Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla e ci hanno dato "una doppia ad uso quadruplo". Zero aria condizionata di notte, nessun balcone, cena con portate fredde e frutta vecchia. Piscina con pochi ombrelloni e sdrai quadi msi disponibili, nessuna animazione o musica, bar in piscina chiuso! Siamo rimasti pure bloccati in ascensore. 9 GIORNI DA INCUBO

Inizio con le note positive, lo staff era molto cordiale e professionale sia alla reception che in sala colazioni, l’hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio e di una comoda piscina. Purtroppo ci sono alcuni lati negativi che un hotel 4 stelle (ma in realtà è al massimo un 3 stelle) non si dovrebbe permettere, inizio col dire che la stanza era al terzo piano, la connessione Wi-Fi al terzo, ma anche in zona reception e piscina, era un disastro. L’unica ascensore spesso non funzionava o comunque sempre occupata. L’aria condizionata in camera si interrompeva per svariate ore durante la notte con temperature estive di 35gradi si trasformava in un forno (di giorno non eravamo in camera quindi non saprei). Le finestre non erano dotate di tende ma solo di persiane quindi si era costretti a dormire con finestre aperte per il caldo, fare la guerra con le zanzare e svegliarsi presto per la luce che entrava di prima mattina. Insomma, mi dispiace ma non vale i soldi spesi!

We arrived at the hotel, the parking area outside had cracked pots lying about. Upon entering the reception area it was clean and fairly modern, misleading us to believe that our room would mirror this. We were given the key, then first red flag should have been the lift area, literally writing on the wall. Tiny and again dated. 2nd floor apartment, we entered, it was noisy and very dated. Metal ceiling panels with the air conditioner right above it. Noise was unbearable. Bathroom, cracked sink and shower curtain that obviously liked the feel of skin! Waant rhe cleanest curtain either. The hairdryer wouldn't even blow a cobweb never mind your hair! The shower leaked. Bedroom, two twin beds one sheet one pillow. We had to request extra linen and pillows. An old tv wall mount for the larger 1980's style tv with a tiny flat screen plonked on top, which was so high picture wasn't worth having. Not enough plugs, no kettle or cups, the facilities were shocking. The shutter on balcony kept falling down with a heavy thud. Balcony, no furniture to sit on. Not as described regarding hotel offering. No pool music, no atmosphere, no pool bar despite being mentioned, you had to get dressed and walk back up stairs to go to the cafe section in hotel. If you were lucky enough to find a member of staff to serve you. No pool bbqs at all. The pool was dirty. The blue tiles in pool taking on a lovely beige colour and the pool wasn't once netted and debris removed.

Pæne værelser. Standard morgenmad. Der stod i beskrivelserne, at der var mulighed for fitness tæt på hvor der kunne købes adgang, det vidste personalet intet om, de henviste til Google. Vi havde bestilt 2 dobbelt værelser, og blev placeret i hver sin ende af hotellet. Virkelig utrolig grimt, slidt og meget ringe pool område. Lever overhovedet ikke op til beskrivelserne. Ingen poolbar. "Boble bad" lukket. Se billeder.

Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Cagliari entfernt und verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung von der Größe und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 90ern aber alles in Funktion. Ganz besonders lobenswert ist das Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Das Frühstück ist vom Buffet und in Ordnung. Das Abendessen ist A la Carte, drei Gänge und schmeckt prima. Es beginnt jedoch sehr spät. Erst um 20 Uhr.

Pobyt w tym hotelu niestety pozostawił po sobie więcej rozczarowań niż pozytywnych wspomnień. Największym problemem były mrówki w pokoju – na podłodze przy drzwiach, przy łóżku, a nawet zdarzyło się, że na łóżku. Nie pomagało to w poczuciu komfortu, zwłaszcza że drzwi wejściowe miały widoczną szparę, przez którą owady swobodnie wchodziły do środka. Śniadania były bardzo monotonne – codziennie to samo, kompletnie bez warzyw. Jajecznica wyglądała i smakowała tak, jakby była przygotowywana na przypalonej patelni. Do tego w pokoju nie było nawet podstawowego wyposażenia, jak czajnik czy szklanka, co w hotelu tej klasy powinno być standardem. Kolejnym minusem był brak baru przy basenie – jeśli ktoś miał ochotę na drinka, musiał przechodzić przez hotel i recepcję, koniecznie ubrany (nie wolno było przejść bez koszulki), co całkowicie odbierało klimat wakacyjnego wypoczynku. Łazienka również mocno rozczarowała: zamiast prysznica była stara wanna z kotarą, przez którą woda lała się na całą podłogę. Na dodatek zarówno wanna, jak i zlew były zapchane, przez co woda w ogóle nie spływała. WIFI - Działające tylko i wyłącznie przy recepcji, na basenie czy w pokojach zero zasięgu, co również nie przystoi takiemu hotelowi… Do tego wszystkiego dochodził jeszcze personel – bardzo oschły i mało pomocny, co tylko potęgowało negatywne odczucia. Na plus mogę wymienić jedynie kilka rzeczy: • dobra lokalizacja – minutę od przystanku autobusowego, • basen, choć mało atrakcyjny ale było ok

Sjælendt har vi besøgt så ringe et hotel. Morgenmaden var uspiselig, og toilettet kunne ikke skylle. Poolen var møgbeskidt, solsengene var i stykker. At kalde det et 4 stjernet luksushotel er bondefangeri.

This was probably the worst experience for myself and my child. We was bitten every night by bedbugs. My sons body is cover up in bites. I was woken with leaks in my bedroom pouring down from the ceiling to the extent I had to put a bucket and towels on the floor. Breakfast was the worst. For the 10 nights we were there. My son was unable to eat breakfast. When I complained about this, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. This hotel should be shut down. Not even a kettle for tea in the rooms or a bottle of water with glass. We practically met an empty room upon our arrival.

When we arrived at Hotel Califfo the receptionist was pleasant enough, despite our late arrival. However, that’s about the only good thing about this place. The location is far away from any nicer restaurants, which was poor research on our part. The largest issue was the cleanliness, the room was downright disgusting and I think at best the bed was made and th toiletries replaced. Drywall plaster shavings on the floor, dirt/grim on coverlet, blood oj the pillow case and ants on the floor. Beyond the cleanliness the rooms are dated, beds uncomfortable and they give you two very thin pillows. We booked for three nights and with no where else to go at 10:30pm we stayed one night and left to an Air BNB in the morning. If you are trying to have a nice holiday, do not stay here - its absolutely not worth it.

The hotel met the need, but it's run down (maybe it's old?), cleanliness was totally fine but in our room, we had that second toilet thing we didn't use (thankfully), but when we poured water down it, it didn't work. The shower head base was broken so we had to hold the shower to wash, the shower curtain thing also leaked. Also the AC either wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat or not working to my standards (the boyfriend thought it was fine... I did not). Rooms also have paper thin walls, we were playing cards and our neighbour came knocking asking us to turn it down -- we were talking normal so we tried to be as quiet as we could after that. Also we figured out quick they run out of food by the 0900 crowd so we made a point to go for breakfast by 0830 or go out for breakfast. All-in... It met our needs of free parking and the mattress wasn't too bad to sleep on.

Un po' datato negli arredamenti però tutto funzionale e ben pulito, con materasso comodissimo. Operatori tutti molto gentili, servizio a tavola perfetto e cibo molto buono. Piccolo neo: manca qualcosa per stendere gli asciugamani da mare e purtroppo per una mia dimenticanza di un farmaco sul tavolo della colazione, il farmaco stesso non è stato più ritrovato.

Personel sprzątający na medal ,obsługa restauracji na medal ,zwłaszcza uroczy starszy Pan .Pokoje sprzątane na najwyższy poziom,śniadania sprawiały personelowi trochę kłopotu ,zazwyczaj czegoś brakowało .Hotel ma już swoje lata ale mimo to daje duże 4/5 ☺️

Sjælendt har vi besøgt så ringe et hotel. Morgenmaden var uspiselig, og toilettet kunne ikke skylle. Poolen var møgbeskidt, solsengene var i stykker. At kalde det et 4 stjernet luksushotel er bondefangeri.

Inizio con le note positive, lo staff era molto cordiale e professionale sia alla reception che in sala colazioni, l’hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio e di una comoda piscina. Purtroppo ci sono alcuni lati negativi che un hotel 4 stelle (ma in realtà è al massimo un 3 stelle) non si dovrebbe permettere, inizio col dire che la stanza era al terzo piano, la connessione Wi-Fi al terzo, ma anche in zona reception e piscina, era un disastro. L’unica ascensore spesso non funzionava o comunque sempre occupata. L’aria condizionata in camera si interrompeva per svariate ore durante la notte con temperature estive di 35gradi si trasformava in un forno (di giorno non eravamo in camera quindi non saprei). Le finestre non erano dotate di tende ma solo di persiane quindi si era costretti a dormire con finestre aperte per il caldo, fare la guerra con le zanzare e svegliarsi presto per la luce che entrava di prima mattina. Insomma, mi dispiace ma non vale i soldi spesi!

Dommage que cet établissement est retiré du centre.. Dommage qu’il faut traversé l’accueil pour accéder à la piscine. L’isolation est médiocre = on entant tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs, à l’étage et dès que les agents font le ménage.. L’agent d’accueil de nuit nous a bien à guider et renseigner sur notre séjour dans l’établissement.

Hårda obekväma sängar med platta hårda kuddar. Slitet generellt, det har nog inte gjorts mycket upprustningar på senare tid. Men rent och prydligt, trevlig hjälpsam personal. Skön pool, men den och området runt skulle kunna piffas upp och göras mer inbjudande.

Nella media il rapporto qualità prezzo è soddisfacente. Ottima la posizione ed il parcheggio, personale professionale e disponibile, pulizie Ok, servizio colazione vario e ben organizzato. Inaccettabile per una matrimoniale e soprattutto per un soggiorno di 10 notti, due reti e materassi singoli che si aprono nel mezzo ad ogni movimento ( legati poi con una fascetta elettrica dopo la nostra richiesta, inevasa, di sostituire almeno il materasso)

Hotel Califfo fremstår som et fint hotel ud fra de billeder man kan se på Hotels.com og andre steder på nettet. Men i virkeligheden er hotellet rigtig slidt. Sengene på værelserne er af dårlig kvalitet, hvor nogle af fjedrene er i stykker. Aircondition kunne ikke justeres. Morgenmad er egentlig OK, men man sidder inde i en indendørs restaurant. Der bliver ikke fyldt op. Poolområdet er rigtig slidt og ikke særlig hyggeligt. Selve poolen er fin og ren, med det er også hvad der er at sige om poolen.

The hotel met the need, but it's run down (maybe it's old?), cleanliness was totally fine but in our room, we had that second toilet thing we didn't use (thankfully), but when we poured water down it, it didn't work. The shower head base was broken so we had to hold the shower to wash, the shower curtain thing also leaked. Also the AC either wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat or not working to my standards (the boyfriend thought it was fine... I did not). Rooms also have paper thin walls, we were playing cards and our neighbour came knocking asking us to turn it down -- we were talking normal so we tried to be as quiet as we could after that. Also we figured out quick they run out of food by the 0900 crowd so we made a point to go for breakfast by 0830 or go out for breakfast. All-in... It met our needs of free parking and the mattress wasn't too bad to sleep on.

Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that.

Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Cagliari entfernt und verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung von der Größe und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 90ern aber alles in Funktion. Ganz besonders lobenswert ist das Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Das Frühstück ist vom Buffet und in Ordnung. Das Abendessen ist A la Carte, drei Gänge und schmeckt prima. Es beginnt jedoch sehr spät. Erst um 20 Uhr.

Absolut überholtes Interieur, gammelige Loungemöbel beim Pool, keinerlei Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in der Anlage. Dazu desinteressiertes Personal an der Rezeption, kein Transportwagen für Gepäck. Einzig allein der Service im Frühstücksraum konnte überzeugen, ganz im Gegensatz zum Frühstück an sich! Allerdings guter Cappuccino!

Definitely a quiet accommodation so good if you’re looking for rest. Close to the beach and a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The front desk was super helpful, Valentina was absolutely amazing and from the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of, her energy and vibe was refreshing and she was friendly 10/10 for her!

We travel agencies check on behalf of the organizers and also recommend the hotels. When I arrived I had been up for 36 hours and just wanted to take a shower, I was told upon arrival that the suitcases were next to me and I had to pay the bill for the room first. I gave the gentleman my credit card, but was annoyed because I had never in my life had to pay the bill immediately upon arrival. Only a few days later or at the end was actually normal. Since my credit card is secured with my bank and I receive a code on my cell phone to activate the amount, it didn't work because my cell phone couldn't yet connect to the Italian network. The gentleman didn't understand me because I didn't speak Italian and he didn't speak English well. Normally you also enter your ID number, but he tried about 6 times. I gave him my bank card, which is valid throughout Europe, but no, it is not accepted. He kept trying the credit card. I just thought the card would be blocked immediately. A colleague then told him that the bank card would also work. After the debit I was allowed to enter the room. I was extremely angry because I had never experienced anything like this before. 最初の夜、たまたまティーンの団体が同じフロアで、大変騒がしい夜もありました。壁が薄いのかも知れませんが、ホテルの設備、スタッフの対応、客層はとても良かったです。チェントロからバスで30分の立地ですが、周りは閑静でありつつ、レストランやスーパー、バール、キオスク等は揃っていて何も不便はありませんでした。カリアリを訪問する際はまた訪れたいと思います。私の初サルデーニャを素敵な時間にして下さり、有難うございました。

Nous avons étés très bien reçu par la réceptionniste. Notre séjour était de deux nuits. C’est un hôtel excentré. Il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture, (le point positif est le stationnement très facile devant l’hôtel).Le point négatif dans notre cas était l’arrivée à 22h d’un groupe de scolaire qui a fait du bruit et a couru dans les couloirs jusqu’à 1h du matin (Malgré le signalement à la réception) . Le petit déjeuner était très diversifié et copieux avec un personnel très serviable. Il est à noter que la piscine n’était pas ouverte lors de notre séjour fin avril.

The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Dommage que cet établissement est retiré du centre.. Dommage qu’il faut traversé l’accueil pour accéder à la piscine. L’isolation est médiocre = on entant tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs, à l’étage et dès que les agents font le ménage.. L’agent d’accueil de nuit nous a bien à guider et renseigner sur notre séjour dans l’établissement.

When we arrived at Hotel Califfo the receptionist was pleasant enough, despite our late arrival. However, that’s about the only good thing about this place. The location is far away from any nicer restaurants, which was poor research on our part. The largest issue was the cleanliness, the room was downright disgusting and I think at best the bed was made and th toiletries replaced. Drywall plaster shavings on the floor, dirt/grim on coverlet, blood oj the pillow case and ants on the floor. Beyond the cleanliness the rooms are dated, beds uncomfortable and they give you two very thin pillows. We booked for three nights and with no where else to go at 10:30pm we stayed one night and left to an Air BNB in the morning. If you are trying to have a nice holiday, do not stay here - its absolutely not worth it.

Definitely a quiet accommodation so good if you’re looking for rest. Close to the beach and a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The front desk was super helpful, Valentina was absolutely amazing and from the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of, her energy and vibe was refreshing and she was friendly 10/10 for her!

Frühstück immer gleich, Rührei ekelhaft, keine richtige Kaffee, aus dem Kanne kommt einfach schwarze Flüssigkeit, 15 Sorten Küchen statt paar Scheiben frischen Tomaten oder gurken. Zu laut in Fluren, Föhn uralt,mit einem Rohr zusammen mit Klebeband gebunden.Fast Keine Balkon. Kaum Möglichkeiten wäsche zu trockenen bzw Bikinis oder nasse Handtücher. Un po' datato negli arredamenti però tutto funzionale e ben pulito, con materasso comodissimo. Operatori tutti molto gentili, servizio a tavola perfetto e cibo molto buono. Piccolo neo: manca qualcosa per stendere gli asciugamani da mare e purtroppo per una mia dimenticanza di un farmaco sul tavolo della colazione, il farmaco stesso non è stato più ritrovato.

Het was inclusief onbijt maar totaal anders dan wat zij op de website staan vooral de Een zwavelachtige geur als je het ei open breekt, is misschien wel de beste aanwijzing dat je een bedorven exemplaar dat geld ook voor de haam geen groente aanwezig hard werkende personeel met ze drieen voor al een oude man die zo had moet werken in de ochtend ontbijt met met z'n drieën voor de hele hotel kon den zij niet aan hotel gasten maakten zelf tafels schoon ,( personeel is heel aardig en hard werkend )

Drywall plaster shavings on the floor, dirt/grim on coverlet, blood oj the pillow case and ants on the floor. Beyond the cleanliness the rooms are dated, beds uncomfortable and they give you two very thin pillows. We booked for three nights and with no where else to go at 10:30pm we stayed one night and left to an Air BNB in the morning. If you are trying to have a nice holiday, do not stay here - its absolutely not worth it.

The hotel met the need, but it's run down (maybe it's old?), cleanliness was totally fine but in our room, we had that second toilet thing we didn't use (thankfully), but when we poured water down it, it didn't work. The shower head base was broken so we had to hold the shower to wash, the shower curtain thing also leaked. Also the AC either wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat or not working to my standards (the boyfriend thought it was fine... I did not). Rooms also have paper thin walls, we were playing cards and our neighbour came knocking asking us to turn it down -- we were talking normal so we tried to be as quiet as we could after that. Also we figured out quick they run out of food by the 0900 crowd so we made a point to go for breakfast by 0830 or go out for breakfast. All-in... It met our needs of free parking and the mattress wasn't too bad to sleep on.
