Nous sommes venus en famille sur Annecy pour profiter du feu d’artifice du 14juillet. Malheureusement lors de notre arrivée nous avons été surpris car l’hôtel était en travaux, aucun accès au spa ni à salle de fitness et aucun place de parking.l’hotel indiqué tout de même un parking. Cependant quelques mètres plus loin il y’avait un parking payant je n’ai pas besoin de vous indiquer le prix à l’horodateur!!! Sinon dans l’ensemble la nuitée c’est bien passé. Il aurait été bien de savoir avant notre arrivée que des nuisances sonores seraient présentes lors de notre séjour.

Never stay here. Honestly, this is the worst hotel. It was under construction, and they did not warn us beforehand, and it smelled so badly. We complained to management, and they said sorry nothing they can do. If I could give it negatives stars I would 1 is too high. They were so rude and like take it or leave it. One receptionist even rolled her eyes at me. I can't believe how disrespectful they were. The shrugged shoulders and the blow off were so unappreciated. The area is amazing just never coming back to this shifty hotel. Also, the bad lighting in the room and basic TV only. The bathroom wad dirty too. Just an overall bad experience. 👎

Räume waren in Ordnung ,neu renoviert. Da kein Parkplatz mehr verfügbar war haben wir im Parkhaus in 100m Entfernung geparkt. Das war noch das geräumigste Parkhaus, aber es war sehr eng. In die anderen Parkhäuser hätte unser SUV nicht reingepasst. Die Altstadt ist in 10Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war Okay.

Room was in excellent condition. We didn’t use the restaurant, it was close to the centre. Unfortunately we received an email the day before arrival informing us there was works going on which meant the car park wasn’t available, which was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. There was a car park 200 yards down the road that was cheaper to park in than the one they recommended.

We liked this hotel very much. Easy walk to the train or bus station. Easy walk to centre ville and the lake. Wonderful grocery store two doors down. It was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was close to the road, but surprisingly very quiet.

The room was clean, staff were really helpful and polite. Food and drink prices were not too bad. Air conditioning was an issue, the hotel says it is air-conditioned,which is one of the main reasons I booked it, however what they do not say is that it does not get switched on till mid May. Unfortunately this led to 3 nights of bad sleep as it was hot.

The property was like a very upmarket backpackers with high quality rooms, beds and bathrooms but no facilities in the room like fridges, tea, coffee. Good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Within 15 minutes walking distance from the old town with all the restaurants and shops. Unfortunately came in on a very hot time of the year and the air condition in the room wasn’t working well. They just apologized, but couldn’t really do anything about it. My one night stay was not very pleasant for that one reason in particular. I found the breakfast to be quite plentiful with a lot of options.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a decent location! Just a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Town and Le Lac (the lake). The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only complaint were the beds and pillows. My partner and I both did not sleep well the entire stay due to how uncomfortable the bed was. We both experienced back and hip pain during our stay. The lack of sleep hindered our trip as we did not get up as early as we liked due to being tired. We don’t mind a firm bed, but this was another level. I have stayed at many Marriotts and have never experienced this level of discomfort. I recommend this hotel if you are young and/or can sleep anywhere. Otherwise, I would find a place with comfier beds.

Séjour impeccable mais gros gros problème je suis passé par un paiement direct via le site hôtel.com mais on m à demande ma cb à l arrive pour garantie. Mais à mon départ tout était OK mais on m à prélevé 800 euros j ai appelé l hôtel et ils ont fait une erreur d encaissement. Il ont lancé le remboursement mais cela a explosé mes économie mes plafond va me provoquer des intérêt bancaires et j ai du écourter mes vacances à cause de cela car impossible de payer la suite de mes vacances. Bravo à eux d avoir gâche mon séjour qui devait perdurer. Avant d encaisser des sommes aussi conséquentes il faut vérifier et poser des questions au client qui n est pas moi mais hôtel. Com et appeler au minima cela constitue une fraude à la carte bancaire. Je pense ne pas en rester là. Surtout que la réponse téléphonique n est pas probante offrir une nuit ou rembourser mes frais agio bancaires. Mais la valeur de gâcher les vacances de mes enfants dont j ai du économiser plusieurs années pour leur affrir cela n a pas de prix..

Un hôtel qui m’a surprise par sa belle ambiance, toute l’équipe est adorable, professionnelle, et en restant disponible. Il y a une ambiance de joie et de bien-être dans cet hôtel qui fait vraiment du bien. La chambre est bien équipée, propre, avec un wi-fi efficace. Il ne manquait rien. Peut-être un petit bémol sur la taille des rangements dans la salle de bain. Et c’est la seule chose qu’il y aurait à critiquer. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour pouvoir garer la voiture et tout faire à pied. Je n’ai rien à redire et je reviendrai assurément. Merci à tous

Hotel à recommander, personnel serviable et efficace. Proche du vieux centre et restaurants. Par contre à éviter à tout prix est le restaurant. Nous avions commandés deux plats qui a dû retourner en cuisine. Viande proche d'un cuir, frites dégoulinants de graisse et micuites, sauce qui resemblait à de l'eau colorée. Aucun geste de rattrapage. Nous avons payés et couper court à la suite. Grosse déception. Malheureusement je n'ai pensé prendre une photo des plats.

Pour 240 euros la nuit, certes en période de fête, tu t'attends quand même à un must have. Personnel hyper sympa, dispo et chaleureux. Espace commun très classe. Chambre pas top, petite, et sans charme. PDJ horrible, 30 minutes de queue pour pouvoir se servir. Personnel débordé. Buffet qui dégeule. Omelette fade. à 18 euros le petite déjeuner, franchement c'est limite limite. bref c'est moyen plus.
