The hotel complex itself was nice, staff was always happy to help. Downfall was the pool was cold until late afternoon. The lake/sea was warmer. And very limited food options unless you are a fish lover. We only ate here one night, out of 5 due to lack of options. Especially with a kid. And public transport few and far between made long days and forward thinking. Plus the walls are very thin. And can hear a lot going on outside. So if it’s a lay in you want. May be not. However I would stay again, the lakes beautiful and makes a great swim. With a lot to do.

Amplio aparcamiento, aislado visualmente del hotel rodeado todo de verde con el mar tocandolo (aunque no para bañarse) Muy relajante en especial la zona orientada al mar (evitas ruidos de animacion) Limpieza rapida y correcta, buffet desayuno un poco escaso pero correcto, comedor amplio y en zonas diversas no creando sensacion de saturación. Situacion excepcional,comodidad y atencion

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Aesthetically it’s gorgeous - has flowers everywhere and very well maintained and clean. Lovely big pool as well and nice private beach! The food was wonderful whether we had the breakfast or the 4 course meal they offer in the evening. They’re very adaptable with dietary requests too so was great for me being vegetarian. It is family friendly too so would be good for a family holiday but was equally as lovely to go as a couple like we did. All the staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. The room we had was very spacious and had a nice patio at the front! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We didn’t want to leave!

Det var dyr frukost om man inte köpt den i förväg, ovärt. Poolen va fin och ren och personalen var trevlig. Rummet var i etage, men en säng uppe (där gick det inte att sova för det var för varmt. Maten på hotellet var overpriced och det går inte att bo där utan hyrbil!

The place is pretty with lovely surroundings and nice views. First impression was good also because reception staff were great - welcoming, helpful, and when there was an issue with the first room, found a solution quickly and with a smile. The rooms themselves are simple - more 3* than 4 - but nice, with little balconies with a table and two chairs. The less nice: restaurant was poor. Dinner was mediocre at best (sounded nice on menu, but on the place, you'd get water from undrained potatoes and even overcooked pasta), Maitre d'hotel not pleasant and inflexible (point blank refused to look at moving us outside either then or later in the stay then we got to speak to others who were outside and wanted to move inside - same number of guests, same date so would have been an easy swap but they were refused too). The dining room itself is gloomy. Also there is loud music from 7pm till midnight each night we stayed. Some people probably like it but we did not, it starts with kids stuff in German (always the same),then bad music and karaoke. Nothing wrong with that but sound system is horrid so it is very loud in the rooms and makes walls vibrate. You cannot do/think of anything else till it stops at midnight! Free shuttle to nice Rena Bianca beach.

Great vacation hotel, spacious rooms very comfortable, nice pool, small beach. staff friendly and helpful except in the bar. One definitely needs rental car to get around because Taxi and Uber charge outrageous prices for even short trips. Restaurant food could be improved considering how even basic Italian food is usually very tasty.

There was an issue with dinner as it did not taste anything like italian food, they are not the most sincere in accounting for dinner, also you cannot really swim in their beachfront hotel, the pool had some algae in there.

Qui regnano relax e tranquillità: l'hotel è immerso in un bellissimo giardino ben curato, la camera (una classic) era spaziosa con cabina armadio e soppalco con un terzo letto e ulteriore armadio. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione. Abbiamo cenato due sere al ristorante e trovato anche qui ottima qualità. Unico difetto, non c'è la cassaforte in camera e hanno quindi "ospitato" in reception i nostri oggetti di valore quotidianamente. Molte spiagge bellissime sono raggiungibili a pochi km. Consigliatissimo se sì vuole rigenerarsi e ricaricarsi e se si cerca pace e silenzio.

The location and staff are what make this hotel. It’s a pretty spot with lovely gardens. It’s well maintained but a bit tired. However the team are utterly brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful and caring. One of our group fainted and they were all kind and helped us. Honestly a really great team. Thank you.

The food and hotel was lovely . It’s a very clean traditional hotel . We excellent staff . Only down side was the VERY loud evening entertainment. Our room was quite close to it so no early night for us . If they just turned it down it would of been bearable..

The dining room itself is gloomy. Also there is loud music from 7pm till midnight each night we stayed. Some people probably like it but we did not, it starts with kids stuff in German (always the same),then bad music and karaoke. Nothing wrong with that but sound system is horrid so it is very loud in the rooms and makes walls vibrate. You cannot do/think of anything else till it stops at midnight! Free shuttle to nice Rena Bianca beach.

The location and staff are what make this hotel. It’s a pretty spot with lovely gardens. It’s well maintained but a bit tired. However the team are utterly brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful and caring. One of our group fainted and they were all kind and helped us. Honestly a really great team. Thank you.

The food and hotel was lovely . It’s a very clean traditional hotel . We excellent staff . Only down side was the VERY loud evening entertainment. Our room was quite close to it so no early night for us . If they just turned it down it would of been bearable..

Det var dyr frukost om man inte köpt den i förväg, ovärt. Poolen va fin och ren och personalen var trevlig. Rummet var i etage, men en säng uppe (där gick det inte att sova för det var för varmt. Maten på hotellet var overpriced och det går inte att bo där utan hyrbil!

The hotel complex itself was nice, staff was always happy to help. Downfall was the pool was cold until late afternoon. The lake/sea was warmer. And very limited food options unless you are a fish lover. We only ate here one night, out of 5 due to lack of options. Especially with a kid. And public transport few and far between made long days and forward thinking. Plus the walls are very thin. And can hear a lot going on outside. So if it’s a lay in you want. May be not. However I would stay again, the lakes beautiful and makes a great swim. With a lot to do.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Property is lovely. The bar which had a bunch of food items (salads, pizza and sandwiches) on the menu had just 3 sandwiches for purchase. This hotel was everything we were looking for. Aesthetically it’s gorgeous - has flowers everywhere and very well maintained and clean. Lovely big pool as well and nice private beach! The food was wonderful whether we had the breakfast or the 4 course meal they offer in the evening. They’re very adaptable with dietary requests too so was great for me being vegetarian. It is family friendly too so would be good for a family holiday but was equally as lovely to go as a couple like we did. All the staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. The room we had was very spacious and had a nice patio at the front! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We didn’t want to leave!

There was an issue with dinner as it did not taste anything like italian food, they are not the most sincere in accounting for dinner, also you cannot really swim in their beachfront hotel, the pool had some algae in there.
