Votre hébergement est d'un confort impressionnant. Bien situé proche gare et tout équipé ,propre,grand. Tarifs avantageux et petit déjeuner copieux. Nous sommes ravis,merci! Bémol : nous n'avons pas été informés des travaux du parking .nous avons dû nous garer a minuit, dans un parking externe.je vous avoue que ce n'est pas agréable pour madame qui est enceinte.

Énorme problème impossible de se garer pour aller a l'hôtel. A plus d un kilomètre non sécurisé, j,arrive a l,hotel et là ils ont un parking sous l,hotel. Il faut passer par le parking de la gare. Trop compliqué je n,y retournerai pas.

L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture est simple mais il faut bien suivre les indications données par l'hôtel. En voiture prennez bien le parking à 10€ 😉. L'appart familial que nous avons eu été très bien. Seuls les enfants qui dormaient dans le salon ont été genés par le tram.

Super appartement, propre. Un peu bruyant, proch du tram. L'ascenceur principal était en panne, les autres accessibles à partir du 1er étage. bon petit déjeuner

Accueil très agréable, facilité de se garer alentour. toutefois quartier gare et passage trams sous les fenêtres. il faut oublier cet inconvénient, juste en bas de l’hôtel restaurant hamburgers etc ... très sympathique. Sans oublier la visite des 24 heures du mans. !!!

Personnel au top avec un ++ pour Laura. Situé à côte de la gare donc accès à divers magasins. Parking en sous-sol. Très propre. De petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande Le point negatif selon moi cest le bruit du tramway qui passe sous les fenêtres mais chacun réagit différemment au bruit !

L'appartement était très bien, mais : Ascenseur en panne (nécessité de monter un étage pour prendre l'ascenseur secondaire mais une des personnes a des difficultés de locomotion). Insonorisation insuffisante compte tenu de la localisation (trams et train). Par contre, appartement assez grand, propre avec tout le nécessaire.

Chambres très chaudes, pas de climatisation, ventilateurs bruyants, confort très très très spartiate et propreté très douteuse (poils ds la douche et tapis de poussière sous le canapé convertible qui date de plusieurs semaines...) ce qui ne vaut absolument pas 389€ pour 1 nuit! C'est honteux.

Établissement très récent et très propre. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et insonorisée par rapport aux autres. En revanche, le passage du Tram est bruyant (l'isolation depuis l'extérieur a-t-elle été suffisamment pensée ?). L'établissement le sait, je pense, puisqu'il met à disposition des bouchons d'oreille avec lesquels j'ai passé malgré tout, une bonne nuit.

Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

Yes, I did send review directly at hotel when there Room spotlessly clean, bed v.comfy, staff very courteous, friendly. Felt at home. Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance

Hotel was good and staff lovely. It was very central and close to transport links. Unfortunately due to the high temperature it was difficult to cool down without opening windows and this caused a high level of noise in the room. We were provided with a fan but although it moved air around the temperature was still uncomfortable. Some sort of air conditioning would be helpful especially as temperatures are rising.

Our room had a lot of space but it needs work. Very outdated place, loud bed. No A/C. There’s a fan in the room. And they even give you earplugs… it’s very loud from the trams and trains on both sides so not possible to sleep with an open window either.

Malgré un effot avec ventilateurs et climatiseur la chambre est étouffante et du coup cher pour cette prestation ne plus la louer le temps de résoudre le problème serais judicieux. Autrement il faudrai voir à la climatiser.

Avec les jours de forte canicule, j'ai été surpris par la politique écologique de l'hôtel qui consiste à s'abstenir d'équiper les chambre de climatisation alors qu'on est dans les mêmes prix que la concurrence.

Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Malgré plusieurs ventilateurs mis à disposition l’air était difficilement respirable avec 29 degrés à l’extérieur. L’appartement est confortable et grand.

Le tram passe aux pieds du bâtiment toutes les 30 secondes faisant un bruits énormes impossible de dormir sauf entre 1h et 5h du matin Nous sommes donc rentré avec des petits yeux. Idéal pour fetard

Votre hébergement est d'un confort impressionnant. Bien situé proche gare et tout équipé ,propre,grand. Tarifs avantageux et petit déjeuner copieux. Nous sommes ravis,merci! Bémol : nous n'avons pas été informés des travaux du parking .nous avons dû nous garer a minuit, dans un parking externe.je vous avoue que ce n'est pas agréable pour madame qui est enceinte.

Yes, I did send review directly at hotel when there Room spotlessly clean, bed v.comfy, staff very courteous, friendly. Felt at home. Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance

Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!
