Great location. This hotel is excellently situated for anyone looking to explore Bordeaux. Great room. Very spacious. Great Air Conditioning. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Bed and Pillows very comfortable. Bathroom/Shower all very spacious. Staff. Very friendly and polite on check-in/check-out. Decor. Very stylish. Only (minor) thing to mention is that the elevator is very (very) small. Smallest I've ever been in. How small? If Dwayne Johnson & John Cena were to get in at the same time - that's it. It is packed. I mention this, as if you are claustrophobic, this is something to be aware of. Alternatively, you can take the stairs (there are a lot).

Photos bien plus jolies qu’en vrai. Petit hôtel de centre ville bien place. Ils m’ont gentiment changé de chambre car ma chambre ne chauffait pas. Le chauffage ce n’est pas top pour les frileux car c est une sorte de Clim bruyante. Et pas de réseau internet pour ma part. Pas de bar ni vraiment de partie commune sauf salle de petit dej. Ils ont été gentils néanmoins et serviables le personnel mais je n’y retournerai pas, prix 147 euros même si ils m’ont gentiment upgrade suite probleme. La salle de bain est joli mais bain douche pas fonctionnel On arrose tout.

This hotel has a great central location within a short walk of the bustling centre of Bordeaux. Our room was spacious for a French room, as was the bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and furnished, and included a safe, and tea making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and there was a rainfall shower over the bath. We were on the third floor at the rear of the hotel, and found that it was very quiet throughout our stay. Our daughter stayed in a single room, and found that too was a good size, with the same sort of facilities. We had to wait till the official check-in time, as our room wasn't available. We didn't have the breakfast option, as we preferred to find a local cafe, but the room looked very nice. There was complimentary water, tea & coffee available 24 hours in reception. The hotel were accommodating in looking after our cases after we checked out. Overall it was a great value stay, and we would definitely consider trying another HappyCulture hotel.

Den brukte 50 sekunder fra man kom inn i heisen til man gikk ut i 5. etg. Her kunne man altså bli stående lenge før man kom seg opp. Rommet var desverre skuffende, særlig lukten på badet. Det luktet klor da vi kom, men etterhvert luktet det rått og ikke bra. Sengen var ok, personalet var hyggelige.

Resepsjonistene er hyggelige og sjarmerende. Heisen er bitteliten og tar evigheter. Tunge trapper å gå med tung bagasje. Hotellet har åpenbart fått en "design"-oppgradering", og det er mye fint. Særlig frokostrommet er hyggelig. Pluss for at det er mulig å velge en mindre frokostvariant! Rommene er mørke, ikke veldig innbydende. Vi hadde rom mot gaten, det hjalp litt. Badet var stort, så hvorfor er det ikke satt inn en glassdør med bunn i istedenfor et virkelig trangt dusjkabinett..?

Die Heizung war so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnte. Außerdem hatte das ganze Hotel, vor allem in der Lobby, einen unangenehmen Geruch! Das Zimmer war eigentlich ganz nett, etwas dunkel und spitzwinklig geschnitten, aber sauber.

O hotel é bonito e com alguma pompa, funcionários extremamente educados mas o quarto que me deram era extremamente apertado, o café da manhã mediano e tivemos um incidente bastante desagradável com o climatizador dentro do quarto que seguiu desligado por 2 noites. Só depois de muito reclamar é que consegui que ligassem somente na última noite. Um absurdo em pleno inverno o hotel fazer economia de energia colocando os hóspedes para passar frio! Não recomendo esse hotel!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The location of the hotel was great. The hotel was an old building though so I experienced unexpectedly piping noise at night. The staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a triple room which I was vey grateful. However, the floor I was on had water issue so no water for the last night stay.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Bordeaux centre. An ideal base for exploring the city on foot, close to many of the sights and endless cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. A special mention to the excellent reception staff who helped us book a *very* early taxi to the train station when our original train was cancelled. And even gave us a coffee to fuel us for the 4.30am start! We look forward to our next visit.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel and room itself were stylishly decorated and clean, with modern yet retro fixtures. The windows opened onto a central area so we were able to let the breeze in on warmer nights. It seemed to be a quieter area with a few shops and bistros around, so it didn't get too loud at night and was very walkable. We were close to a few tram stops, which made getting around the city very simple. The staff was very helpful, even when we accidentally booked our trip for one day less than we meant to - they held our room and let us add the extra day without issue.

Hotel Konti is an ideal location for a visit to Bordeaux. It is within an easy walk of many sights and shopping,as well as the local tramway system. It is on a quiet street. The room for three of us was very comfortable and it appeared to be recently renovated, with a large bathroom. I would stay there again without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay at Konti hotel. The staff are friendly and location is great. The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is, we tried it 2 days. The bed is comfortable and the towels are very soft but the curtains were falling down and never fixed even after we notified the front desk. There is no fridge and no water offer. Overall decent hotel experience.
