Spacious & clean room, great service by pick up driver, who also gave a “tour” of hotel facilities & directions & with our luggage. Nice pool, with basketball. Nice spa but didn’t have a pleasant experience, as the spa treatments ended way earlier than supposed to, felt “cheated”.

The resort located in Kuta is very nice. Nice pools, my room was large and overlooked the several pools area. Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. The AC in my room was quiet and kept it cool. Room service was done every day. New towels, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and two water bottles daily. The staff are very nice and helpful. Many tourist stores and restaurants on the main street. Onsite parking lot is large.

Central location to the airport, discovery mall and beaches. Great for those looking for affordable accommodation near the airport. However the rooms interior decor is outdated it doesn’t reflect in comparison to other 5 or 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at over my 10 day holiday in Bali. Tv in the room has no active antenna / satellite tv connection so you can only use the on demand apps such as YouTube and or paid streaming services but must use your own streaming service account. Buffet breakfast was pretty average over my 2 nights stay there. Choices of Indian, western, chinese and Indonesian cuisine. Most of the dishes tasted bland and their tempeh was a bit firm and just didn’t taste nice at all. Other than the above issues the Pool and gym facilities are of a high standard. I suggest booking for 1 night not more to see if this hotel is right for you, especially if the price is non refundable like mine was. If I had a choice I wouldn’t of stayed for two nights Overall good location, with decent facilities but don’t expect 5 star level

The property is listed as being a 5 Star hotel it may have been back in its day but it’s def not it’s in need of some attention and upgrades. We could not fault the staff or the service there always received welcoming smiles at breakfast and when leaving to go in or out somewhere. There is no doubt this is why the staff that work here stay for many years. The breakfast here is always good. Room service closes at 11pm so is not 24:7. Great location and pool could do with some revamp as well. Otherwise a pleasant stay for 12 days. Thank you

The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing especially the restaurant manager - he will go out of his way to make sure everything and everyone are happy. The pool is amazing and anyone with kids should stay here for the pool facilities. I am not normally a hotel person but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning has a good range of food.

Our room at 319 is not good, faucet is rusting, Bath tub not good, toilet smells and the bidet spells water on floor. Bed pillows smells like dried sweats cause inside is very old pillows. Tiny biting bugs crawling by the chairs. I will not recommend this property through my experience.

We were in the basement level of the hotel, our room was very rundown and smelled like mildew. The AC didn’t keep the room very cool. The tiny refrigerator sounded like a percolator brewing all night. The sliding glass door didn’t close completely. Luckily, we only planned our stay for one night to be close to the airport for our early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient (only goes to airport every 2 hours), even though we had to arrive earlier than we were planning.

Comfortable hotel and close to everything in Kuta. Staff were pleasant as you’d expect in Bali The room was right above a sports bar, so they did have some loud bassy music going and the room was close to a main road which bothered me more, but after the first night you get used to it.

The room was not in good condition, water was leaking from the ceiling when it’s raining. Toilets were getting blocked often and the shower head was terrible, they could have atleast replaced the head

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Situated right in the heart of the shopping district and just minutes from stunning Kuta Beach, where you can catch the most breathtaking sunsets. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team keeps everything spotless. I’d gladly stay here again in the future.

Firstly, I wish to mention Manager Ms Ruth Molina, she promptly addressed an issue that I encountered at the hotel to my satisfaction and went beyond and without my requesting, she provided a courtesy drop at the airport outside of the normal hours. The staff is very hospitable, courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast has a variety of food, local and international options, egg station and the food was to my satisfaction. The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not encounter any issues in that regard. The rooms are spacious and property is clean, likewise was my room, it is close to the airport and located in a busy tourist area with lots of food choices, shopping and convience stores, transport is readily available and the area is walkable, lets say it is optimally located and I would recommend staying at this property. I have expedia VIP access and was treated as such

The hotel was clean and most staff helpful and polite. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. We originally booked this hotel as it included airport transfers but left very disappointed when we had to wait over an hour for pick and they refused to take us for our return flight as it was too early and not within their working hours. This cost us $.... So for this reason alone I would not recommend it. This should have been stated when we booked.😡

The staff and the airport transport were absolute highlights of this hotel for me! Both were really lovely, helpful, and reliable. It’s a safe place for families & solo travellers. The pool area is an oasis when it’s quiet, but as with the entire area of Kuta Beach, it can get chaotic when a group of revellers are about! Lots of restaurants & spas nearby. Easy to explore on foot.

Checked in time was to be 2pm. But at about 1pm, I asked to expedite as i have a 2pm appointment. Requested for King bed but was told bed type not guaranteed. At 1.45pm, assigned a twin bed room. The light buttons in room do not work. I was out from 2pm till about 9plus pm. The lights could be on after putting in the card. But about 12mn, when i was about to sleep then discover that buttons dont work. Lights cannot be switched off. I didnt call front desk as it is unlikely to be fixed given the state of those buttons and i am not in the mood to pack up and switch room. Couldnt really sleep. In moring lights would flicker switched off and on by itself. In moring i remarked to front desk about the lights. The front desk just asked why i didnt feedback last night. I wasnt in mood to change room. Room is dated. The appliances and toilet are all dated and worn. I didnt want to change room after 12mn. In any case staff wasnt empathising and seems to dismiss my feedback about lousy experience by pushing back to me to say I should complain at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great beds. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available each morning. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially Denny. A fair value for the price, we would stay here again. My only complaint is: be aware that you must bring $200 in cash as they will ask to leave it as a deposit, which I didn’t see anywhere. It is inconvenient because they don’t take credit cards like other hotels. In addition, the shuttle service runs only from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, which is inconvenient if you travel before or after those times. Overall, the hotel is nice… not five stars, but it’s still a good hotel

Outstanding service throughout our holiday especially from the breakfast crew. Wayan Sumatra went out of his way to accommodate our fussy palates. We especially loved the pools and the location of the hotel was handy. We used the hotel drivers on a number of occasions and they were excellent.

Second time staying at the Kuta Paradiso Hotel. Location near DPS International Airport is very handy, as is yhe free airport pickup/drop off service provided by the hotel. Hotel facilities are very nice with a great breakfast buffet, included with the price of my room. Kuta Beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel. Excellent location!

The location is fine but there’s loud music in the back of the hotel coming from the beach area. You cannot aleep with all the noise. The property has no direct access to the beach so you miss the point of being in an island. Breakfast is fine and rooms are comfortable.

Hotel is right in centre of kuta, few hundred meters from discovery mall. Plenty of dining options around hotel. Hotel was clean but getting dated. Pool looked amazing although I didn’t use it. Beach is close but no beach access from the property.

The best thing about this hotel is that it provides free airport pick up and drop off. The breakfast is also great. Other than that, the hotel is a little old, with fixtures that are falling. The prices are also a little over the top. The sports bar restaurant prices and service charge are also extremely high.

Rated the hotel as four stars purely because they market themselves as a 5 star hotel, but in reality it is a 4 star hotel. That said the price is great value. We had a nice room, that did need a little renovation, and the exterior of the hotel also needs a little renovation, some paint peeling off in place Food was very good and great value for money too. Pool is a little small and cramped for my liking, its OK for a dip, but not really any good for swimming, again a reason for it being 4 stars Overall, for the price, service and location, I would stay here again
