Fantastic hotel based in the centre of Le Mans, within easy walking distance of the main square and amenities. Hotel room was plentiful, lovely comfortable bed and facilities to cook own food, as well as the option to purchase breakfast if preferred. The hotel has its own parking. We chose their underground car park which was secured, monitored and much cooler from the lovely warm weather. We chose this hotel due to its location and were not disappointed. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Hôtel très bien placé en plein centre et à moins de 15mn du circuit. La chambre familiale était grande avec une kitchenette. État correct voir moyen. Les enfants ont partagé le canapé lit. Nous avons dû déplier le canapé en arrivant, le lit était déjà fait mais replié. L'hôtel bénéficie de quelques places de parking dans un parking souterrain juste à côté de l'hôtel. N'hésitez pas à réserver votre place à l'avance car il y en a peu. Le petit déjeuner buffet était simple mais correct. Il y avait de tout. L'hôtel bénéficie d'une petite salle de sport très sympa avec tapis, rameur, vélo et vélo elliptique. C'est un hôtel idéal pour une ou 2 nuits au Mans surtout pour son emplacement mais qui malheureusement manque de chaleur pour un si joli centre ville.

Excellent boutique hotel right in the city center. You are steps away from the Town Square, tons of restaurants, shopping. It's all within a few blocks walk. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing rooms are a bit small, but they are well appointed so you don't feel very cramped. I stayed for 7 days. I enjoyed the Continental breakfast that they offered and enjoyed their Hammam/sauna almost every night. I would definitely go back. The reception staff were outstanding!! A special. thank you to Patrick for all of his assistance. There was also a young lady in the evening but didn't get her name. I traveled with my cat and he especially enjoyed the large window!

Séjour d’une nuit très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du vieux Mans et du centre ville. Le parking (payant) est indispensable car tous les stationnements alentours sont payants et très recherchés.

We picked this property because of its location. It was easy to get to from the train station, only one bus stop away. And it’s very close to the old town and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling through the city very much. The property does have onsite laundry facilities, which is nice. Beds are comfy. Unfortunately, we visited during heat wave. They do provide fans for the rooms, no AC. If you decide to open the windows, beware of the noise from down the street. The buses can be quite loud. Also, nearby restaurants would dump glass bottles to the trash bins downstairs at night, which is loud as well. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in Le Mans.

I don’t think I ever gave such a low rating, but this one is warranted. Orbitz does not allow pictures posting, so I can only write. 1/ no one at front desk but a sign and a number to call. I called 6 times over 90 minutes and never got an answer 2/ my bathroom was in disarray with used feminine underwear on the floor 3/ bedding is mediocre, pillows horrible (cheap microscopic foam peanut type) 4/ in the morning, staff block the lift on the 7th to load their supplies. A good 10 minute wait for the lift. Etc… Stay away. It was my first stay at a Odalys property, never again!

Great hotel in LeMans pretty much in the centre. Staff were lovely and the only fault I could find was it didn’t have aircon, but did have two fans. Great value for money. There was paid parking out the front, free on a sunday although the hotel might have parking available.

The first room we were given at check in was wonderful! It was spacious & comfortable. However, the toilet mechanism broke in the middle of our second night, so they moved us to another room for our third night's stay. That room - while still technically the one-bedroom suite we'd reserved - was much smaller & didn't have the same amenities as the first (i.e. the first room had extra pillows for the couch, a dresser in the bedroom, & a longer desk, but the second room had a tiny desk, no couch pillows & no dresser).

The staff were very friendly. The room was so comfortable and incredibly quiet. We had messaged ahead and a parking space had been reserved for us. We had also mentioned we were bringing our dog and she was very welcome. Both of these reservations incurred a fee but that was expected. We paid for these when we arrived, together with the tax. Breakfast was really lovely with a variety of delicious things to eat. The reception area also smelt really nice! Both hubby and me commented on it. We went for a short walk in the evening and in the morning. The area felt safe. There were plenty of places to eat and drink if needed. We would definitely come back if we were to stay in Le Mans again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Surtout ne vous adressez pas au réceptionniste qui est complètement à l’ouest Incapable de sortir une facture conforme franchement je n’ai jamais vu ça il vous dit tout simplement qu’il donne la priorité aux résidents et vous demande de repasser pour prendre votre facture mais à chaque fois ce n’est pas fait

Fantastic hotel based in the centre of Le Mans, within easy walking distance of the main square and amenities. Hotel room was plentiful, lovely comfortable bed and facilities to cook own food, as well as the option to purchase breakfast if preferred. The hotel has its own parking. We chose their underground car park which was secured, monitored and much cooler from the lovely warm weather. We chose this hotel due to its location and were not disappointed. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Chambre avec kitchenette très pratique, tout confort, en excellent état et propre. Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Très bon accueil. Astuce : pour laisser la voiture, le parking du palais des congrès à 7 min à pied est idéal, le moins cher de la ville (moins de 20€ les 24h).

Séjour d’une nuit très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du vieux Mans et du centre ville. Le parking (payant) est indispensable car tous les stationnements alentours sont payants et très recherchés.

We picked this property because of its location. It was easy to get to from the train station, only one bus stop away. And it’s very close to the old town and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling through the city very much. The property does have onsite laundry facilities, which is nice. Beds are comfy. Unfortunately, we visited during heat wave. They do provide fans for the rooms, no AC. If you decide to open the windows, beware of the noise from down the street. The buses can be quite loud. Also, nearby restaurants would dump glass bottles to the trash bins downstairs at night, which is loud as well. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in Le Mans.

L'hotel est idéalement située à 5mn à pied du centre ville. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.Le parking est un vrai plus pour seulement 12€ par jour. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Je recommande le petit-déjeuner de très bonne qualité et qui propose une multitude de produits de qualités. Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour.

Tout était parfait, surtout pour notre petite famille La localisation en plein cœur du Mans et des sites les plus centraux, le personnel de l hôtel très humain et adorable, le petit déjeuner buffet d une qualité ++ (produits bio de saison fait maison et local pour la plupart), les chambres spacieuses propres et confortables. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour je recommande +++ et je reviendrai ici c est sur, avec la petite famille. Merci Ofalys

Très agréable séjour ! L'appart'hôtel Odalys City est un lieu à recommander pour sa propreté, son emplacement au calme malgré sa situation en centre-ville et son confort. Le petit-déjeuner -quoique un peu cher- est bien varié et de très bonne qualité.

Excellent location to leave your car and explore Le Mans on foot. Parking available in-site (but spaces are limited so book ahead of time - which we didn’t - or you’ll have to park in one of the nearby municipal car parks, which are actually great!). The room was compact L, comfortable, clean, with a fridge (very small freezer compartment), hob, microwave, sink, coffee machine. Staff were really helpful. Again … great location as a base to explore Le Mans on foot.
