Hôtel à proximité du centre ville et de la gare. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous étions garé assez loin. Un peu déçu par le lobby de l'hôtel sans fenêtre, par la petitesse des chambres et les parties communes à rafraichir. Nous n' avons pas retrouvé l'originalité des autres ibis Styles

Hotel bem localizado próximo à estação de trem e a uma curta distância da Praça Stanislas. Estacionamento pago, e dá acesso ao hotel. Quarto pequeno com camas confortáveis e vaso sanitário separado do chuveiro e pia. Box grande com chuveiro muito bom e com ótima pressão. Café da manhã bom e bem variado. Funcionários simpáticos, gentis e solícitos. Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Ar condicionado não funcionou bem no período.

Hotel bem localizado próximo à estação de trem e a uma curta distância da Praça Stanislas. Estacionamento pago, e dá acesso ao hotel. Quarto pequeno com camas confortáveis e vaso sanitário separado do chuveiro e pia. Box grande com chuveiro muito bom e com ótima pressão. Café da manhã bom e bem variado. Funcionários simpáticos, gentis e solícitos. Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Ar condicionado não funcionou bem no período.

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Die Heizung lief im Dezember nur abends ein paar Stunden und die Lüftung im Badezimmer und im Garten läuft ununterbrochen (auch nachts) und ist sehr störend. Am Frühstücksbufett haben sich an manchen Tagen sehr lange Schlangen gebildet und es gibt nur einen Kaffeeautomaten. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof und zentrale Lage. Manko: Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sind begrenzt und können nicht reserviert werden.

Good central location and parking. However very small double room, air conditioner seemed not to be working well. Rooms seemed worn down and outdated. Receptionist friendly, but breakfast seemed chaotic at peak hours. Staff not able to refill and clean and annoyed by request to refill. We would not book it again.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and bedroom everything that’s needed. A nice little outdoor courtyard sitting area with plenty of tables and a ping-pong table. Very good offstreet parking.

Kamer viel wat tegen. Zag er op de foto’s een stuk beter uit. Was in een beetje een vervallen staat, maar wel schoon. Ontbijt was goed en het personeel zeer behulpzaam. De onbijtzaal zag er ook goed onderhouden uit. Parkeren was makkelijk. Voor parkeren moest wel iets extra betaald worden, maar niet veel (dit was mij tijdens het boeken ontgaan). Gezien de prijs nog steeds een aanrader. Vlakbij het centrum. En wij konden de dag van vertrek zelfs zonder enig probleem eerder ontbijten.

La chambre est très propre, le lit confortable, un peu vieillotte dans mon cas. Petit point négatif, il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre et la climatisation n'était pas super efficace (et nous ne sommes qu'en avril). J'ai un doute concernant l'efficacité de la clim en été. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet.

Chambres propres, modulo les toiles d’araignées sur les luminaires de la salle de bain, mais très mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner à revoir: buffet quasi vide un dimanche matin à 9h30, plus de pain, plus de mug ni verre ni bols ni serviettes (nous nous sommes rabattus sur des gobelets cartons, pas très eco responsable, et la vaisselle enfants), service déplorable. La jeune fille est totalement dépassée, au bord de la crise de nerf… Dommage car le choix semblait prometteur (un peu mieux le samedi matin).

Cette fois ci la chambre était moins confortable: isolation phonique très mauvaise, fort odeur des canalisations et bruit provenant de l'extérieur (moteur de la clim de la chambre voisine ?). Problème avec les clés qui ne fonctionnent pas. Point positif: le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Bien qu’il y ait un certain effort sur la déco , la chambre est bien trop petite , ressenti moins de 10 m2. Il n’y a pas de porte vers les toilette et la douche , séparée par une baie vitrée du lit . Vraiment trop bizarre . Pas d’endroit pour travailler , à peine une tablette et un tabouret en fer . Trop cher pour la prestation

La chambre est vétuste, je dirai qu elle date de plus de 20 ans. Il est impossible de faire le tour du lit pour fermer les volets : obliger de passer sur le lit, la surface au sol est ridicule…

L’environnement fait plus penser à un ibis budget qu’un ibis style!! Connu des "style" bien mieux... sinon le petit déjeuner est très bien et la dame de la réception charmante et souriante

The staff are fantastic! Very helpful nothing is too much bother. The only issue I do have is with the door cards, had to go down everyday at least once to get it reissued as it would not read at all on the door reader.

L’accès par la rue patton peut surprendre mais une fois à l’intérieur tout est bien : le personnel, agréable, compétent et serviable, les locaux, spacieux, bien entretenus et joliment décorés et l’emplacement, facilement accessible pour visiter la ville. La literie et l’insonorisation sont au niveau du reste : parfait ! A recommander !

La chambre est très propre, le lit confortable, un peu vieillotte dans mon cas. Petit point négatif, il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre et la climatisation n'était pas super efficace (et nous ne sommes qu'en avril). J'ai un doute concernant l'efficacité de la clim en été. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet.

Cette fois ci la chambre était moins confortable: isolation phonique très mauvaise, fort odeur des canalisations et bruit provenant de l'extérieur (moteur de la clim de la chambre voisine ?). Problème avec les clés qui ne fonctionnent pas. Point positif: le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Die Heizung lief im Dezember nur abends ein paar Stunden und die Lüftung im Badezimmer und im Garten läuft ununterbrochen (auch nachts) und ist sehr störend. Am Frühstücksbufett haben sich an manchen Tagen sehr lange Schlangen gebildet und es gibt nur einen Kaffeeautomaten. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof und zentrale Lage. Manko: Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sind begrenzt und können nicht reserviert werden.

Good central location and parking. However very small double room, air conditioner seemed not to be working well. Rooms seemed worn down and outdated. Receptionist friendly, but breakfast seemed chaotic at peak hours. Staff not able to refill and clean and annoyed by request to refill. We would not book it again.

Chambres propres, modulo les toiles d’araignées sur les luminaires de la salle de bain, mais très mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner à revoir: buffet quasi vide un dimanche matin à 9h30, plus de pain, plus de mug ni verre ni bols ni serviettes (nous nous sommes rabattus sur des gobelets cartons, pas très eco responsable, et la vaisselle enfants), service déplorable. The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay.
