Pros: lower cost as you're by the airport, but still in a nice neighborhood that has dining options nearby. Breakfast was nice - a true continental with lots of options. Cons: my son got bedbug bites from the sleeper sofa! Was an old hotel that has had some surface updates but the rooms are pretty low quality. Also note, the family suites do NOT have kitchens with cooking stoves. You have to go to a tiny shared kitchen in the hotel to cook anything. The pictures are misleading.

Very nice. Friendly staff spoke fluent English. Spacious room by Europe standards. Very clean surprised how nice. Elevator didn’t work when we left but stairs are clean well lit and nice. The pool is outdoor pool and closed in feb but that wasn’t important. Kitchenette was cute, clean and stocked with essentials like plates silverware dish soap. Overall it was great.

Buen Hotel para visitar Ginebra. Tiene cerca supermercados y cuenta con parking gratis y si acaso, uno de pago ( 10€). Tiene una cama enorme y comoda, las almohadas muy buenas. La distancia a la frontera de Suiza es muy pequeña ( 5 minutos en coche). Ginebra centro esta a 15 minutos en coche. El unico problema , es que no cuenta con vitro y no se puede cocinar. Nos quedamos sin hacer la cena de Nochevieja. Hay una cocina en la primera planta pero no esta muy equipada. El personal muy amable y cuenta con Bar y algo de picoteo.

Rude staff. Unapologetic about the condition of the pool. (see photo). Terrible check-in experience with the receptionist picking up the phone and taking long phone calls and taking a long time while checking us in. They ignored the number one rule in hospitality, deal with the customer in front of you!

Hotel is in France side of Geneva, a bit far from Geneva downtown area. A nice hotel with spacious rooms and free parking. You basically need to have a car to stay here when visiting Swiss Geneva.

Loin du centre de Genève, trop proche de l aéroport, reveillé à 6h du matin. N y allez pas pour vous reposer. Piscine non entretenue, c dommage. Trés beau vilage à proximité. Petit déj correcte.

Very friendly staff, good and comfortable room. Duplex room had a large bed, sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs. The two room chairs and hallway carpet need updating or thorough cleaning. Pool area was o.k., but needs some “life”. Little town nearby has a few good food options (Brasserie Voltaire).

L’hôtel n’avait pas d’air climatisé, donc c’était très inconfortable. Pourtant cette condition était dans mes moteurs de recherche sur le site. Le préposé nous a dit que c’était seulement pour les suites. Plutôt décevant.

It’s a ok hotel for a night stay as it’s close to the airport. The room doesn’t come with an Air conditioning standard, you have to book a special room for it . The staff was kind enough to give us a fan as I didn’t know that there are separate rooms with Air Conditioning . The bathroom was not clean and the toilet seat had stains which was disgusting.They need to work on house keeping.

Great place to stay, rooms were super clean. Kids loved the junior suite. Fully equipped. Staff were super helpful and kind. Shops and places to eat were within 10 mins walk. Airport was about 10 mins on bus. Nice pool and kids sand pit.

Checkin: Mitarbeiter war am Telefon und hat uns nicht beachtet. Danach hat er sich erst mit anderen Mitarbeitern unterhalten anstatt uns zu bedienen. Apartment: Sehr hellhörig: man hört alles von den Nachbarn, vor allem wenn sie mitten in der Nacht lauf Party feiern. Ein Bewegungsmelder in der Wohnung blinkte ständig. Leider wenig internationale TV Sender (kein Deutscher). Sauberkeit in der Wohnung in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man nicht ohne Schuhe laufen; leichter Schimmel im Bad. Badezimmer extrem klein, wenn die Wohnung tatsächlich mit 4 Personen genutzt wird. Im Wohnzimmer kein Tisch. Wenn man etwas trinken/essen möchte, muss man dies entweder am Schreibtisch tun oder alles auf den Boden stellen. Insgesamt in Ordnung für 1-2 Nächte, wenn man nur schlafen möchte.

Fabulous reception staff who could not do enough for us. Room was very clean except for slight mound smell in the bathroom due to the “tea cup” basin which obviously holds water around table. Otherwise great tea and nespresso coffee and good location with a short walk to the buses. Really nice start to our holiday thanks for having us.

The M3 hotel was perfect for a night stay near the Geneva airport. The staff were super friendly, check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was very clean and spacious. It is also easy to access from the airport or train station via public transit (66 bus from the airport and 60 from the train station). I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment had a king and two twins + sofa bed. What they don't tell you is that the twin is in the same bedroom as the King. And that the king is so close to the slanted ceiling that my family hit their heads against it 3 times. Needs to be painted red with a pad on it.

Understaffed with the front desk person (only one for each shift) tasked with all duties: check-in, bartending, technician and so on so forth…The hotel looked to have potential but is mismanaged, all extra staff given vacation with no cover-up ensured. Bad cleaning practices from lobby to rooms. Ernesto at the desk is the best at customer service doing it all but to be honest the only positive thing about the hotel is front desk staff in general. Technical issues en masse (safe, phone, hair-dryer all not operational). Bar was closed, on vacation again! Front desk (again) can serve you a drink. Be careful not all room are air conditioned. Location is convenient only if you have a car. Although public transport is close it is time consuming and uber not reliable. Construction next door, not a problem if window closed issue if at the pool or open windows.

Staff was very accommodating and interested in finding solutions ( as opposed to the usual - sorry, it’s not my job attitude). Dealing with flight delays and other problems, our arrival was after midnight. Although it was outside of the check in window, someone was waiting for us. Parking lot was full but the staff realized the late hour and made arrangements to provide a spot. After a disaster of a travel day, it was a pleasure to arrive at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and just what we needed. Staff was pleasant in the morning at breakfast and everything work as promised - thank you Residence Hotel - fantastic experience !

The M3 hotel was perfect for a night stay near the Geneva airport. The staff were super friendly, check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was very clean and spacious. It is also easy to access from the airport or train station via public transit (66 bus from the airport and 60 from the train station). I would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the room was nice and it was comfortable, clean. The exterior needs renovations and upkeep. We had an overnight lay over and this hotel was close. What we didn't know was that it crosses boarders which limited available airport transportation and made it very expensive and hard to get to/from the airport.

We booked the Hotel the night before we arrived I wasn't too sure of its location. The Hotel was in a brilliant location, very convenient to visiting Geneva. It was located in a beautiful village just across the French border which made it cheaper for buying groceries and eating out. Staff in the hotel were very polite, welcoming and helpful even printing out our boarding passses for our next flight. The staff gave as helpful travel tips on bus, restaurants etc. Breakfast was a lovely contential breakfast. Overall we had a brilliant stay and we will would highly commend this hotel.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was lovely and it was very convenient for the airport, and just a short walk to the centre of the small town, which is charming. Great value hotel, perfect for the airport as the bus goes from down the road and takes 7 mins.

Hotel is in France side of Geneva, a bit far from Geneva downtown area. A nice hotel with spacious rooms and free parking. You basically need to have a car to stay here when visiting Swiss Geneva.

This hotel was great! Our family and I stayed two nights as it was conveniently located near the airport. We had an accessible room, which we requested. The staff accommodated another room for us with no charge and honored our initial reservation. The receptionists were extremely kind and treated us very well. One of them gave us leftover pastries from breakfast and called us a taxi as the Ubers are not reliable. The rooms were large and there was an English BBC channel available. The hotel is also within walking distance to several restaurants and a Carrefour. We ordered a dinner one night from their restaurant, which was delicious. The food was not available our second night, so remember to check on restaurant food availability. We would definitely stay here again!

Not enough options to dine out close to the hotel, however a quick bus ride into Geneva solves this problem. Transports links very close which was convenient. Excellent facilities, can see the Alps which was pleasant to view. 5 stars.
