5 stjernet hotel, men ikke specielt kundevenlige og smilende. Priserne høje, men kvaliteten fulgte ikke med. Adgang til grotte var selv om man bor på hotellet også ekstra. Hyggeligt hotel i lidt kedelig by - kræver bil. Sommerpool område med rigelige solstole. Pool kunne godt renses lidt mere.

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

Beautiful property. Building is outstanding. Cave underneath the hotel is stunning. Good breakfast. Nice gym. Nice pool. My only criticism is that the spa could have been better maintained and staffed. It was the only part of the experience that was not 5 star.

My stay felt like heaven. I planned it smack in the middle of city hopping thru europe. The staff made sure all our needs and wants were met. The outdoor heated pool was to die for. The grotta was interesting and the massages!! Book it if you are thinking about it just book it.

Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds.

struttura di altissimo livello, con un servizio eccellente. terme tenute benissimo e ottima varietà di trattamenti. Il personale e i massaggiatori sono tutti molto cortesi, gentili e professionali. Camera pulita con tutte le comodità. Alla mia richiesta di avere un cuscino più rigido sono stato soddisfatto in pochissimo tempo. il ristorante è super come la colazione. Ampio parcheggio e possibilità di ricaricare l'auto. assolutamente consigliato.

Førsteinntrykket var strålende - pene og luksuriøse fellesområder, nylig renovert, men med den klassiske og typiske stilen for området intakt. Vi hadde et standard rom som var godt utstyrt og pent innredet. Dessverre skulle førsteinntrykket bli utfordret. Hovedproblemet var air-condition. Denne lagde en høy lyd, og første natten klarte den ikke å kjøle rommet under 25 grader. Vi klaget til resepsjonen, og de måtte visstnok gjøre en sentral tilpasning (selv om vi selv skulle kunne justere +/- 3 grader fra rommet), og andre natten klarte den kjøle rommet til minimum 23 grader. Når anlegget startet gikk lyden fra 30db til 40db, noe som er godt over anbefalingen på et soverom, og nok til å holde oss delvis våkne gjennom natten. Det var to ulike puter tilbudt, men begge hadde svært dårlig støtte for hode. Alt i alt to varme, bråkete og ubehagelige netter. Det virker som at de er noe urutinerte med fem stjerners service. «Turndown-service» som de beskriver på hjemmesiden sin opplevde vi ikke, kun den andre dagen kom de innom kl 18 og spurte om vi ville bytte håndklær. Det er et fint spaområde, men deler av det er gammelt og hører ikke til hotellet. Hotellets eget basseng var fint, men området virker uferdig og delvis stengt. Poolbaren er ikke åpen, noen puter er skitne, dårlig dusj. Dette var under forventet for vår del. Vi fikk ikke svømme før frokost, da bassenget åpnet 10. Restaurant og bar var svært bra, selv om også her servicen virket litt «ny» - svært god mat og hyggelig.

I loved the location. The hotel is on a beautiful gated property. The main building is adorable. The spa entrance room is very elegant. The cave is beautiful. The pool complex os fantastic. The only thing I noticed was some massage therapy rooms very dated and looking not well taken care of. At my room they didn’t have the proper flip flops as they promised on the check in so we have to wear our owns, which were not really appropriate to walk inside the grotto. People very gentle at the font desk but rude at the restaurant.

Très bel hôtel, très propre et calme. Permet de décrocher complètement. Seule petit commentaire serait d’exploiter davantage le potentiel du bar qui est un espace remarquable d’un point de vue architectural mais peu annimé. Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. Førsteinntrykket var strålende - pene og luksuriøse fellesområder, nylig renovert, men med den klassiske og typiske stilen for området intakt. Vi hadde et standard rom som var godt utstyrt og pent innredet. Dessverre skulle førsteinntrykket bli utfordret. Hovedproblemet var air-condition. Denne lagde en høy lyd, og første natten klarte den ikke å kjøle rommet under 25 grader. Vi klaget til resepsjonen, og de måtte visstnok gjøre en sentral tilpasning (selv om vi selv skulle kunne justere +/- 3 grader fra rommet), og andre natten klarte den kjøle rommet til minimum 23 grader. Når anlegget startet gikk lyden fra 30db til 40db, noe som er godt over anbefalingen på et soverom, og nok til å holde oss delvis våkne gjennom natten. Det var to ulike puter tilbudt, men begge hadde svært dårlig støtte for hode. Alt i alt to varme, bråkete og ubehagelige netter. Det virker som at de er noe urutinerte med fem stjerners service. «Turndown-service» som de beskriver på hjemmesiden sin opplevde vi ikke, kun den andre dagen kom de innom kl 18 og spurte om vi ville bytte håndklær. Det er et fint spaområde, men deler av det er gammelt og hører ikke til hotellet. Hotellets eget basseng var fint, men området virker uferdig og delvis stengt. Poolbaren er ikke åpen, noen puter er skitne, dårlig dusj. Dette var under forventet for vår del. Vi fikk ikke svømme før frokost, da bassenget åpnet 10. Restaurant og bar var svært bra, selv om også her servicen virket litt «ny» - svært god mat og hyggelig.

Wasted a whole day going from Rome to Florence just to take a train rent a car and go to the hotel to have to wait an hour to check in, be told conflicting information on where to wait, and order food that was absolutely horrible. I took one bite waited for my husband to taste his and right away said we will take the check and ran to get our bags and leave. We did not even stay or pick up our room keys. We went right back to the train station returned the rental and took the next train back to Rome to eat real food. There’s nothing around the hotel so their food being bad and us not eating all day after a wonderful food experience in Rome there was no way we were waiting for their dinner or prepaid breakfast I added to my reservation. A waste of money. The place is beautiful but the experience not worth it.

My stay felt like heaven. I planned it smack in the middle of city hopping thru europe. The staff made sure all our needs and wants were met. The outdoor heated pool was to die for. The grotta was interesting and the massages!! Book it if you are thinking about it just book it.

Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds.

Cute boutique hotel in a sleepy little town. Perfect to get away. Had a very nice stay and the thermal spa is amazing and so was their regular spa. But I’m a very picky and bougie person so: The food could’ve been better and it’s not as lux as you’d think for $800 a night. Overall though, amazing stay and the staff was very friendly !

Plenty of quiet areas to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Sharing a holiday with my cousin for her 60th, starting with a beautiful but hectic schedule in Rome and decided to enjoy this beautifully constructed/decorated hotel and its facilities. Didn’t need to venture to local Caves as enjoyed the hotel so much. Probably suit a relaxing break rather than a sight seeing option..imo…😬
