Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else

Good location walkable to Cannes beaches and sights. Very small boutique property and room was very lovely set up for our family with sofa bed made. However we found after walking in the room a little bit their floors are filthy. We thought it was nice being able to walk barefoot in our room on nice wooden floors. But they nedd to steam clean their floors. I also felt i was asking too much just to ask for hot water and milk for tea (the night manager) as their is no tea/coffee facility in room. Service coukd be improved. The elevator can take 1 person plus 1 luggage, or 2 people. Loved the balcony in our junior suite and our bathroom was very large.

We stay in this hotel and it has the best location while in Cannes, it is 3 blocks from the train station and is in the shopping area, every this is really close by. They have an elevator which it makes it ideal for people with disabilities.

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel - very French ! Breakfast in the garden is a must and the staff, especially Corinna, are absolutely fantastic Shout out to Mateo as well Location is excellent - couldn’t have asked for better. No parking but the hotel has a discounted deal with underground parking garage 5 min walk which allows multiple entry. I would definitely recommend and stay there again with the family Beach is about 10 min walk but shopping is right there

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet somit viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es ca 7 min Gehweg. Der Standort ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer an sich leider gar nicht. Es hat den ganzen Aufenthalt über modrig gerochen, egal wie oft das Fenster auf war zum Lüften. Die Einrichtung war zum Teil beschädigt und es war alles, vor allem im Bad, sehr verstaubt. Selbst, wenn man lediglich zum Übernachten in dieses Hotel geht, gibt es noch viel Potenzial nach oben..

The bed and the shower pressure was the only good thing. The carpet was gross,the drain in the shower backed up and had a fluid in the bathroom ever time we used shower, had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times they had 1 and a half small rolls for 5 days.the onlytime the air conditioner worked was when the card was in the power box so when we left had to bring card with us so when we would get back the room was hot,This place should never be on expedia It really sucked never should have a 3 stars could not wait to leave

Chambre récupéré avec 3/4h de retard mais par contre j'ai payé 40€ un départ tardif (le plus cher jamais payé !) c'est inadmissible ! La chambre est rustique avec une moquette immonde ! Pas d'insonorisation ! Seul point positif .. L'accueil, extrêmement serviable !

Unfortunately had quite a terrible experience with this hotel. We paid for a superior room that should have been spacious with a queen bed. Instead we were given a tiny standard room with a bed barely bigger than a single, and dubious cleanliness. Upon getting the room, we immediately asked the receptionist if this was in fact the room we paid for, and were told that we had been downgraded because a technical issue caused our superior room to be double booked. The manager to whom we escalated the situation was apathetic, and categorically refused to compensate us for the difference between the superior room we booked, and the standard room we were given. He claimed they gave us a comparable room (this could not be more false, the bed couldn’t fit two pillows side by side). We subsequently proposed being refunded for the entire stay, and we would find other accommodations, this was also refused. In short, we were stuck with the small room they downgraded us to, which I would never have booked. The receptionist did her best, but was limited by her manager. Overall, very disappointed with our stay, and I would strongly advise against paying more for a superior room in this hotel. Quite unfortunate as the location is great.

Bra läge i närheten av hamnen, filmfestivalområdet, restauranger och butiker. Ligger på en gågata så vi fick parkera en bit bort i ett publikt bilgarage och gå till och från med resväskorna. Rummet var bra med två dubbelsängar, tv, eget badrum, toalett och balkong. Dock låg toaletten i "hallen" och handfat och dusch i en annan del i rummet. Knarriga sängar, men ändå ok att sova i. Lite lyhört från gatan och eftersom det låg mitt i smeten var det en del ljud på kvällen. Det fanns ac vilket var väldigt skönt eftersom det var över 30° när vi besökte Cannes. Fanns frukost att välja till, men vi valde bort det eftersom vi flög hem tidigt på morgonen. Överlag är vi nöjda med hotellet.

We slept with the terrace doors open and the noise from the street was unbearable. We finally received a fan which helped but it seemed unreasonable not to have AC at the end of May. Also in the evening there was no one at reception and the front door was open which was a little uncomfortable.

Eerst en vooral heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede ligging als je van de trein afstapt. En midden in de winkelstraat! We hebben een kingbed gekregen kamer is groot met veel kast ruimte. Enkel spijtig dat er niks te drinken lag ook geen waterkoker. Wel een haardroger en wattenstaafjes. Mooi hotel voor dat prijs.

We slept with the terrace doors open and the noise from the street was unbearable. We finally received a fan which helped but it seemed unreasonable not to have AC at the end of May. Also in the evening there was no one at reception and the front door was open which was a little uncomfortable.

Unfortunately had quite a terrible experience with this hotel. We paid for a superior room that should have been spacious with a queen bed. Instead we were given a tiny standard room with a bed barely bigger than a single, and dubious cleanliness. Upon getting the room, we immediately asked the receptionist if this was in fact the room we paid for, and were told that we had been downgraded because a technical issue caused our superior room to be double booked. The manager to whom we escalated the situation was apathetic, and categorically refused to compensate us for the difference between the superior room we booked, and the standard room we were given. He claimed they gave us a comparable room (this could not be more false, the bed couldn’t fit two pillows side by side). We subsequently proposed being refunded for the entire stay, and we would find other accommodations, this was also refused. In short, we were stuck with the small room they downgraded us to, which I would never have booked. The receptionist did her best, but was limited by her manager. Overall, very disappointed with our stay, and I would strongly advise against paying more for a superior room in this hotel. Quite unfortunate as the location is great.

We stay in this hotel and it has the best location while in Cannes, it is 3 blocks from the train station and is in the shopping area, every this is really close by. They have an elevator which it makes it ideal for people with disabilities.

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. L'hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais avec des produits de qualité et le rapport qualité prix pour cette prestation est correct. Il est évidemment bien placé. Il manque toutefois d'insonorisation non pas vis à vis de la rue mais du fait du bruit généré à des heures tardives par d'autres hôtes. Une bonne adresse.

This hotel is run very well. The staff are friendly, efficient and easy going. The rooms are clean, large, and vary between a single/ double to a family room. The breakfast is just as varied to Cater for all ages and plenty of Nutella available for the little ones too.

Overall the stay was okay. I would not return to stay at this hotel again though mainly for 2 reasons. First the outlet sockets are outdates and we had trouble charging our electronics overnight. Second the breakfast options are quite limited and you can certainly tell the staff is not keen on replenishing food items despite the number of visitors available to be serviced during our stay, which was during high season. I also believe that the lack of access to a small fridge and/or coffee or tea machine in the room made it more difficult for us to enjoy our stay as we did not have access to store our bottled water. Plenty of options exist around the hotel though as it’s quite central and you can easily access all of Canness downtown attractions in a few steps.

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel - very French ! Breakfast in the garden is a must and the staff, especially Corinna, are absolutely fantastic Shout out to Mateo as well Location is excellent - couldn’t have asked for better. No parking but the hotel has a discounted deal with underground parking garage 5 min walk which allows multiple entry. I would definitely recommend and stay there again with the family Beach is about 10 min walk but shopping is right there

- Wi-fi did not work well. There was a noice from the elevator in the room. It was take care of but took some time. Hard to sleep. Balcony no use because no shade and huge wasps. Quite small room for four people with luggage. The guest in the room next to us was smoking. + Staff very kind and helpful. Location good. Aircon worked fine..
