen.

This is a great hotel for exploring Rouen. Located on the outskirts of the city centre, there are bars and restaurants closeby and all the attractions are walkable from here. Hotel was clean and breakfast fabulous. The only niggle was the car park. Whilst exceptionally useful to have, goodness me it was tight to manoeuvre. We have an average size vehicle and did numerous multiple point turns to negotiate the route. Big shout out to Yassin on reception who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again
