La limpieza, instalaciones y parte del personal excelente. Hablaban castellano en recepción, pero personal de restaurante más bien nada, y el ingles algunos. La baldosa de la piscina resbalaba, vimos dos caídas, nos comentaron que tomarían nota y nos agradecieron la sujerencia. Lo peor fueron las cenas, no bufet, a elegir entre 2 entrantes, 2 primeros y 2 segundos. Poca variedad, todo muy repetido, algunos segundos fríos postre único. Platos muy escasos. Nos tardaban una media de 1 h y 30 min en darnos los tres platos de menú cerrado. Eso sí, te cambiaban 3 veces de cubiertos, pero eso no es lo más importante. Un poco de descontrol con las mesas. Para ser un 4* muy mal. Y otra cosa fatal las habitaciones que dan para atrás con mucho ruido de ventiladores, motores o extractores. Imposible dormir si te molesta el ruido. Alguna habit. Sin ningún tenderete ni posibilidad de colgar nada al aire libre. El hall muy agradable y la piscina también.

The employees were super friendly and helpful. I had a lively dinner here. Breakfast had a good selection of items but the cooked food was not warm. The room was quite nice but hairdryer attachment and shampoo pump were broken. Location was quite near the airport which was good.

We had a very pleasant stay for 11 nights. The hotel is beautifully located overlooking the Olbia bay area. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is great. Fresh products and enough options. The restaurant for dinner is very very good. Really enjoyed our dinner there. I really recommend a (rental) car if you are planning to stay here for a longer period of time. There is a bus stop close by that can bring you to the center, or the beach (5min drive). I will remember thuis place when we come back to Sardinia. The whole area is really beautiful!

Really nice stay. We had harbour view room which was not directed right to the harbour but just more on the side and on the front was closed large supermarket with large carpark - not the nicest view but OK. Big disappointment was with breakfast- not a big choice of food but must honestly say all was fresh and good quality however for a longer stay could be very boring to eat small selection of the same things. Really nice terrace with pool - that was best thing. Close distance to main roads and restaurants

It's pretty isolated and fairly basic. I think they list themselves as a 4-star property, but it's more like a 3-star. We lost power and elevators for a portion of the time. The furniture is dated and cheap. I think its fine for the price but not luxurious by any means. It wasn't bad, just not great. Front desk staff was really friendly.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular views, comfortable bed in a lovely room and plenty of loungers in the stunning pool area. Breakfast was very good and pets are welcome. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicinity, a bus runs along the main road between the beach and town, but only until 7pm. Closest restaurants ~40 mins walk.

The facilities were very nice but I didn’t like that you could hear whatever the guests in the next room were doing in the bathroom, literally everything. And the noise from the restaurant that was a few meters away would wake me up. Other than that it was nice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi donc seul bémol à été de devoir gérer la température de l eau. Même avec une notice cela a été compliqué et nous n avons pas pu l utiliser pendant 2 jours car nous n avons pas réussi à le programmer !! Vraiment dommage sinon tout était parfait !!!

We were very disappointed with this hotel And would not return. Our room was on the ground floor. The first night there was a birthday party at the pool directly outside our room. Music blasted until midnight. The following night they closed the pool at 6pm-normally open until 7:30, to set up for another event. The hotel has nothing close by and we had spent the day out and was looking forward to some drinks by the pool. The following day we checked out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay. I said I was disappointed the pool closed early. I was told that happens and she shrugged her shoulder. We also had dinner in their restaurant, staff is not friendly and food was disappointing. Breakfast was included but hot foods were cold, fruit was canned and not much variety. Would never return.

This is a nice hotel for a quick getaway without children if you want to enjoy the sun, the pool and the good food. Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended and service quality is excellent. We liked the pool and the outdoor gym a lot - the indoor gym had a very intense rubber smell that we didn’t like but with windows open it was ok. The area is industrial as you can see on the pictures but there is still a nice view apart from that. We went to the beach with a 5min bus ride as well. Of course this is not a five star hotel so when we read bad reviews we think that they did not consider value for money. Yes, we did not like the room interior, TV, bed etc but we did not plan to stay for a long time. So especially with dinner included I think it is a good deal because you won’t get better food for that kind of money somewhere else on the island. For lunch I would recommend to drive somewhere else.

Really nice stay. Wonderful hotel with spectacular views, comfortable bed in a lovely room and plenty of loungers in the stunning pool area. Breakfast was very good and pets are welcome. Bon séjour dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois. L’emplacement est idéal, à 5 min en voiture de la tres jolie plage de pittolongu et à 15 min du centre ville et des restaurants. La chambre est spacieuse avec vue piscine. La demie-pension est interessante avec un service comme au restaurant. Dommage que l’eau ne soit pas incluse dans le prix. Trés jolie vue de la piscine. Le seul bémol sera pour les serviettes de piscine. Pour en changer vous devez payer 5€ sinonvous devez garder votre serviette tout le séjour, après etre allé à la plage et piscine.
