Nancy itself could produce a smaller, more helpful tourist guide in English. Warning: No elevator, but the stairs are wide and gentle.

Hotel liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Ein altes Gebäude mit Charme vergangener Jahrhunderte. Sehr freundlicher Nachtservice. Frühstück relativ teuer, besser Cafes in direkter Umgebung. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer Parkplatz ist 200 m entfernt und nachts kostenlos.

Lovely 400 year old property in the heart of the old town with many eating options. Friendly helpful staff and very environmentally friendly. Rooms had recycling bins and no plastic is used. Only issues we had was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor above ground floor and internet connection was open and not reliable.

In der Altstadt von Nancy gut zu Fuss erreichbar vom Parkhaus wo wir das Auto stehen liessen (denn Guise hat keine Parkplätze und eine Vorfahrt mit dem Auto ist auch nicht erlaubt), ein sehr freundliches und wunderbares kleineres Hotel mit fantastisch charmanten Angestellten. Das Frühstück ist lecker, die Produkte regional und der Service liebevoll. Das Hotel ist bestens gelegen, nahe des Palais des ducs (wegen Renovation geschlossen, leider) und Place Stanislas mit dem super (!!!) Kunstmuseum. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, besonders gefiel uns "Marchand", das Essen ist einfach göttlich.

Wir haben zu 4. eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Das Ambiente ist sehr edel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war günstig und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt.

Way finding signage throughout the city, made it easier to navigate once that was noticed. No on site parking, but there was a paid parking park about a block or two down. Key pad to enter the hotel at 9pm (so long as you have checked in initially). Location felt centrally located to all the shopping, resturants, bars and all the historical locations. Easy walkable to everything of Nancy. Room was overall clean, soaps was provided. Shower seams appeared to have mold residue. But minor for short stay - company probably doesnt realize it. It is an old building, but little scraper and new sealer, be good to go. We skipped Breakfast as the price was far too costly for what they were serving. If youre in a wheelchair or other accessibility requirements, this place wont be for you (stairs everywhere. No elevator).

It's converted from a mansion, but the property still in excellent condition, heating system is good, water pressure for shower is perfect. Friendly and hospitable staffs. I was also provided some travel tips how to explore the main attractions of the city. Small court yard and common area are lovely and cozy. I also like the bottled water provided by the property, which tasted so good. Even the property is not near by train station, it's so closed to many restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and attractions within walking distance, less than 1 minutes. The only con is no elevator. I was so happy during my staying here.

It’s a very nice hotel but no lift it’s a hike to the top floor. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is situated near many restaurants. There is no on street parking but there is a public car park near by.

bien situé en plein centre de la vieille ville près des restaurants et des bars, et tout de même dans une ruelle piétonne et bien calme. Chambre agréablement décorée et spacieuse, et les bouteilles d'eau mises à disposition tous les jours ont été très apprécié. Propreté impeccable et le personnel que nous avons rencontré était très avenant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel de Guise and were greeted on our arrival by friendly and professional staff. There is a beautiful courtyard at the hotel and we really enjoyed relaxing in this area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. On check out we were offered complimentary coffees which was a lovely and unexpected treat. The hotel is very well situated in the old town with lots of quaint streets, bars and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend Hotel de Guise and look forward to our next trip to Nancy and stay here.

Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Staff very helpful. Beds super comfortable. Disappointed by a level of cleannesses as the room was quite dusty. Also not possible to ventilate the room as on the ground floor at the street level hence noisy if windows open.

Situé au cœur du Nancy médiéval, l’hôtel semblait tout réunir pour un séjour agréable. Nous avons déchanté : personnel aimable mais peu professionnel (sans aucun doute des emplois étudiants), chambre dans la cours (dans d’anciennes dépendances ?) au plafond bas, sans aération (sauf à laisser la fenêtre ouverte) à la température intenable même chauffage coupé. Décoration moderne minimaliste. Salle de bains minuscule avec une douche aux joints moisis et femme de chambre qui n’a pas nettoyé les verres à dents pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour … Enfin petit déjeuner frugal. Bien que servi à table, peu de choix proposé (2 sortes de fromages, pas de charcuterie, pas de spécialités locales, aucun gâteau..,) le tout pour 16€par personne. L’hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Nice hotel in a quiet street with a boutique atmosphere. Comfortable beds, so good sleep quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with delicious regional products. The sound insulation quality is a bit poor, so you may hear some people in the hallway (but when I was staying there, mostly business people or older people were staying, so there was no noise in the middle of the night).

Hôtel très joli, très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Personnel très accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner mais un peu cher (17 €). Personnel très aimable au petit déjeuner. chambre très petite au dernier étage : difficile de bouger, sensation d'étouffer, salle de bain très agréable, mauvaise qualité de wifi. pas d'ascenseur mais information communiquée.Hôtel situé à 15 minutes de la gare dans un quartier très agréable près de la place de Stanislas.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Notre suite (chambre n°1) était de belle taille, très agréable, très confortable, Très silencieuse même si elle est placée au rez de chaussée et au niveau de la rue. Aucun problème, l'hôtel est dans un quartier très calme et bordé par une rue piétonne. Le service est de qualité. Attentif et respectueux. La mise à disposition de bouteilles d'eau filtrée fraîches est une très bonne attention. Nous avons vécu un excellent séjour (début juin 2024).

bien situé en plein centre de la vieille ville près des restaurants et des bars, et tout de même dans une ruelle piétonne et bien calme. Chambre agréablement décorée et spacieuse, et les bouteilles d'eau mises à disposition tous les jours ont été très apprécié. Propreté impeccable et le personnel que nous avons rencontré était très avenant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

My wife and I hugely enjoyed our stay. Check-in was VERY efficient, the complimentary bottles of chilled water throughout from the reception fridge a lovely welcome touch. Tucked away in a side street off Grande Rue in the Old Town but extremely quiet and so convenient for great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Also an easy 15 minutes walk from main train station. Staff extremely helpful and no trouble to print me off an important document without charge. We did not have breakfast but it seems popular. Really pleasant courtyard garden area for sitting out in shade. Sorry to leave!
