Great location. Nice and clean room with a new bathroom. I was there primo November. Spa water and Hamam was not super hot, but still enjoyable.

Hotel is a good choice hotel off the main harbour of Cannes quite comfortable, staff are friendly only issues we had was first night at accommodation we were woke up by a violent fight in the corridor, then when we upgraded to a suite the rooms safe was broken staff fixed it however bathroom drains didn't seem to be flowing very well
