Good public transport connection to Geneva airport (bus 66) and Geneva center (bus 60). The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet, but maybe we were lucky to be on the backside of the hotel as the road in front is quite busy. The pool looked nice but nobody was using it early November. Breakfast was decent. The corridors of the hotel and the rooms look a bit dated, but everything is functional and it is clean.

Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price. Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

Plenty of free parking, close to Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view from the balcony. However the bedroom was on the second level with steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

This hasn’t been my first time in La Reserve but, unfortunately, might be the last one. It’s very well located and they keep it fairly clean but internet never worked (not even to read emails, forget about having a video conference or watch YouTube videos). Toilet malfunction (which we get it, it happens) but we had to beg to get a different room (afternoon switching rooms Internet kept being useless). Staff is friendly and they do their best but in Ferney there are few options for eat/drink and, on a Friday night, hotels bar was closed!

A very nice hotel, the pool area was nice and the room was spacey. The gym was also nice. There was a big supermarket just across the street and the bus into central Genève was very close by. There were some minor things not working in the room, but nothing major. We had a very good vacation here!

Very convenient for car/public transport access to Geneva. Excellent service and friendly, multi-lingual staff. Common facilities, especially dining and swimming pool, are in very good condition. Our small room (no balcony) could use a bit of renewal (stained carpet, shower leaks) but the bed, air conditioning, TV and kitchenette were very good. Overall I am very happy with the choice of La Reserve for our 4-day stay in the area.

Absolut grauenhaft – nie wieder! Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man die ganze Nacht kein Auge zubekam. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und roch unangenehm, die Möbel uralt, teilweise kaputt und genauso dreckig wie alles andere im Zimmer. Im Bad Schimmel an den Wänden, verfärbte Armaturen und insgesamt ein Gefühl, als ob hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Das Frühstück? Ein schlechter Scherz. Kaum Auswahl, alte, steinharte Brötchen und sonst eigentlich nichts, was man Frühstück nennen könnte. Personal unfreundlich, null Verständnis für Beschwerden, und mit Englisch kommt man hier überhaupt nicht weiter – völlige Kommunikationsblockade. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung und sollte dringend renoviert oder besser gleich geschlossen werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

J’ai été très déçue car chambre très vétuste avec plafond rempli de moisissure et champignon. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre mais hôtel complet. Robinetterie à changer. Ensuite hôtel en bord de route, bruyant. Bref je n’y retournerai pas car vraiment cata.

The check-in was good, nice staff. But the room was disgusting. The beds had really big and brown marks on them, the floor had marks on them. The bathrooms was full of black mold. Would not recommend this to anyone!

Very dirty rooms with spiders-webs in the corners, dirty bathtub and everything looked outdated, there was a chewing gum stuck in the carpet. Unfortunately the whole room smelled as if there was an Indian cooking before. Parking was limited but the friendly receptionist allowed us to park at the entrance. The employees are all very friendly and kind. Location is also close to the city and well connected.

Séjour agréable dans une très belle région. Hôtel agréable avec piscine Mais la chambre était très sale dès notre arrivée. Malgré plusieurs demandes auprès de la réception, le niveau de propreté de la chambre ne s’est pas amélioré suffisamment. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a même pas reconnu cette défaillance invoquant un malentendu de notre part sur leurs conditions de nettoyage. Dommage, pour les clients suivant, qu’ils n’aient pas compris cette situation inacceptable. Nous ne sommes pourtant pas maniaques du ménage mais le minimum basique n’a pas été assuré. Alors courage à x prochains clients et n’oubliez pas de vous munir d’une éponge et de produit nettoyant avant de vous rendre dans cet endroit!

Un 4 étoiles sur le papier qui n’a rien à voir avec ce que l’on peut attendre d’un 4 étoiles : logements vétustes, mobiliers, portes et murs abîmés, un nettoyage plus que sommaire, de la poussière partout, moisissure dans la salle de bain, l’eau qui s’évacue mal dans les lavabo et même la chasse d’eau cassée… Les seuls points positif de cet établissements : le personnel, souriant et professionnel, et la piscine chauffée, qui est bien la seule chose nettoyée et rénovée de cet établissement. J’ai payé extrêmement cher pour la prestation et ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

La salle de bain présentait des signes d'usure, notamment au niveau de la peinture qui s'écaillait et des joints qui auraient pu être plus propres. This property would be perfect if it was better maintained. Obviously, staff supervision is lacking. The room that was initially given to me was small, uncomfortable (bed sagging), poorly cleaned, with appliances that did not work. A leak also developed in the bathroom, so I was transferred to better accommodations, but cleanliness was still not what it should have been for this category of property. Some staff are friendly and helpful, but some others should be better trained in handling the residence's guests. This property is overpriced in my view. The only good thing about it is the location near town (Ferney Voltaire), Geneva, and the Geneva Airport.

This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! A very nice hotel, the pool area was nice and the room was spacey. The gym was also nice. There was a big supermarket just across the street and the bus into central Genève was very close by. There were some minor things not working in the room, but nothing major. We had a very good vacation here!

I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our last night in Europe was an unexpected delight because of our stay here. Thank you!

Séjour agréable dans une très belle région. Hôtel agréable avec piscine Mais la chambre était très sale dès notre arrivée. Malgré plusieurs demandes auprès de la réception, le niveau de propreté de la chambre ne s’est pas amélioré suffisamment. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a même pas reconnu cette défaillance invoquant un malentendu de notre part sur leurs conditions de nettoyage. Dommage, pour les clients suivant, qu’ils n’aient pas compris cette situation inacceptable. Nous ne sommes pourtant pas maniaques du ménage mais le minimum basique n’a pas été assuré. Alors courage à x prochains clients et n’oubliez pas de vous munir d’une éponge et de produit nettoyant avant de vous rendre dans cet endroit!

Although it was spacious, our room was very outdated, dark and depressing. Definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating! Besides the staff at the reception didn't seem to care at all and almost caused us to miss our flight... Upon check-in, we asked if they offered a shuttle service since we had an early morning flight...the receptionist told us "yes" and even showed us a paper sheet with shuttle times...the next morning at 6 am we showed up for our shuttle and found out from another receptionist that they don't offer shuttle services...the times we were shown are for a public bus that stops 500m from there...are you kidding me??? We have 2 young kids, 5 suitcases and it's below 0 outside...so we had to call a taxi at the last minute which took 40 minutes to arrive and we barely made it on time for our flight. ..and no one at the hotel apologized or took responsibility for their mistake. They didn't care. Worst service I have experienced. I am sure there are better options in the area...avoid this place.

Good public transport connection to Geneva airport (bus 66) and Geneva center (bus 60). The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet, but maybe we were lucky to be on the backside of the hotel as the road in front is quite busy. The pool looked nice but nobody was using it early November. Breakfast was decent. The corridors of the hotel and the rooms look a bit dated, but everything is functional and it is clean.

Main point to note is, its in France. We landed in Geneva, this is close to airport but its France. Hard to find Uber. Good accommodation, decent space. Not so clean. Sofas are converted to beds, but not so great if its longer than day or two.

Cheap price for the area, breakfast was too expensive. Parking was easy and free which was a big plus. Rooms were ok but not as nice as most hotels, The bed wasn’t very comfortable. For the price and being near Geneva it was good.

Absolut grauenhaft – nie wieder! Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man die ganze Nacht kein Auge zubekam. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und roch unangenehm, die Möbel uralt, teilweise kaputt und genauso dreckig wie alles andere im Zimmer. Im Bad Schimmel an den Wänden, verfärbte Armaturen und insgesamt ein Gefühl, als ob hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Das Frühstück? Ein schlechter Scherz. Kaum Auswahl, alte, steinharte Brötchen und sonst eigentlich nichts, was man Frühstück nennen könnte. Personal unfreundlich, null Verständnis für Beschwerden, und mit Englisch kommt man hier überhaupt nicht weiter – völlige Kommunikationsblockade. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung und sollte dringend renoviert oder besser gleich geschlossen werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
