Beautiful place not far from the old Annecy. We had a beautiful room with a view on the lake and we highly recommend it. We also rented bikes from the hotel to bike around the entire lake. We will go back for sure. High five to Remy and Elise for their excellent service!

Lovely hotel, fab location with very helpful front of house staff especially the concierge. Restaurant was a little disappointing- slow service, limited menu and in our case 15mins after ordering we were advised our choice was no longer available. Would definitely stay again but may walk into Annecy town next time which has some amazing restaurants. As an additional benefit the concierge took care of charging our car and electricity was reasonably priced.

Great location to enjoy the lake and surrounding parks. An easy walk to the old part of town. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and seperate toilet. Nice extras like Evian water replenished daily, welcome cakes, farewell jam and cake. Valais parking was excellent. Lovely experience.

Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels. Balcony was a. Ice touch but was unfurnished which was odd and the in room tea/coffee options werent great either. If it wasnt for the location and parking we would not come back.

Impeccable service and indoor accommodations. Loved the complimentary bottle of champagne and anniversary cake brought up to our room. However, surprised to see the building facade itself looking dirty, especially the front of the hotel and the landscaping - grass, shrubs and flowers dried out and not being maintained.

Beautiful building, needs some repairs, electrical wiring is not safe. Service could be better. Overall, the building and grounds are beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the views. Annecy is a very special place.

Beautiful hotel in front of the lake. They kindly provided information via email even before our stay and promptly replied to our questions about parking. The room was well-appointed, and the view was wonderful. Some staff at the spa and restaurant weren't friendly, and the room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day, so I'd give it 4 stars.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Wonderful hotel. Amazing views! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Reception for organising balloons and a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday. Will definitely be going back. I would say that service in the hip bar on the terrace could be slow sometimes. Staff don’t often make eye contact and concentrate more on refreshing tables even when not busy. This was frustrating. Unfortunately, there is a beach bar (Le pop) very close to the hotel which had very loud booming music which wasn't in keeping with the area. I think it was a special event. We had to keep our balcony doors closed on a beautiful sunny day. Other days were not too bad. We will check their website before we book next time. Overall a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, The hotel was wonderful, area perfect, facilities and local amenities very good. My only complaint would be that i paid a lot to stay here for a week, paid for a balcony and got a Juliet windows, which wasn't even big enough for us both to sit at and view the lake. We should have complained, but were out more than in.

Excelente localização na frente do lago. Um pouquinho distante do centro mais o caminho até lá é incrível, pela beira do lago. Ao lado da melhor "praia" para banho. Excelente café da manhã. Excelente estacionamento. O hotel é um palácio lindo. O único ponto fraco foi o ar-condicionado do quanto, que não deu conta num junho de 35 graus. Mas, não pedi para trocar pois, a temperatura estava no limite do razoável. Quarto grande e confortável, com cama e lençóis de excelente qualidade.

Might have had to high expectations of imperial being the best hotel in Annecy. The reception and valet was fine, nothing special. But the restaurant staff really ruined the experience of a luxury hotel. Overall I would say, nothing was extraordinary or special about our stay and I think others will have just as good of luck trying less expensive hotels in the area.

The ambience here is very pleasant. I had such a relaxing stay here. Made perfect with beautiful sunshine, after a week of snow and rain in the area. The room had a marvellous view over the lake towards Annecy vielle ville, which is a 15-20 minute stroll away. Lunch at the Terrace was superb value, with another fantastic outlook onto the lake. The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. Merci, à bientôt. 😃😃

Location, location, location. A room with a view here is spectacular. However, lake access is not as easy as you'd think and there is no exclusivity. There is no place with chaise lounges for sitting outside and enjoying the sun and lake. You have to pay extra for the "club" next door made out of what seems to have once been the hotel's lake deck. Hotel is not right in town but it is a short walk and there are other restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is substantial and expensive. If you are not a big breakfast eater, it's kind of a waste. The staff was all polite but no one wanted to lift a finger to provide any extra help. We were there peak season and maybe they were tired but asking for a taxi was like asking for a personal favor. The front desk people are experts in ignoring your presence. We did not use the spa. We paid for a room with a fantastic view and no regrets but while I will return to Annecy, I don't think I'd stay here again.
