Sehr gutes Hotel mit hauseigenem Thermalbad. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, lediglich unsere Balkonschiebetür hatte einen defekte Griff. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten. Das Thermalbad kann zu einem vergünstigten Tarif als 2 oder 3 Stunden-Option gebucht werden, wobei zu beachten ist, dass man eine „spezielle“ Badehose braucht. Eine locker, lässige Bermuda-Badeshort ist nach französischem Recht verboten (Laut Rezeption). Es darf nur das hautenge kurze Badehösschen für den Herren sein. Für Frauen gibt es keine besondere „Kleiderordnung“. Die Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Platz und verfügt auch über große Parkflächen. Der Weg in die 25-30 min Innenstadt, welche wirklich sehr zu empfehlen ist, führt durch den angrenzende Garten entlang ein paar kleiner Nebenstraßen. Alles in allem kann man in diesem Hotel gut übernachten und entspannen.

Lovely, clean hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Expedia suggests only parking is an extra cost, however all access to pools and is an extra expense as well due to them being part of the spa. We paid €16 each for 2 hours.

A very clean hotel, and parking is available for €14.90 per night at P2 under the building (free entry and exit during your stay). You will need to because it is 25-30min walk to the city center. However, the swimming pool is incredibly poorly organized. The lady at the reception couldn't explain in English how it worked. The hotel DOES NOT have a pool. You have to walk around the corner and pay for the public pool. If you want to stay here and use the pool, go to a different hotel. For hotel itself and rooms this is perfect. For visiting the city itself, choose a hotel closer to the center.

Room was clean and fine. Overall hotel was not that clean (messy carpet with dust and coffee? stains everywhere. Tip #1 for other guests: DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST: way too expensive and poor food(choices). In the land of the croissants and pains, this has to be the worst cardboard/dry/old versions i've ever had. Tip #2: POOL NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. I've never encountered a hotel which advertises with a lot of pictures of a swimming pool and let's you pay for it. If I book a hotel with a pool, it should be included! You can book the pool/wellness for 1, 2 or 3 hours. But again, way too expensive for pool guests. It should be free! And if you still want to grab some money from me: make a 50% discount for hotel guests. Be resenable!

Grande et belle chambre, très propre avec une petite cuisine qui peut être très pratique. Accès facilité aux installations aquatiques très propres et très agréables. L’absence de restaurant pour dîner coûte la 5eme étoile de mon appréciation. Il y a néanmoins à proximité un restaurant et un très sympathique bar à vin avec petite restauration et vins excellents. Pour dîner, ouvert le jeudi et vendredi soir.

Les moquettes des espaces communs étaient dans un piteuse état de propreté. Nous avions réservé un chambre avec un grand lit , nous avons eu un appartement loin d’être luxueux avec 2 lits simples en prime , la personne de l’accueil informé n’a rien fait. Enfin le petit déjeuner a aussi été une histoire, une ambiance pas agréable et digne de ce que l’on attend de ce type d’établissement, des tables entassées, un buffet pauvre en choix, avec des produits loin d’être de qualité, une attente pour avoir une table et des tasses par manque d’espace et de personnel, cela ne vaut pas le prix payé. À comparer avec l’hôtel ibis stanislas que nous avions fait la veille c’est un sacré contraste !

La personne à l’accueil s’est permis une remarque limite envers nous.. “Je sais pas comme ça se passe dans votre pays mais chez nous en France..” Nous avons effectivement des origines mais nous venons de Strasbourg 67000 France…. La chambre était propre, ce que nous avons apprécié. En revanche, elle donnait directement sur une route très passante, avec beaucoup de bruit provenant de la circulation et de l’arrêt de bus situé juste en face. Cela a malheureusement perturbé notre repos, surtout celui de notre petite fille. Dommage, car cela a vraiment impacté la qualité de notre séjour.

La chambre était spacieuse et correctement équipée. Le personnel à accueil est très sympathique, disponible et répond à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous en avons profité pour accéder au spa thermal. Nous y avons passé à bon moment. Le fait de loger sur place est un plus. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, mais comme la chambre est équipée, nous nous sommes débrouillé.
La chambre était spacieuse et correctement équipée. Le personnel à accueil est très sympathique, disponible et répond à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous en avons profité pour accéder au spa thermal. Nous y avons passé à bon moment. Le fait de loger sur place est un plus. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, mais comme la chambre est équipée, nous nous sommes débrouillé.

L'accueil a été très sympathique et agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse ! Le lit est grand, juste dommage qu'il soit en 2 lits simples car ils se séparent pendant la nuit si on bouge ! Décoration épurée mais rien à dire.mon seul regret est ne pas avoir pris mon maillot de bain !

Grande et belle chambre, très propre avec une petite cuisine qui peut être très pratique. Accès facilité aux installations aquatiques très propres et très agréables. L’absence de restaurant pour dîner coûte la 5eme étoile de mon appréciation. Il y a néanmoins à proximité un restaurant et un très sympathique bar à vin avec petite restauration et vins excellents. Pour dîner, ouvert le jeudi et vendredi soir.

I booked this hotel as the final stop of what was an epic trip. We checked in and took the option of a 3 hour spa session approx 27-30euros each . We changed and entered the spa only to be removed for not wearing the correct swimwear. We had shorts that had netting in and are sold in the uk as swimming shorts however not acceptable in villa thermal. This was Not highlighted and my shorts were exactly the same as what the staff were wearing. We where asked to purchase swimwear from their shop at a cost of 59 euros! We declined and got back in the water… at that point we could not believe it when we heard sirens! Yes they called the police! We were removed from the pool without any reasoning . I know the English are not liked but did not expect this. I have beed dealing with the manager Laure paris who started off as helpful in my request for a Refund however she has ignored All request since june… the last email i was asked to give my Iban bank details which i did … all forms of communication have now ceased. I am disgusted how we were treated and i hope any English that want to visit this establishment bring tight fitting euro swimwear as you may get the police called on you!

La personne à l’accueil s’est permis une remarque limite envers nous.. “Je sais pas comme ça se passe dans votre pays mais chez nous en France..” Nous avons effectivement des origines mais nous venons de Strasbourg 67000 France…. En revanche, elle donnait directement sur une route très passante, avec beaucoup de bruit provenant de la circulation et de l’arrêt de bus situé juste en face. Cela a malheureusement perturbé notre repos, surtout celui de notre petite fille. Dommage, car cela a vraiment impacté la qualité de notre séjour.

La chambre était spacieuse et correctement équipée. Le personnel à accueil est très sympathique, disponible et répond à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous en avons profité pour accéder au spa thermal. Nous y avons passé à bon moment. Le fait de loger sur place est un plus. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, mais comme la chambre est équipée, nous nous sommes débrouillé.

Het was een prettig verblijf. De kamer (studio) was geweldig. Mooie grote ruimtes, prima voorzieningen en alles keurig schoon ! Goed bed en zeer goede gordijnen waardoor de kamer 's-nachts goed donker was. Enkele opmerkingen die wat mij betreft verbeterd kunnen worden: Receptie: vrij ongeïnteresseerd en weinig gastvrij. Bij de vraag hoe we moesten lopen naar het centrum kwam geen antwoord. Wisten ook niet aan te geven waar het centrum lag. Geen stadsplattegrond beschikbaar. Deden daar verder ook geen moeite voor. Ontbijt: Alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Alleen hele kleine bordjes, meer schoteltjes waar je je brood, beleg, boter etc op moest meenemen. Er kon maar 1 broodje op en dan was het schoteltje vol. Dus meerdere keren op en neer moeten lopen om alles wat je graag wilde eten te hebben. Beter om aan het begin van het buffet één groot bord te zetten waar in een keer alles op kan wat je wilt eten. Zeker voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is de huidige manier zeer vervelend. Scheelt trouwens ook veel afwas ! en is dus milieuvriendelijker. Boter niet in de koelkast: is keihard en niet te smeren

A very clean hotel, and parking is available for €14.90 per night at P2 under the building (free entry and exit during your stay). You will need to because it is 25-30min walk to the city center. However, the swimming pool is incredibly poorly organized. The lady at the reception couldn't explain in English how it worked. The hotel DOES NOT have a pool. You have to walk around the corner and pay for the public pool. If you want to stay here and use the pool, go to a different hotel. For hotel itself and rooms this is perfect. For visiting the city itself, choose a hotel closer to the center.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Villa Thermae Nancy war einfach hervorragend. Die Unterkunft hat in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Alles war makellos sauber, was den Wohlfühlfaktor enorm gesteigert hat. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war vorbildlich – freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Der Zustand der Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet, mit einer modernen und stilvollen Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch die Umgebung der Unterkunft war perfekt, sowohl für Erholung als auch für Erkundungstouren in der Region. Insgesamt ein fantastisches Erlebnis, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Les moquettes des espaces communs étaient dans un piteuse état de propreté. Nous avions réservé un chambre avec un grand lit , nous avons eu un appartement loin d’être luxueux avec 2 lits simples en prime , la personne de l’accueil informé n’a rien fait. Enfin le petit déjeuner a aussi été une histoire, une ambiance pas agréable et digne de ce que l’on attend de ce type d’établissement, des tables entassées, un buffet pauvre en choix, avec des produits loin d’être de qualité, une attente pour avoir une table et des tasses par manque d’espace et de personnel, cela ne vaut pas le prix payé. À comparer avec l’hôtel ibis stanislas que nous avions fait la veille c’est un sacré contraste !

Sehr gutes Hotel mit hauseigenem Thermalbad. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, lediglich unsere Balkonschiebetür hatte einen defekte Griff. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten. Das Thermalbad kann zu einem vergünstigten Tarif als 2 oder 3 Stunden-Option gebucht werden, wobei zu beachten ist, dass man eine „spezielle“ Badehose braucht. Eine locker, lässige Bermuda-Badeshort ist nach französischem Recht verboten (Laut Rezeption). Es darf nur das hautenge kurze Badehösschen für den Herren sein. Für Frauen gibt es keine besondere „Kleiderordnung“. Die Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Platz und verfügt auch über große Parkflächen. Der Weg in die 25-30 min Innenstadt, welche wirklich sehr zu empfehlen ist, führt durch den angrenzende Garten entlang ein paar kleiner Nebenstraßen. Alles in allem kann man in diesem Hotel gut übernachten und entspannen.

Was een hele nette hotel met vriendelijke bediening. Parkeergelegenheid geen gebrek ook nog in een parkeergarage, wel uiteraard tegen betaling. Maar je kunt erin of eruit rijden hoevaak je wilt. Wij lieten hem gewoon staan en gingen tegenover het hotel met de bus 11 naar het centrum, kwam ieder kwartier ging heel gemakkelijk. Alles was goed schoon en je kon tegen betaling ook een ontbijtje nuttigen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Brand new hotel, awesome looking outside and so disappointed inside. The reciption is situated in lobby, who looked like an aquarium, too hot and no fresh air. The room are with kitchen, fully populated with all necessary, the breakfast coming from near superstore, all plastic and packed food. The brekafast hall is situated again near to lobby and look the same. You feel like in aquarium, in fact the coffee is terrifying and the hotel management doesn't know what means Ristretto coffee. The access for SPA area is paid, 30euro approximately for a couple of hours.

Het was een prettig verblijf. De kamer (studio) was geweldig. Mooie grote ruimtes, prima voorzieningen en alles keurig schoon ! Goed bed en zeer goede gordijnen waardoor de kamer 's-nachts goed donker was. Enkele opmerkingen die wat mij betreft verbeterd kunnen worden: Receptie: vrij ongeïnteresseerd en weinig gastvrij. Bij de vraag hoe we moesten lopen naar het centrum kwam geen antwoord. Wisten ook niet aan te geven waar het centrum lag. Geen stadsplattegrond beschikbaar. Deden daar verder ook geen moeite voor. Ontbijt: Alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Alleen hele kleine bordjes, meer schoteltjes waar je je brood, beleg, boter etc op moest meenemen. Er kon maar 1 broodje op en dan was het schoteltje vol. Dus meerdere keren op en neer moeten lopen om alles wat je graag wilde eten te hebben. Beter om aan het begin van het buffet één groot bord te zetten waar in een keer alles op kan wat je wilt eten. Zeker voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is de huidige manier zeer vervelend. Scheelt trouwens ook veel afwas ! en is dus milieuvriendelijker. Boter niet in de koelkast: is keihard en niet te smeren

Room was clean and fine. Overall hotel was not that clean (messy carpet with dust and coffee? stains everywhere. Tip #1 for other guests: DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST: way too expensive and poor food(choices). In the land of the croissants and pains, this has to be the worst cardboard/dry/old versions i've ever had. Tip #2: POOL NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. I've never encountered a hotel which advertises with a lot of pictures of a swimming pool and let's you pay for it. If I book a hotel with a pool, it should be included! You can book the pool/wellness for 1, 2 or 3 hours. But again, way too expensive for pool guests. It should be free! And if you still want to grab some money from me: make a 50% discount for hotel guests. Be resenable!

Bien placé en centre ville, parking sous le bâtiment, thermes accessibles directement depuis l’hôtel sans sortir. Chambre confortable et spacieuse (pommeau de douche a revoir peut être), petit déjeuner copieux et personnel agréable. Bref très bonne expérience! Merci

Bel établissement, récent et moderne, mais je ne m'y suis pas senti bien dès l'arrivée. Ca ressemble à un monastère moderne. Tout est froid, ça manque de décoration un peu chaleureuse. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner, mais c'est triste. Le petit déjeuner l'est également avec peu de diversité et d'énormes croissants trop mous ! La présentation de l'hôtel laisse croire qu'il y a une piscine, oui il y en a une olympique même, mais pas dans l'hôtel. Il y a un spa accessible par l'hôtel, mais en fait il est public avec pas mal de monde. De plus c'est un peu excentré par rapport à la partie intéressante de Nancy ! Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel et peu de restaurants autour ! Bref je n'y reviendrai pas

Room was fine. Nice lady at reception. It was a double room, but only had one towel. Difficult transition to spa area. Breakfast was a disaster. No silverware, no napkins. Eggs cold. Sadly a biker group from uk had taken all the food.

Absolutely the worst of service. Charged full price, even though the room was prebooked and prepaid. Breakfast was of the lowest class. No bar, no restaurant and absolutely not any good service. Basicly arrogant and not a smile to see anywhere. Management can not understand managing the premises! Never again. Stay clear!
