Un accueil très chaleureux. Un personnel aux petits soins. Une salle de pdj très agréable et spacieuse. Des chambres simples mais grandes, très appréciable. Le parking sur place est gratuit et fermé, service non négligeable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

El persona es muy muy amable y la ubicación es bastante buena. Las habitaciónes son algo viejas, pero al menos la que nos tocó, apestaba a tabaco (no de fumar ocasionalmente) y aunque se limpia a diario y la limpieza superficial se hace, tenía mugre de hace tiempo, incluso en los azulejos del baño.

El persona es muy muy amable y la ubicación es bastante buena. La limpieza era bastante mala, había unas manchas horribles en la silla mesa y juntas de la ducha, el personal no se enteraba ni en el piso que estaba la habitación que nos dieron, por no mencionar que si llegas de noche tienes que entrar por un garaje-descampado-callejón que como poco te pueden atracar, la cama era muy incómoda y toda la noche con ruidos de gente..un despropósito en general….

L’hôtel est plus que vieillot et demanderait une rénovation totale. Les parties communes sont en mauvais état, la chambre est grande et carrelée proprement mais il n’y a aucune déco, le radiateur est cassé et posé au sol, pas de climatisation. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste. Bref c’est bon marché et c’est encore trop cher pour le prix, c’est dommage car la personne au service fait de son mieux.

Établissement à fuir !!! Première fois que je laisse un avis sur ce site! j’ai réservé cet hôtel en me basant sur les commentaires des gens qui surement on été payés ou c’est le proprio lui même qui laisse des avis. Une grosse déception à l’arrivé déjà ça a commencé par le parking qui est d’une insalubrité pas possible, l’accueil qui est tout sauf une réception et sans parler de la chambre qui de base j’avais réservé pour une de 14m2 je me retrouve dans une chambre de 9m2 de crous tout banal et plus que simple sans parler des douches qui sont dans un état… sans parler de la pièce très mal isolée car le tram passait juste à côté mais aussi tout le transport urbain de Mulhouse et à ma grande surprise quand je suis allé chercher une deuxième serviette, la dame m’a clairement fait savoir que y’en plus de serviettes propres tout ce qu’elle avait à me proposer c’était une petite serviette rien à voir avec une de douche. Tout ça au final pour que je ne dorme même pas dans la chambre car c’était juste impossible. Une sacrée expérience dont je suis sûr de ne plus refaire avec cet hôtel. qu’ils ont été payés qu’ils ont de mauvaise foi

The people working here are very nice, however I was not informed that there was a curfew and I’d be locked out of the entire hotel if I wasn’t back early enough. I came here for the Eurovision Song Contest which ends at 1am, so by the time I made it back to the hotel at 2am, the doors were locked and lights were off. I had to buy a room at a different hotel down the block that confirmed this happens for that night before I left in the morning.

The people working here are very nice, however I was not informed that there was a curfew and I’d be locked out of the entire hotel if I wasn’t back early enough. I came here for the Eurovision Song Contest which ends at 1am, so by the time I made it back to the hotel at 2am, the doors were locked and lights were off. Nice staff, comfortable basic rooms in a cute city central to everything. It's definitely not fancy but if you just need a comfortable, clean place to stay with comfortable beds as a base for exploring the Alsace region, I highly recommend.

I came here for the Eurovision Song Contest which ends at 1am, so by the time I made it back to the hotel at 2am, the doors were locked and lights were off. I had to buy a room at a different hotel down the block that confirmed this happens for that night before I left in the morning.

The people working here are very nice, however I was not informed that there was a curfew and I’d be locked out of the entire hotel if I wasn’t back early enough.
