Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful.

Exectuve Room, aber mässiger Komfort. Bur ein Bademantel, ein zweiter wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht geliefert. Ein Aufzug, zu stosszeiten überlastet. Kein geschirr vorhanden. Sauber. Fenster können geöffnet werden, ist aber abends laut.

Excellent séjour, personnel à l’accueil très agréable, chambre superbe avec vue sur jardin d’eau comme demandé. Dommage la place de parking est un peu chère (15€/24h). Je recommande.

Arrivé vers 1h du matin, j’ai garé ma voiture dans un parking sous sol avec place très petite et chère pour 15€. Seul client à 1h, ma clé n’était pas prête. Ensuite, j’ai du essayé à 2 reprises le badge avant qu’il marche.

Nice hotel located close to the central squares. Like having a bath tub. Breakfast was good. Liked the make your own egg station. All the carpets, lobby, hallways and the room are need of replacement.

Chambre parfaite , propreté au top, accueil très bien. Petit bémol sur la salle de petit déjeuner qui est trop petite . Les gens doivent attendre pour que des places se libèrent. Sinon tout était très bien. Merci.

Personnel gentil. Cependant la porte de la salle de bain était vraiment salle, pommeau de douche gicle dans tous les sens, le tuyau de la baignoire était cassé et dangereux pour nos enfants (gaine métallique), chaise avec accoudoir cassé, poils dans la baignoire et bouteille de savon et wc et baignoire vide. Vraiment décevant.

Les parties communes à refaire complètement: la banquette de couloir bien user est complètement taché. La salle de petit-déj’ pas très bien équipé. Au niveau des tables on mange sur des tables basses. Sinon pour les chambres y’a rien à dire on dort bien y’a juste à refaire la moquette bien -sur.

Good location. Big rooms and very clean but the mattress is hard rock, very uncomfortable specially if you are staying for a few days. Taking into account the cost of the rooms. For that reason next time I'll look for another place

AC didnt cool the room so I couldnt sleep at all. After I complained they gave me a fan - not much help.. Finally I paased out around 6 am and my alarm rang at 8 am.. I would have have better off if I spend the night in my car.

Habituellement l'hôtel est très bien. Confortable, calme, le personnel est à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Depuis peu et cest deja la deuxième fois, il fait tres froid dans les chambres et la clim ne chauffe pas. On se gèle. C'est dommage car les autres fois c'était parfait.

Bonjour, j'ai réservé ma chambre depuis plus de semaine. Un collègue a réservé sa chambre la veille. A notre arrivée une chambre classique lui est attribuée. Ensuite on m'explique que je vais occuper la chambre handicapé avec pour excuse que l'hôtel est complet. Si on m'avait prévenu j'aurai annulé ma nuit dans cet hôtel qui ne respecte pas ses clients.

Nice hotel located close to the central squares. Like having a bath tub. Breakfast was good. Liked the make your own egg station. All the carpets, lobby, hallways and the room are need of replacement.

Chambre parfaite , propreté au top, accueil très bien. Petit bémol sur la salle de petit déjeuner qui est trop petite . Les gens doivent attendre pour que des places se libèrent. Sinon tout était très bien. Merci.

Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful.

Les parties communes à refaire complètement: la banquette de couloir bien user est complètement taché. La salle de petit-déj’ pas très bien équipé. Au niveau des tables on mange sur des tables basses. Sinon pour les chambres y’a rien à dire on dort bien y’a juste à refaire la moquette bien -sur.

We cannot sleep because the room was extremely warm. The staff said the air conditioning cannot be turned on. The staff refused to open the car garage for us to drop the luggage because it was fully booked . Expected us to carry bags and luggage to walk with kids ? But then we found out there were parking lots available for just dropping off the stuff. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. The facilities are good . The room was very clean. Also great location. Most of the staff were friendly.

This may be one of the best 4* hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is very very well designed - efficient use of space, very good lighting, good toilet/shower, etc. Breakfast room is spare, and there were lots of noisy children there when we stayed. Parking under the hotel. Only downside was that it was a pretty long walk to the center of town. Sparse staffing. But price/performance was excellent.
