Fantastic location, close to the beach, shopping and Bars. Rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. Have a great selection for breakfast and all staff are friendly. The pool and gardens are very well maintained and the pool bar has good specials on cocktails. We had a wonderful 3 week stay and would recommend this resort.

Un hotel de tourisme de masse avec beaucoup d'Anglais et de Russes qui se torchent dès le matin. Enormément de bruit (pour les mêmes raisons), tres grande chambre confortable mais dont la déco est resté en 1980. Ca c'est pour les côtés négatifs qu'il faut prendre en compte. Le positif c'est le personnel extremement agréable et attentif, la cadre végétal plutôt joli, les deux grandes piscines tres propres, les prix des boissons et de la nourriture en général qui sont presque ridicule pour un Européen, le petit déjeuner tres complet sous forme de buffet et la situation parfaite a 50 mètres de la mer, de boutiques innombrables et du shopping center Beachwalk.

This hotel is located in the middle of Kuta, a minute from the beach and all the shops. If you want to stay in Kuta, I highly recommend. The resort was a quiet oasis amongst the Kuta chaos. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the facilities were outstanding. The two pools were clean and practical. The free breakfast offered good choice and set me up for the day when sightseeing.

Loved out stay at Kuta Puri. Really didn’t want to go off the property as staff and accommodation were fabulous. We loved the 2 pools and swim up bar and dined in the restaurant most nights as prices were pretty reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed 7days in this hotel. It was very comfortable to me because it was always clean and staffs there were all polite. Breakfast was also nice. Dishes were not same and I can enjoy delicious local food every morning. We can find luxury hotels in this area but I will stay this hotel again next when I visit Kuta beach. Terrimakasi so much!!

Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til strand, restauranter og shopping i både markeder og kjøpesenter. Hotellområdet er en oase med bassenger i midten. Rolig atmosfære og alt du trenger i nærheten. Kjempegod service. Badet kunne fått en grundig hovedrengjøring, men dagligvask var grei. Bor gjerne her på ny.

This property is just old and tired looking and situated in poppies lane l which is dirty and extremely run down.Gardens are nice.Staff are pleasant. Breakfast is very limited. Rooms are depressing, although cleaned regularly. Outdoor bathroom smelt disgusting and had ants around basin. We had a private pool which was clean and pleasant, but overall the room was way over priced.l feel l paid a 5 star price for a 2.5 star experience. I will not go back and cant understand how it gets such high reviews!

The resort is lovely and is an oasis in the busy Kuta. Staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was that the rooms were not insulated against noise of other rooms, and so I ‘listened’ to the tv with my neighbour each night. Very poor acoustics.

The pool and the service was the best part about the resort. Internet was pretty average. Kept dropping a lot. The most disappointing bit was that the bathroom for the villa was outdoors, so after dark if we had to use the bathroom then we also had to deal with the rain, insects, etc. The food was pretty sub-par as well. However the price of the villa was very competitive and was able to book it last minute so no complaints.

A very nice older Balinese style hotel close to all amenities. 2 good sized pools and a tasty breakfast. The bed linen and towels probably needs to be replaced they are very washed out. I would have liked a smart tv when travelling with friends it’s nice to watch Netflix or Disney at night as we don’t go out clubbing. Some nice restaurants nearby and the beach is down the lane. It can be sometimes a bit noisy just after dusk due to fireworks down the beach but not for long

We encountered a booking issue during our stay. We specifically chose a ground-floor unit on Hotels.com due to mobility concerns. Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a mattress topper, as I knew the beds could be quite firm. However, the hotel informed us that the ground-floor rooms in the same category were sold out, likely due to direct bookings. They offered us an alternative room type, but it came with an additional $25 per night charge. Such a nice place to stay.love the villa with private pool and great breakfast . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is loud and dirty with lots of trash especially on the beach. Very sad there is no system in place for this. Would be smart to educate the children now for the future.

In the heart of all the action, my own little private oasis. Booked a deluxe room with private pool and it was lush. Huge room and space with an amazing and suoer large private pool. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the resort grounds were set up in a typical frangipan filled green Balinese style. Such a great and relaxing stay. My only recommendation is an update to the restaurant and breakfast offering... this would really elevate the stay experience.
