The rooms were clean but they cleaned late in the day sometimes and the towels were old. They do not have much for Australians for breakfast and very like fruit

Welcoming and helpful staff, nice food in the restaurant which is handy after a long 17hr flight. The hotel is clean, the room we had was well looked after and the hotel even fixed a problem with our sink during our stay with first class customer service. It is a good 20 min walk to the south end of Kuta beach but if you want meals in Kuta then a Gojek is needed but are cheap. The only negative thing I could say was the decking outside the pool rooms needs replacing or re-fitted as people walking or kids running past your room made the boards make some noise.
