We booked 2 rooms for two adults. Just before coming I was slightly nervous having seen some recent negative reviews. However, our experience was fantastic. From arriving to leaving the staff couldn’t help enough. Parking was really convenient and very reasonable. We had a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean and had a great selection of complimentary drinks and snacks, which in most hotels you are charged for. Location great for the Defence Arena. Will be coming back!

We were there for 4 nights. The location was a lot further away from public transport than expected. The a/c didn’t work properly, we were given a fan that only moved hot air around. The hall carpet was dirty and worn The elevator security system didn’t work properly and we were told to keep trying. Most of the front desk staff were abrupt and not very helpful.

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The building is worn out and in serious need of maintenance. When we arrived, we were told the elevator was out of service, and the staff just said, “We’re not responsible,” with no help at all. What saved the situation was the amazing hotel manager. He noticed how upset I was, and immediately ran down to the garage and carried our luggage himself. The 3 stars are only for the manager’s professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic guest service.

The couch in the room was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it. The bed sheets were like sandpaper and didn’t stay on the bed so you were either sleeping on the ripped mattress cover or on the dirty mattress it’s self. There was obvious water damage to the floor that had not been repaired. The shower grout was yellow from lack of cleaning. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

La chambre était sale avec des odeurs et taches d’urine!! Au prix de plusieurs centaines d’euros ( et oui!!!!) la nuit …. C’est une honte!! J’avais réservé avec 3 autres collèges 4 chambres pour 2 nuits et nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit La 2 eme nuit on a réservé ailleurs et nous ne nous sommes pas fait remboursé!!! Plus jamais!!!! Dommage l’établissement par lui même est pas mal!!!

Chambres et salle de bain sales !! nous avions, avec des collègues, réservé 2 nuits et tous les 4 sommes restés uniquement une nuit. La 2ème nuit, nous avons réservé dans un autre hotel mais bien sur, pas de remboursement en période ou les tarifs dépassent l'entendement : double tarif par nuit voir quadruple !!!!

Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dai trasporti e dal quartiere della Defense, dove si trova un enorme centro commerciale con il desiderabile a disposizione. La struttura dell'hotel è un po' vecchiotta e le pulizie non vengono fatte quotidianamente, ma il monolocale (per quanto molto piccolo e non adatto a tre persone) al nostro arrivo era sicuramente pulito. Il personale dell'albergo è disponibile e accogliente.

The primary issue for me, as a solo female traveler, was the safety. There was no way for me to lock my door from the inside of my room (see picture). Additionally, at one point I needed a new key and front desk just asked for my room number and made it- they didn't confirm it was me staying there with ID or anything. I felt on edge sleeping here because of the lack of lock. The room was fine, the mattresses were hard. If you are taller than 5'8 the shower will be a bit tricky for you. Additionally, there was no blackout or privacy curtain on the window. Only a very sheer cover. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Check in déplorable! Arrivés à 15h ( heure de check in indiquée sur la réservation) chambre non prête. On nous explique que trop de clients partis tard et retard sur le ménage. Ok mais rapidement on s'apperçoit que nous sommes plusieurs dans le hall dans la même situation et les artivées s'accumulent...45 mn plus tard enfin une chambre! Résa d'1 chambre triple pour 3 adultes... le canapé lit d'appoint peu confortable pour un adulte...bref pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. De plus très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres: au 10e étage on entendait tous les bruits de la rue. Dommage car le lit double est confortable et le studio bien équipé. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement à 10 mn à pied de La Défense Arena.

Unser Apartment entsprach nicht den Abbildungen. Es war sehr verwohnt, teilweise beschädigt (u.a.Steckdosen aus der Wand hängend, verstopftes Waschbecken, sehr graue Gardinen). Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ereichbarkeit von Paris Zentrum mittels öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.

A mon arrivée a 16 h la chambre n était pas disponible, il a fallu que je patiente jusqu a 18 h 20 pour enfin accèder a ma chambre. The primary issue for me, as a solo female traveler, was the safety. There was no way for me to lock my door from the inside of my room (see picture). Additionally, at one point I needed a new key and front desk just asked for my room number and made it- they didn't confirm it was me staying there with ID or anything. I felt on edge sleeping here because of the lack of lock. The room was fine, the mattresses were hard. If you are taller than 5'8 the shower will be a bit tricky for you. Additionally, there was no blackout or privacy curtain on the window. Only a very sheer cover. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

A notre arrivée à 15h30, chambre pas prête, un monde fou dans le hall d’entrée qui attendait leur chambre également. La chambre était très bien à part le sol qui n’était pas très propre. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car 20€ par personne, c’est ABUSÉ ! Et pour finir , la taxe de séjour que j’ai payé aussi pour ma fille qui est mineure alors que c’est gratuit pour les -18 ans ! J’ai réclamé mais ils n’ont rien voulu savoir ! Bref je n’y retournerai pas, c’est bien dommage.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was exactly as promised. The small kitchen was very useful.The hotel was a 14- minute walk from metro station, but we visited in May and found the walk enjoyable.
