The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun.

Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !!

Amazing hotel with a great staff. The location felt very secluded, which made it feel extra special. The pool is perfectly situated with amazing views. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the near future.

Mooie nieuwe accommodatie aan een schitterend strand, waarbij het gebruik van de strandbedden is inbegrepen. Zeer mooi zwembad met uitzicht over de baai. Er is een kleine spa waar je per kamer één keer per verblijf gratis gebruik van kan maken. De kwaliteit van het onbijt is uitstekend. Het diner is goed maar niet bijzonder, daarnaast is het vrij druk in het restaurant en zijn de prijzen vrij hoog. Het personeel is erg proffesioneel en vriendelijk. De 90s muziek aan t zwembad vind ik persoonlijk niet passen bij dit type hotel en de sfeer.

Hotel ist super. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist hervorragend. Der Pool und der Strand sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Wasser klar, super zum schnorcheln. Insgesamt ein Traum. Wenn man Unternehmungen machen möchte, unbedingt Mietwagen ab Flughafen nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool and private beach were everything. Watch the sunset from the pool deck. It’s breathtaking. The Mediterranean gardens lining the walkways were stunning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Would be perfect for a couple as well.

Beautiful property inside and out. Private beach. Super Friendly staff. Dinner restaurant changed menu every 10 days. So good variety and gourmet food. Views incredible with big ships going in and out of distant port. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in diesem Hotel. Tolle Anlage, schöne Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück, prima Fitness Studio, super Yoga Angebot und zwei schöne Restaurants mit großartigem Blick über die Bucht. Vielleicht das einzige Manko: Der Strand ist etwas steinig. Aber das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele fantastische Strände in der Umgebung. Wir hatten etwas Pech: Der schöne Pool war ein paar Tage lang kaputt. Das Management hat sich aber sehr korrekt verhalten. Alles in allem: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel is beautiful, however both days at the pool everyone else was served and I was never once asked if i wanted food or drinks which i did. Also both nights the AC didn’t work in the room. The last night i was moved to an adjacent room and an hour later the AC and power went out in the entire room. I brought this inconvenience to the attention of hotel staff and no compensation was provided. Evening bar staff (female) not very engaging. Almost appeared annoyed at my presence. Finally the pool closes at 8pm which is way too early considering there is nowhere else locally to go without a long drive. WiFi is touch and go and the private beach sand is extremely coarse

Staff unfriendly beyond imagination to Americans. Few had any English skills. Shower flooded due to poor design and maintenance. Couldn’t open doors because kitchen smells. No amenities in room. Away from everything. Food is stupid priced and marginal. Breakfast marginal. Car rental was absolute rip off. Charged hundreds over after I left to go home. Hotel set up taxi back to airport and ripped me off. $60 for a $20 ride. NEVER GO THERE. PICK ANYWHERE ELSE. Absolute joke—unless you’re a local maybe… Completely ripped me off all the way around. Terrible experience. TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY

Das Hotel ist rundum wunderbar. Der Strand ist quasi vor der Türe. Zusätzlich gibt es einen sehr schönen, sauberen und gepflegten Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (vielen Dank an die Rezeption, die mir mit Kleinigkeiten, die ich vergessen hatte, aushelfen konnte!) Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber. Für uns war das Essen ein Highlight. Mit einer Halbpension haben wir ein 5-Gänge Menü erhalten. Das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker! Selbst ein guter Esser kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten und verlässt das Restaurant definitiv nicht hungrig. Als zweites Highlight möchten wir noch die sehr schöne Live-Musik erwähnen, die abends in der Lobby gespielt wird. Jeden Abend kommt hier ein anderer Künstler, der singt und zum Beispiel von einem Klavier, einer Gitarre oder Hintergrundmusik begleitet wird. Das schafft eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Wir werden dieses Hotel in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten, können es definitiv weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich wieder mal zu Besuch kommen. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Si conferma un gioiello dell’ospitalità sarda con i suoi innumerevoli pregi e la solita pecca. Tra i pregi come non citare la splendida posizione proprio a due passi dal mare, le belle camere con climatizzazione facilmente regolabile, un pacchetto Sky completo, un comodo bagno, l’abbondante e varia colazione, la bellissima piscina ed il personale sempre disponibile. La solita pecca si riferisce alla mancanza di protezione su alcuni cibi in sala colazione, per cui, talvolta, si nota qualche mosca che balzella a destra e a manca. Questa pecca si ritrova nel ristorante annesso (Asumari), dove può capitare di imbattersi in ospiti indesiderati (come da foto allegata dove un moscerino nuota nel recipiente delle mozzarelle).

This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool and private beach were everything. Watch the sunset from the pool deck. It’s breathtaking. The Mediterranean gardens lining the walkways were stunning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Would be perfect for a couple as well.

The right place if you want only to relax, there is just the resort and the beach, next village 3,5 km. Hotel doesn‘t offer any shopping/amenities. Rooms have been recently renovated; unfortunately the interior designer never used the round mirrors in the bathroom: if you‘re taller than 170 cm you can‘t stand straight to brush, clean your face or make-up.

Underwhelming. Cheap furniture and uncomfortable bed. We paid for superior sea view room and the first room we were given looked straight onto a big wall. You could only see the sea if you looked around from the end of the balcony. We then got moved to a smaller room which had a sea view but more accurately matched the inferior room on the website because it has a smaller balcony. The receptionists weren't very helpful even though they were polite. Booking the spa felt near impossible. The pool is very nice. The spa is quite good. The beach isn't very pleasant and has course sand. The restaurant food was horrible.

Hotel is beautiful, however both days at the pool everyone else was served and I was never once asked if i wanted food or drinks which i did. Also both nights the AC didn’t work in the room. The last night i was moved to an adjacent room and an hour later the AC and power went out in the entire room. I brought this inconvenience to the attention of hotel staff and no compensation was provided. Evening bar staff (female) not very engaging. Almost appeared annoyed at my presence. Finally the pool closes at 8pm which is way too early considering there is nowhere else locally to go without a long drive. WiFi is touch and go and the private beach sand is extremely coarse

The staff was second to none. The dinners were exquisite. The property's grounds were spectacular. The rooms were very comfortable. The only draw back were the guests with big dogs and infants. So if you're looking for adult only, romantic stay, think twice. But having said that, it still was spectacular!

Lindo hotel, muy bien ubicado. La única falla es que el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente, además los pasillos de las habitaciones no están climatizadas por lo que en verano el calor es insoportable y además huele a humedad. El Staff muy amable!

Very expensive airport shuttle service provided by the hotel for a short 20 minute trip each way. Paid for the return journey upon check in and then the taxi and hotel tried to charge us again on the return trip and only after some time and our persistence that we had already paid did they finally acknowledge. Very unprofessional and caused us distress. Location is very remote, barely anything within walking distance and taxis are very expensive. Only provided with one bottle of water for a day and are then charged an expensive amount for any further bottles. Very expensive for food and drinks. Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide range to choose from with beautiful views. Beach is beautiful but is stony and not white sand , I believe there are nicer beaches on the island. Only excursion possible is on a speedboat. The room was nice and modern and very clean, although we didn’t have the best view. I am normally not a person to complain and had high hopes of staying here for our honeymoon but sadly it wasn’t the experience I would have hoped for.

Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !!

Beautiful property, delicious food,staff worked hard but service was sometimes slow but always friendly. Breakfast was excellent, proper linen napkins until the last morning which was a shame. The location is gorgeous and the hotel really does have the Wow effect when you first enter the lobby. My first impression was good - the friendly and attentive receptionist Gloria checked us in. After that, the service quality was somewhat inconsistent. I wondered whether it was because the hotel was understaffed. The prices for food were understandably high due to the location but the quality was mostly good. The pool was gorgeous, and the private beach was blissful. I was a little disappointed as I was led to believe that as an Expedia Gold member, I would be given a better room. Our room was on a lower floor, with sliding doors that opened up to the thorough fare - hence not much privacy there.

Excellent hotel with great staff, lovely food and a wonderful location. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel you need to hire a car as taxis to anywhere are expensive, the food was good value but drinks were expensive. The only negative of the stay was the bed being very uncomfortable.

This is an elite property. The views are breathtaking, the incredible large pool overlooks the ocean, the beach is a few steps from the pool, the staff are fantastic. The rooms are gorgeous and the entire property is clean and beautiful. If you want to leave the resort style hotel, you need a car. Nothing is in walking distance, but when you want a location on the beach you need a car in Sardinia. This hotel will not disappoint!

We planned a trip to Sardinia but this hotel was very far from everything at least 50mins driving. After turning off the main road the drive to the hotel which is about 10mins is very dark and we always felt uneasy.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes und gut geführtes Hotel mit Privatstrand und grosszügigem Pool. Die Hoteleinrichtung ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Ein aufmerksames und stets freundliches Team verwöhnt einem jeden Tag. Sowohl am Pool, sowie auch am Strand sind genügend Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Nachtessen waren wir persönlich nicht so überzeugt, da jeweils nur drei Menus zur Verfügung standen, welche teilweise etwas einseitig gestaltet waren, zumal der Preis dafür etwas hoch war. Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes und gut geführtes Hotel mit Privatstrand und grosszügigem Pool. Die Hoteleinrichtung ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Ein aufmerksames und stets freundliches Team verwöhnt einem jeden Tag. Sowohl am Pool, sowie auch am Strand sind genügend Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Nachtessen waren wir persönlich nicht so überzeugt, da jeweils nur drei Menus zur Verfügung standen, welche teilweise etwas einseitig gestaltet waren, zumal der Preis dafür etwas hoch war. Eine "à la carte" Küche wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten alles Top!!! Danke an das gesamte Team!!!

Mooie nieuwe accommodatie aan een schitterend strand, waarbij het gebruik van de strandbedden is inbegrepen. Zeer mooi zwembad met uitzicht over de baai. Er is een kleine spa waar je per kamer één keer per verblijf gratis gebruik van kan maken. De kwaliteit van het onbijt is uitstekend. Het diner is goed maar niet bijzonder, daarnaast is het vrij druk in het restaurant en zijn de prijzen vrij hoog. Het personeel is erg proffesioneel en vriendelijk. De 90s muziek aan t zwembad vind ik persoonlijk niet passen bij dit type hotel en de sfeer.

The hotel is very well located, provided you travel by car or are happy to spend majority of time at the resort - which you easily can given the nice private beach and great pool. The hotel also offer is restaurant with ambitions that are however not really met. Given the overall standard of the hotel, the restaurant is somewhat disappointing on both food and quality of staff (friendly though).

Beautiful property inside and out. Private beach. Super Friendly staff. Dinner restaurant changed menu every 10 days. So good variety and gourmet food. Views incredible with big ships going in and out of distant port. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with great staff, lovely food and a wonderful location. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel you need to hire a car as taxis to anywhere are expensive, the food was good value but drinks were expensive. The only negative of the stay was the bed being very uncomfortable.

The staff was second to none. The dinners were exquisite. The property's grounds were spectacular. The rooms were very comfortable. The only draw back were the guests with big dogs and infants. So if you're looking for adult only, romantic stay, think twice. But having said that, it still was spectacular!

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage mit tollem Garten und Strand. Servicemitarbeitende waren außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Dinner im Hotelrestaurant sind Preis und Leistung aus unserer Sicht unangemessen. Wir haben in der Umgebung eine deutlich bessere gehobene Küche angeboten bekommen. Leider gab es am Strand keinen Essens- bzw. Getränkeservice. Es war jedoch möglich selbst zur Poolbar zu gehen und sich dort Getränke zu holen.

We loved this hotel! From the moment you walk into the lobby you are impressed with the views. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable had an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. Beach loungers with umbrellas! Super big and cozy beach towels. The restaurant and Pool bar were fabulous with great variety of drinks and local cuisine. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Can’t recommend the hotel enough. The staff is very friendly and kind and the hotel has one of the best value for money in the Smeralda coast. The pool area is great and the beach is beautiful.
