The room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The location was OK but the external entry to the property was undesirable and in need of attention. Inside the property was in better condition but still could use some attention. Breakfast was good with good choices. Staff were helpful and professional and they obviously are not able to do anything about the state of the building. The price was good for the facilities that were there but it felt neglected on the outside.

We didnt eat breakfast so i cant review on that, but pillows were very small and towels were like paper. But the location was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

All was good at a very attractive price. It’s an old building, but the room was clean, with an interesting photo wallpaper to balance inadequacies. There was an issue with a strong weed smell, and the staff member reacted right away after I told him, and fixed the problem ( IDed the room with the smokers) when I was back. The area is quiet, but the guests were „a mixed bag“

The staff were brilliant and had arranged parking for us. The reception staff were great on arrival and at all other points of contact. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the old town of Le Mans, which we love. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
