We arrived at 2 pm as per check in time and were told in an abrupt tone that the room would be available after 3 pm. The receptionist was rude and was reluctant to help us with information regarding dining options. Once we had the room, our request for an ironing board was completely ignored. This hotel is a total catfish, please avoid! Everyone who works there looks very downcast and subdued, we were so relieved tonleave after our 1 night stay.The spa is only open 2 hours a day and the gym has very limited equipment.

Very old hotel, maximum 2 stars, it feels like Mercure management forgot about this hotel, it is falling apart and very dirty. Neighbourhood is very bad, dirty, dark and dangerous. Pool is dirty and not heated. Spa costs 25 euro for 90 minutes and it is not worth it. Breakfast is very poor, very few things to choose from and after just 2 days it is very boring.

Slitent hotell som ikke er 4 stjerner lengre. Stort vindu ut mot basseng var knust. Maling rundt bassengkanten farget av og satt seg på huden og ødela badeklær. Visne blomster i blomsterkasser rundt bassenget og stor parasoll som ikke virket, heis i ustand osv. Mye som tyder på dårlig ledelse og oppfølging og oppgradering av hotellet.

Travelling with a sick child meant we were unsure if we were going to make it to the accomodation on time or even what time. Phoned up to see if we could change the check in time and book an addition date, the lady was unhelpful, rude, and demanded to know if we would be ‘no shows’ as she would give our room away, despite paying for it - we did not know at the time (this was 2 days prior) if we could make it and what time as it depended on our baby and travel. The pool hours are ridiculous - it shuts at 6:30pm. The ‘indoor’ pool is part of a ‘spa’ and costs $25 euro for 1 hour. No room amenities, like coffee or tea, or irons. Had to ask at the front reception and was told it would be delivered to our room - it never showed. Had to ask again and it came 6 hours later. The rooms are nice enough. Wouldn’t stay here again, though. .

The hotel pool is great and the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice too. The extra charge for the spa and limited opening hours meant that we didn’t make use of it. The shower water pressure was very low. All in all a good value hotel in central location.

Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fine but the eggs were consistently overcooked. Room was below average from a maintenance perspective. We didn’t have water on the last two days. Couldn’t wash or shower.

I liked the location as it provided easy walking access to the old town and good connections for buses and trains to explore other parts of the island. The hotel has an excellent gym and contrary to other reviews, it was available without charge. Staff were friendly and courteous, but at times ineffective. Unfortunately, we encountered a string of problems during our stay. Some of these were addressed, but many were not. Room cleaning was often perfunctory, for example the layer of dust behind the headboard. Safe in room did not work, but they replaced it promptly Sockets near the desk area were unsafe and pulled out of the wall when used. Major safety issue. Reading light by bed broken. It took two days to get fixed Entrance light to room didn’t work, it never got fixed. Fixtures and fittings such as the clothes rack were broken. Breakfast was very limited, and items frequently ran out. Staff were overworked so struggled to replenish eggs, bread etc. Bread was poor quality as was the fresh fruit Breakfast choice is very limited, especially for vegetarians. On our last day we made a formal complaint about the above. We were seen by the bookings manager who promised to raise the matter with the general manager. She said that we would receive compensation, but 7 days after returning no communication from the management. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and my experience of staying there has now damaged my view of other Mercure and All Accor hotels.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk to the center and very close to the train station and many buses stop about 2 blocks away. Room was comfortable and great size. The pool was nice but closes too early because they serve dinner by it. Would stay again

Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt gleich neben dem Bahnhof der alle 15 Minuten irgendetwas sagt. Aussicht auf allen Seiten des Hotels schrecklich. Entweder man schaut auf eine viel befahrene Brücke oder eben dem Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war ok. Jedoch finde ich dass ein Hotel alles auf Lager haben sollte. Es hatte keine Milch mehr zu den Cornflakes, habe gefragt, ich solle doch Reismilch oder Sojamilch nehmen. Das ist kein Service! Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Immer alles schön Sauber. Was ich nicht verstehe, wenn ich meine Handtücher aufgehängt habe um sie nochmals zu benützen wurden trotzdem alle ausgewechselt. Umweltdenken ist fehl am platz. Insgesamt ok aber nicht noch einmal, vorallem wenn man Strandnähe sucht ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Gesamte Poolanlage ist klein und übersichtlich. Preise an der Poolbar überteuert. Spa kostet zusätzlich. Muss angemeldet werden.

Les chambres sont correct même si l'hôtel est un peu ancien il est propre et confortable. La salle de sport et la piscine extérieur sont très bien. Cependant, nous avons été très déçu par le comportement d'une serveuse durant un dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Cette personne nous a très mal parlé. Et rebelotte au petit déjeuner cette même personne était très désagréable et hautaine. Le reste de l'équipe était plutôt agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire.

Der Service des Hotels war fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider kontaminiert mit Bettwanzen. Sehr viele Bettwanze. Ich musste das Hotel wechseln, da kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war. Taxi und neues Hotelzimmer müsste ich selber zahlen. Erstattung, nach vielen Emails nur die Grundgebühr. HOTELS. COM Kommission wollten sie mir nicht erstatten obwohl Hotels.com damit nichts zu tun hat. Absolut nicht lösungsorientiert. Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand.

The property is a bit tired. The walls were paper thin so you could hear the neighbouring room very clearly. Our key didn’t operate the electrics in the room and we had to call to get it repaired everyday during our stay. Our shower was broken and not repaired during our stay. We asked reception to book a taxi for us and a 4 mile trip cost us 32 euro. Staff were friendly. Nice pool.

Our key didn’t operate the electrics in the room and we had to call to get it repaired everyday during our stay. Our shower was broken and not repaired during our stay. We asked reception to book a taxi for us and a 4 mile trip cost us 32 euro. Staff were friendly. Nice pool.

Die Anlage ist im Allgemeinen (Lobby, Poolbereich, Gebäude etc.) schön gemacht und gut gepflegt. Auch die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich großzügig und schön eingerichtet, allerdings gab es hier ein paar kleinere Mängel (Armlehne angeknackst, leicht herunterhängende Lampe, nicht ganz dichte Dusche, …). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Lage lässt sich die Innenstadt von Olbia mit vielen Restaurants usw. gut fußläufig erreichen – die direkte Umgebung ist dabei allerdings wenig ansprechend. I liked the location as it provided easy walking access to the old town and good connections for buses and trains to explore other parts of the island. The hotel has an excellent gym and contrary to other reviews, it was available without charge. Staff were friendly and courteous, but at times ineffective. Unfortunately, we encountered a string of problems during our stay. Some of these were addressed, but many were not. Room cleaning was often perfunctory, for example the layer of dust behind the headboard. Safe in room did not work, but they replaced it promptly Sockets near the desk area were unsafe and pulled out of the wall when used. Major safety issue. Reading light by bed broken. It took two days to get fixed Entrance light to room didn’t work, it never got fixed. Fixtures and fittings such as the clothes rack were broken. Breakfast was very limited, and items frequently ran out. Staff were overworked so struggled to replenish eggs, bread etc. Bread was poor quality as was the fresh fruit Breakfast choice is very limited, especially for vegetarians. On our last day we made a formal complaint about the above. We were seen by the bookings manager who promised to raise the matter with the general manager. She said that we would receive compensation, but 7 days after returning no communication from the management. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and my experience of staying there has now damaged my view of other Mercure and All Accor hotels.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione buona, con una camminata di 500mt si arriva in centro ed è di fronte alla stazione. L'hotel è a forma di nave, la camera davvero ampia, letto comodo, minibar e cassaforte (anche se all'arrivo la bottiglietta d'acqua non è offerta ma costa 2€). Il bagno è comodo con un discreto set da bagno. L'hotel dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo non ho potuto provare la colazione perché sono partito molto presto.

The hotel has some new suites; and some 80s suites. Unfortunately we didn’t check the photos well enough and ended up in the 80s. An uncomfortable bed, no where to sit except a broken chair, a bathroom with cracked tiles and a tiny square shower. So if you get room 134 ask to move. Don’t even start me with breakfast- everything comes out a packet. Not a fresh fruit juice or a good cup of coffee in sight! We paid €800 for 4 nights which is outrageously over charged for the standard.

SPAt hade endast öppet tre dagar under vår vistelse, något de inte informerade om innan vårt besök, trots mailkontakt. Receptionens personal upplevdes som otrevliga och obenägna till service. Vi bad om en strykbräda till rummet men det slutade med att vi fick bära upp den själva. Personalen i poolbaren och restaurangen var trevliga och maten god.

Travelling with a sick child meant we were unsure if we were going to make it to the accomodation on time or even what time. Phoned up to see if we could change the check in time and book an addition date, the lady was unhelpful, rude, and demanded to know if we would be ‘no shows’ as she would give our room away, despite paying for it - we did not know at the time (this was 2 days prior) if we could make it and what time as it depended on our baby and travel. The pool hours are ridiculous - it shuts at 6:30pm. The ‘indoor’ pool is part of a ‘spa’ and costs $25 euro for 1 hour. No room amenities, like coffee or tea, or irons. Had to ask at the front reception and was told it would be delivered to our room - it never showed. Had to ask again and it came 6 hours later. The rooms are nice enough. Wouldn’t stay here again, though. .

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel great pleasant staff. Only issue I paid for a double bed and single bed but when arrived there was only a double and only option was to split the bed into two singles. Wasn't entirely happy as I paid for another option but they dealt with the issue very swiftly.

Looks like was made with lego blocks. Carpets old and dirty, run down. Maybe spa ok but the rest is cheap and ugly. It is located in the middle of an a run down residential area and has no view of anything. Nothing as you would expect from the pictures.

The hotel pool is great and the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice too. The extra charge for the spa and limited opening hours meant that we didn’t make use of it. The shower water pressure was very low. All in all a good value hotel in central location.

Hotel has everything needed for a few days accommodation. Pool area is good, breakfast excellent, rooms were comfy and air conditioning made it cool on very hot days. The area is not great but only five mins walk to old town, shops and restaurants. Staff were efficient and very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk to the center and very close to the train station and many buses stop about 2 blocks away. Room was comfortable and great size. The pool was nice but closes too early because they serve dinner by it. Would stay again

Very old hotel, maximum 2 stars, it feels like Mercure management forgot about this hotel, it is falling apart and very dirty. Neighbourhood is very bad, dirty, dark and dangerous. Pool is dirty and not heated. Spa costs 25 euro for 90 minutes and it is not worth it. Breakfast is very poor, very few things to choose from and after just 2 days it is very boring.

Les chambres sont correct même si l'hôtel est un peu ancien il est propre et confortable. La salle de sport et la piscine extérieur sont très bien. Cependant, nous avons été très déçu par le comportement d'une serveuse durant un dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Cette personne nous a très mal parlé. Et rebelotte au petit déjeuner cette même personne était très désagréable et hautaine. Le reste de l'équipe était plutôt agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire.

The hotel pool is great and the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice too. The extra charge for the spa and limited opening hours meant that we didn’t make use of it. The shower water pressure was very low. All in all a good value hotel in central location.

Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fine but the eggs were consistently overcooked. Room was below average from a maintenance perspective. We didn’t have water on the last two days. Couldn’t wash or shower.

Der Service des Hotels war fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Hotel has everything needed for a few days accommodation. Pool area is good, breakfast excellent, rooms were comfy and air conditioning made it cool on very hot days. The area is not great but only five mins walk to old town, shops and restaurants. Staff were efficient and very friendly.

The hotel has some new suites; and some 80s suites. Unfortunately we didn’t check the photos well enough and ended up in the 80s. An uncomfortable bed, no where to sit except a broken chair, a bathroom with cracked tiles and a tiny square shower. So if you get room 134 ask to move. Don’t even start me with breakfast- everything comes out a packet. Not a fresh fruit juice or a good cup of coffee in sight! We paid €800 for 4 nights which is outrageously over charged for the standard.

There are probably worse hotels in the area for the same price but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning did not work. It allowed me to set it to a temperature that I wanted, however it did not lower the temperature of the room. It was over 28’C in the room all through the night. The room was basic.

A 7/10 stay. The area around the hotel isn’t great, but it’s a 15 min walk to the centre of town. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Rooms were a bit sad. Overall clean. Decent pool. Nothing wowed me about this hotel
