Clean hotel & facilities, friendly staff, children’s activities were great fun, great family atmosphere, great security, great breakfast, Stayed there 4 times now. Only a couple of things to note there was renovations going on but that was managed ok & maybe some more sun lounges with umbrellas would be nice around the pool area.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienresort mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten und einem super Service. Nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt. Das Hardrock Hotel verfügt ebenfalls über eine Bar mit Bühne, auf der jeden Abend unseres Aufenthalts kleine Liveacts stattfanden. Der Poolbereich bietet für jedes Alter einen Platz, wobei der Fokus ganz klar bei den Kindern liegt. Somit bestens für Familien geeignet.

Staff amazing, great facilities. Kids loved the huge pool and slides. Breakfast buffet fantastic, lots of options. Aussie prices in hotel bar and restaurants but food options were good. Highly recommend for families

We had a brilliant 5 day vacation. Resort is amazingly good for families with kids, the pools themselves are huge, clean and well maintained and the slides are great. Lots of kids toys and activities in the pool, as well as an dedicated kids pool bar - absolutely great! Unfortunately, we had a small issue requiring us to see a doctor, the hotel has it's own clinic staffed by a nurse with an on-call doctor available in an hour or two, depending on traffic - very good for us, the experience was as good as it could be under the circumstances. We tried the sauna, gym and cold plunge pool as well as the massages, all were quite good. The breakfast was great, very varied and lots of options for all 6 of us. The poolside restaurant was also good, the portions of food are quite big, sometimes we found the kids meals to be sufficient even for us adults. Lots of Kuta around to explore, the Beachwalk Mall is about 7 min walk away and the Kuta Beach is a just across the road. Will definitely go again, the kids were absolutely thrilled with everything and even us grownups were more than satisfied, even if we didn't go for all the music and Rock parts of the Hard Rock empire.

We have stayed at Hard Rock for a number of years., We are in our 70s now and find your access to the pool area becoming impossible for us to manage the steps. Hundreds of people go to the pool area. And there is a door on that level but behind that door is a gym. I have only ever seen max 3-4 people there at a time. Older people need access through those Gyn doors. 16 steps is just too many yo go up and down maybe 2_3 times a day maybe more.

Hotel is 90% inaccessible. Pools are 100% inaccessible Jamie Oliver restaurant is inaccessible from hotel Hard Rock Cafe is inaccessible from hotel Lobby is on 3rd floor. To get to pools on 1st level must use stairs. There is a wheelchair access down 2 floors of driveway, through locked gate, then down another floor of ramps. Once at pool level there is no easy access or exit from pool. Above also applies to kids strollers. You have to carry them up or down stairs.

For the price we have paid, very overpriced, dirty pool with hairs( daily in pool!), plasters etc not cleaned well at all. Food at pool Area sat for 10 min one day before being acknowledged, for 4 basic meals and 4 drinks cost 910,000 ridiculous especially when the quality of food was so bad! I will never stay here again and will most definitely return to our previous hotels that cost less but better service, food and cleaner. It’s a shame as we stay here 12 days and cost so much and the lack of attention is evident, just another big chain who charges a lot for terrible quality.

Pool was great in layout but the water looked dirty. Breakfast was average and the walls in our room and hallways were damp and smelled of mildew. Couldn’t dry any of our bathers or sarongs even after two days of hanging!

Hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Aircon in the room worked very well. Room was very small and no balcony to speak of (enough for a drying rack). The pool was murky and turned our bathers green. Great entertainment around the pool, especially for kids

This property had a great pool area for the kids. Rooms are dated and smell as does the air conditioning. Breakfast was included and served a great variety of food. I wouldn't stay again due to location and smelly rooms.

This wasn't 5 star international hotel. They have the highes rating in cleanles in Bali but I found bathroom wasn't clean at all. There were mushrooms groving in a shower and was realy dirty. I reported that case and they didn't seam to be upset they just picked up (clean) mushroom and didn't clean all mold. So I have to call them again to came to clean. Bedding was clean and changed every day but since day two we suspect on bad bags because we were very itchy. Overall I expexted really good place to relax with my family but we had more stress cheasing places in the morning near the pool, table for breakfast. Kids facilities always occupied. Poor mani and food options to choose but prices are same as in expencive Australian's restourants. Deffinitly we will not go there again.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Rooms a bit small.The pool is fantastic for children, sunbeds are occupied very early already by people dropping their towels, not showing up. The area around is noisy and dusty Kuta with traffic jam most of the time. If you to stroll around like such areas with lots of shops and bars, the Hard Rock is a good choice for you. The reach the beach you have to cross a very busy street. From the hotel you can hardly see the ocean which is a bit of a pity. Breakfast is very busy, but the staff manages the large number of guest very efficiently. Central Stage hotel bar offers entertaining live music and dance shows. Kids loved it. Would stay here again, but then for a shorter stay as the area is certainly not the nicest in Bali.

The hotel was in a great location. We had a deluxe room with 2 bouble beds. The rooms are very small and they get very warm. Unfortunately the air-conditioning only goes down to 20°. Kids club was good and breakfast is good. However, the hotel was way too busy for our liking. Alot of Aussies travel here, this is okay being an aussie myself, however i found it to be a little aussie bogan. Excuse the pun. The facilities and pools are good. I would suggest paying a little more for a roxity room if you can, extra room and you get access to the private pool area which is lovely.

Wer gerne im Zentrum von Kuta wohnen möchte findet mit dem HRC Hotel ein ideales Hotel. Es liegt anfangs von Kuta, nur von der Strasse vom Strand entfernt. Es eine sehr schöne Anlage. Vorallem die Poolanlage ist eindrücklich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten soweit alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr angenehm. Toll ist auch das Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Grösse des Zimmer, mit 2 grossen Koffern, wäre es schön noch etwas mehr Platz zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Auch die freundlichen Angestellten gilt es zu erwähnen. Ich finde das Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss top und war einmal mehr begeister vom HRC Bali.

1番下の部屋ランクで予約したら外のビューは駐車場で、下水の匂いもして最悪でした。 道の前の渋滞がひどいため、タクシーでぬけるのにも時間がかかるのでクタに泊まる必要はもうないと家族で決まりました。 プールやご飯、そのほかのサービスは問題なくよかったので、部屋をガーデンやプールビューに指定したり、徒歩で周りを遊ぶだけのための人にはオススメのホテルです。
1番下の部屋ランクで予約したら外のビューは駐車場で、下水の匂いもして最悪でした。 道の前の渋滞がひどいため、タクシーでぬけるのにも時間がかかるのでクタに泊まる必要はもうないと家族で決まりました。 プールやご飯、そのほかのサービスは問題なくよかったので、部屋をガーデンやプールビューに指定したり、徒歩で周りを遊ぶだけのための人にはオススメのホテルです。

The breakfast was a masssive let down. The boiled eggs looked like they were 3 days old, no fresh juice and fruits limited to papaya, watermelon and pineapple. Upon checkout they refused to give us access to the facilities as only hotel residents get access, noting we stayed there for 7 days!

For the price we have paid, very overpriced, dirty pool with hairs( daily in pool!), plasters etc not cleaned well at all. Food at pool Area sat for 10 min one day before being acknowledged, for 4 basic meals and 4 drinks cost 910,000 ridiculous especially when the quality of food was so bad! I will never stay here again and will most definitely return to our previous hotels that cost less but better service, food and cleaner. It’s a shame as we stay here 12 days and cost so much and the lack of attention is evident, just another big chain who charges a lot for terrible quality.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff wonderful, but we had a negative experience when checking in where the previous guests were given a late checkout, and we were not able to get into our room until close to 9 pm. This was despite us previously asking for an early check-in as we had taken an overnight flight from Japan. When we complained we were initially dismissed but asked that the complaint be handled by a manager and they ended up giving us a free dinner which was very nice. The loft room was not really suitable for a family of 5 with teenagers given the single bathroom and lack of privacy and the top room/area got very hot at night even with the AC on full. The pool was great but the pool bar tiny for it's size and it took ages to get a drink if you wanted one. There were no activities for 12-18-year-olds as they were not allowed to join in the kid's activities, and when they asked to join in the adult's activities (bomb comp, pillow fight, tug of war etc.), they were not allowed because the prize was a can of beer. Overall, it was OK for the price (about $400 AUD/night), but ultimately, it was just a large room, so I won't be going back in a hurry.

Wer gerne im Zentrum von Kuta wohnen möchte findet mit dem HRC Hotel ein ideales Hotel. Es liegt anfangs von Kuta, nur von der Strasse vom Strand entfernt. Es eine sehr schöne Anlage. Vorallem die Poolanlage ist eindrücklich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten soweit alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr angenehm. Toll ist auch das Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Grösse des Zimmer, mit 2 grossen Koffern, wäre es schön noch etwas mehr Platz zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Auch die freundlichen Angestellten gilt es zu erwähnen. Ich finde das Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss top und war einmal mehr begeister vom HRC Bali.

Can’t fault this place, which is why we’ve stayed so many times. Great for kids and younger folk and older alike. Amazing outdoor pool - maybe one of the best in Bali, great buffet breakfast, nice rooms with a large bathroom, top staff and right across from the beach. It might seem a little pricey but once you experience the property, you’ll soon see why. Highly recommend. Thank you HRHB!

We loved the Hard Rock hotel! The staff are all very welcoming, so nice and helpful. It is ideal for kids with a fantastic pool and activities. The buffet breakfast has everything you can wish for. Very convenient location, walking distance from Beachwalk shopping center and Waterbom park.

Really enjoyed our stay here Positives: central location close to everything and the beach, nice clean rooms and well maintained rooms. Enormous pool which is the focal point of the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not much change day to day. Staff were amazing and friendly - Ade in Restaurant was really nice but everyone seemed happy and helpful. Large resort with plenty of things to see and do. Some negatives: Food/Drink prices are really high, I expected a markup at a hotel vs the surrounding places , but $25 for a very average almost cold Pizza is triple or more the price, drinks were AU prices or higher. The buffet etc were the same price or more than places like the Mulia which is a far more expensive hotel and the quality was only so so. Pool was really nice, but some maintenance needed in areas and the slides etc are only for little kids - when the pictures dont really tell this story so couldnt use them. Location is central, but the traffic to get to it is horrendous, can take a long time to get there and back if you need to, Gojek pickups etc all take forever with cars sitting in the same spot for 10mins etc. (obviously this is not in the hotels control - but still a factor) Overall the positives outweighed any negatives - a very pleasant stay.

hard rock has a fantastic outdoor area. although their was nowhere near enough cloreene in the pools. All 8 people in our group got very sick after spending time in the water. Not many life gaurds either. very expensive food and drinks. some more expensive then Australian prices. Staff were fantastic though.

Staff, absolutely wonderful. Rooms, great, except you had so many kids knocking on doors and ringing doorbells. Location, excellent Breakfast buffet, very good The lounge/bar, a total disappointment. The bottled beer was warm. The staff must’ve had three meetings while we were there so it was hard to get service when they were all clustered next to us in a meeting. The food, appetizers, terrible. We ordered almost everything on the appetizer menu.Most was only warm nothing actually hot.

The Hard Rock Hotel Bali, is probably one of the best resort style hotels in Kuta. If you are looking for an all inclusive location, with pools, activities etc then this is the place. But the activities arent super, most of it is for smaller children, including the pool slides etc. The food in the restaurants is overpriced and not great quality, none of the buffet food was any good, except the cook to order food like Masala Dosa which was fantastic...but thats all i ate every morning..... The service was great, but the use of charging to the room is not very transparent, so instead get a credit card with minimal fees to use instead. The area is lively, but very busy, noisy. The location is ideal as its very central, but traffic in and out of Kuta is a nightmare. Good location, clean hotel, good entertainment, with live music every night, with good services and great people. Food not so great and very expensive.
