Receptionist preferred to communicate in French but she was extremely helpful and patient. This is an older hotel in a somewhat rundown residential neighborhood, but grocery store, lots of little restaurants, and buslines are all within 10 min walking distance. Free parking outside or parking garage for daily fee. Excellent breakfast.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, da sie in der Hochsaison im Sommer noch halbwegs erschwinglich war und per Bus eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum von Genf hatte. Toll war speziell für Kinder die Verfügbarkeit eines Innenpools, auch wenn dieses nicht sonderlich groß ist. Verbesserungswürdig ist jedoch der Zustand der Zimmer. Viele Details weisen auf mangelnde Instandhaltung hin wie z.B. beschädigte Fliesen oder Deckenplatten im Badezimmer. Der Vier-Sterne Klassifizierung konnte sie vom Gesamteindruck jedenfalls nicht gerecht werden. Es war auch das erste Mal in einem Hotel, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, zu unserer Abreise den Müll rauszubringen.Trotzdem - mit der funktionalen Küchenzeile und auch dem kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Genf, den man jeweils am Vorabend buchen sollte, können wir sie als Budgetoption empfehlen. Das Frühstück hätte vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas besser sein können, zum Beispiel mit etwas frischem Gemüse und Obst. In der Nähe gibt es einen Carréfour Supermarkt, falls man sich selbst versorgen möchte.

Everything needed for a short trip. Room and bathroom very clean and helpful to have a fridge in the room. Bar was closed for renovation when we got there. Easy enough to walk to local amenities though. The information says airport shuttle available but turned out that this was only between 7 and 10 in the morning so no good for my evening flights.

LIARS yes LIARS. They advertise that they have free airport shittle BUT it only drives from hotel to airport so they lie. I had to pay 24 chf/euro for an uber. Ridiculous and you find out after waiting.

J'ai eu la chambre 9 : Moquette dégelasse, taches de colle au niveau de la baignoire, joint de la vitre de la baignoire en parti brun, pas de bouchon dans la baignoire, des taches et des marques de coup à plusieurs endroits même au plafond. (Quand j'ai demandé un bouchon de baignoire, il est allé en chercher un dans une autre chambre qu'il n'a pas pris la peine de nettoyer et sécher) Nous avions plusieurs chambres et je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas mais j'avais la pire de notre groupe. Pour l'accueil, suivant qui est présent ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de plus que un service mécanique sans sourire et ne laisser pas de message sur le répondeur c'est inutile, contrairement à ce qui est dit, personne ne vous rappelle. Le bar est fermé et pas de distributeur de snacks et boissons à part une fontaine et une machine à café. Pour le petit déjeuner je ne l'ai pas pris et heureusement car vu le prix et le peu qui y est proposé (je suis passée voir avant de partir) c'est une grosse arnaque. Les seuls points positifs sont le parking et l'isolation. La piscine correspond à la largeur de 2 lignes de nage pour les amateurs sur une longueur d'environ 12m je voulais en profiter mais là aussi l'hygiène ... Cet établissement devrait être rafraîchi, si je n'avais pas été aussi fatiguée j'aurais demandé à être remboursée et serais allée ailleurs.

Perfect for one night between flights. The room was big, clean and comfortable. They provide a shuttle to the airport but not from the airport. I think there is a bus but i arrived late. Payed 25 dollar for an uber.

Les chambres sont très sales. Moquettes plein de taches, salle de bain très sales. Ne regarder surtout pas sous la baignoire au risque de vomir. Mauvaise odeur dans la piscine, l’eau ne semble pas bien traitée. Plus que déçu par la qualité de cette hôtel surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Pasé una noche en este hotel cerca del aeropuerto antes de un vuelo temprano. La atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear: nada acogedora y sin la más mínima simpatía. La habitación, aunque amplia (había elegido el apartamento de 1 dormitorio), estaba bastante sucia: la moqueta con varios agujeros y la encimera dañada por un problema de agua. Despite a three pm check-in time, our room was not ready until four fifteen. All we wanted was a clean room with AC and parking. The only thing satisfactory was the parking. The room was very dirty with stains on the carpet, couch and walls. There was a cigarette burn on the chair. The control for the temperature in the room said it was not modifiable so no AC. We opened the window but it was very noisy outside and we could smell cigarette smoke. Note that the hotel requires a deposit that is only refundable if the kitchen is clean and garbage taken out at the end of the stay.

Very old and outdated property, poorly maintained. Cobwebs throughout and windows were extremely dirty. The shower was only partially working. Realistically, this is more of a 3-star property so definitely not a true 4-star. That said, it was value for money, so you get what you pay for. Bonjour, j’ai regretté d’avoir réservé là-bas, toilettes trop petit, télévision à côté du micro-ondes et très petit écran, lit pas confortable du tout. Aucun service de nettoyage si séjour inférieur à 8 nuits. Nous avons pris 6 nuits donc pas de serviette propre pendant tout le séjour, pas de papier toilette et pas de draps propre , nous avons dut tout racheter nous même. Le pire du séjour aura été le lendemain de notre plainte pour le ménage car nous avons retrouvé des punaises de lit j’ai remis la punaise dans un mouchoir aux réceptionniste mais bon pas grande réaction . Les seuls points positifs du séjour sont la cuisine bien équipée et la piscine intérieure de l’hôtel Mais je ne recommande pas car la propreté passe avant tout le reste…

Hotel hors d'âge loin des photos présentés. J'ai demandé un remboursement pour ma deuxième nuit n'ayant dormi que 3h à cause des désagréments lors de ma première nuit et la directeur m'a répondu qu'il était trop tard. La chambre est sale, miteuse, des cheveux dans les draps, la douche est remplie de calcaire et de traces jaunes, il y a du savon séché sur les murs de la salle de bain et des trous de cigarettes et d'usures un peu partout dans l'appartement. Je ne parle pas de l'odeur ainsi que des trous dans les murs partout y compris dans les communs. La moquette est tachée partout.

Je fais l’enregistrement en ligne en amont comme indiqué dans le mail mais l’on m’explique a l’arrivee qu’il faut tout refaire car ca ne sert a rien… On me ne une chambre au rdc, d’apparence ok mais le rideau n’est ni assez large ni assez long pour occulter la fenetre baie vitree qui donne sur un corridor exterieur avec des neons enormes qui restent allumés toute la nuit donc une lumière inacceptable dans la chambre pourtant apres minuit. Je vais voir la reception et on m’explique « non c’est comme ca et on ne peut rien faire ». Aucune consideration du bien etre du client et de sa nuit. C’est tout simplement inacceptable pour le prix et j’attends un remboursement de l’etablissement tres clairement.

The hotel apartment was perfectly adequate for what we wanted. There were extra facilities such as a pool but I fortunately we couldn’t use it as the men only had shorts not trunks. The beds were clean and tidy but the carpet was very well used and the sofa had a burn hole on it. The kitchen was very basic. Two hob rings and a microwave, fridge and a dishwasher but no draining board for dish washing by hand. Rooms are also only cleaned weekly or between guests.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce petit studio de 35 m3 pour 4 personnes avec une jolie vue sur la nature, les petits oiseaux qui chantent. Appartement trés calme et propre. L'hôtesse et l'hôte d'accueil sont trés serviables. La navette est à l'heure et le chauffeur a été très arrangeant et sympa. Il m'a déposé à l'ARENA avec les autres passagers. Je ne vous cache pas que j'ai eu du mal à partir. A revenir sans hésiter, je vous le recommande vivement.

Really great location to and from the airport. In walking distance to the shops/restaurants and buses. The room was exactly as described and was very clean and modern. Everyone was very helpful and we didn’t have any issues staying here. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hote.

The carpet is terribly bad. It has stains everywhere and dirty. There is coffee make but no coffee powder packets at all. The hot water is limited; only a bit above lukewarm water in the shower in the morning and only cold water in the evenings. This hotel is not in Switzerland please be aware. Although the hotel lists free airport shuttle, it is only available for limited hours.

Teil von Küche Utensilien sind nicht gut. Reserve von Toilettenpapier und Tücher für 3 Tage war wenig. Fast nur französische Sendung im fernsehen. Das wichtigste, bis 06.01.2026 haben wir das Geld 200 € für die Kaution noch nicht bekommen obwohl der Mitarbeiter hast gesagt es wird in gleiche Tag zurückgeschickt 02.01.2026 .

1) our room was assigned to us because we arrived several hours before check in. Though the property was alerted to our earlier flight arrival and indicated a room would be available at extra charge (which we agreed to). We still waited 3 hours for the room. 2) I emailed them with questions about a week before arrival; of course they never responded. 3) The room contained broken fixtures in the bathroom; the toilet paper holder would detach from the wall and hit the floor. 4) We informed the front desk of a broken tile in front of the "refrigerator," of course we were told they knew... nothing was done in our 2 week stay to address it. 5) The very old "refrigerator" was small and would not get cool. We started putting water bottles in the freezer just to get cold water. 6) The bathroom was was very large but contained a shower that was less than a meter square. Making it difficult to move around No shelves in the shower for placement of personal care products or a area to place my glasses. But worse of all the lighting was so weak that we kept the door of the bathroom open and bedroom lights on high just to provide a level of lighting. 7) The general rudeness and lack of consideration from the management. The shape of the building acts as a sound amplifier... meaning that any sound in the front of the building registers in the room. So you allow people to play loud music and sing until midnight on the weekends. We stayed because we prepaid. Never again!

We booked a room at this hotel when the airport canceled all flights for the day. The information on the site suggested 24/7 availability for contact and shuttle to/from the airport. As soon as we booked the room, we tried to call the property a few times (9.30p) to arrange the shuttle. No one was answering. We took a taxi to go to the hotel. Once there, the reception person was rude. The next day at check out, we asked to arrange a shuttle and were told that we needed to arrange the day before. If it's not a service that's readily available, I would properly documented on the website. The two taxis cost more than 70 euros.

I stayed in Zenitude for 12 days, with my family (myself, my wife and two children). I do not recommend the hotel for the travelers in a similar situation and I believe expedia should delist this property at least for longer stays. Good: the location is not quite perfect, but this is balanced by a reasonable price. Swimming pool is a very good entertainment for children. Breakfast is very good and inexpensive. Bad: service. 1. For all time we stayed there was absolutely no room cleaning; they promised to do this once a week, however, when I complained, the staff each time responded then 7 days have not yet passed; 2. Therefore, I had to request the toilet paper twice at the reception; in one of these two cases the response was that they do not have toilet paper; 3. When I asked, which pharmacy nearby is open on Sunday, after a long research I got an advice to go to the (closed) pharmacy nearby and the information about the 24/7 working pharmacy may be found on the door there; 4. At the check out I waited for 15 minutes the receipt for city tax I payed while checked in. After all I did not receive this. They promised to send the said receipt to me by e-mail. I would be surprised if they do this, but they did not.

They ask you for 25% more for 1h earlier check in even that it s a very late at 3PM. Kitchen outdated, room will not be clean after every day if you want to stay longer. You need to throw the garbage outside otherwise you lose 200 eur guarantee. Unfriendly reception.The walls are very thin and you have the feeling that you gonna fall with its and the neighbours are like leaving in your room.

Very quiet. This would be a great place to stay on a business trip. Public bus stop is within easy walking distance. They have a shuttle to the airport in Geneva. Linens were clean. Bathroom and kitchen areas were fairly clean. Room was more spacious than others we stayed at in Switzerland.

Pour l'accueil, suivant qui est présent ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de plus que un service mécanique sans sourire et ne laisser pas de message sur le répondeur c'est inutile, contrairement à ce qui est dit, personne ne vous rappelle. Le bar est fermé et pas de distributeur de snacks et boissons à part une fontaine et une machine à café. Pour le petit déjeuner je ne l'ai pas pris et heureusement car vu le prix et le peu qui y est proposé (je suis passée voir avant de partir) c'est une grosse arnaque. Les seuls points positifs sont le parking et l'isolation. La piscine correspond à la largeur de 2 lignes de nage pour les amateurs sur une longueur d'environ 12m je voulais en profiter mais là aussi l'hygiène ... Cet établissement devrait être rafraîchi, si je n'avais pas été aussi fatiguée j'aurais demandé à être remboursée et serais allée ailleurs.

I stayed in Zenitude for 12 days, with my family (myself, my wife and two children). I do not recommend the hotel for the travelers in a similar situation and I believe expedia should delist this property at least for longer stays. Good: the location is not quite perfect, but this is balanced by a reasonable price. Swimming pool is a very good entertainment for children. Breakfast is very good and inexpensive. Bad: service. 1. For all time we stayed there was absolutely no room cleaning; they promised to do this once a week, however, when I complained, the staff each time responded then 7 days have not yet passed; 2. Therefore, I had to request the toilet paper twice at the reception; in one of these two cases the response was that they do not have toilet paper; 3. When I asked, which pharmacy nearby is open on Sunday, after a long research I got an advice to go to the (closed) pharmacy nearby and the information about the 24/7 working pharmacy may be found on the door there; 4. At the check out I waited for 15 minutes the receipt for city tax I payed while checked in. After all I did not receive this. They promised to send the said receipt to me by e-mail. I would be surprised if they do this, but they did not.
