The hotel was nice and clean. Very friendly staff. The pool was closed and I had a heart broken 12 year old who couldn’t swim on his only vacation for the summer. Should have known this prior to booking. Not cool.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was super nice. I will never book with Hotels.com as the said nothing about the pool being closed. This is false advertising and my husband wanted a place with a pool for the kids and it was closed.

Especially friendly staff that same genuinely happy to assist others. We only stayed a night but had an enjoyable time. Only downfall was the size of the pool and the location of it, which doesn’t get much sun.

Found a roach under the kitchen table fire alarm light flashing at night in the bedroom occupants above us very loud air conditioner stop working at night in the bedroom . They said they was going to give us a discount which we did not receive.

Bathroom floor was dirty, and had hairs from other people. Shower water alternated from lukewarm to cold in early morning, never got hot. The cheese-veggie omelet thing was truly disgusting. Everything else fine. I like the rooms a lot.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was in the evening and when we opened the fold out bed that night, we discovered that there was soiled linen, with a dirty bloody napkin on it, and we had to ask the staff to come up and replace the linen. The staff was not very helpful and I had to ask them to actually come into the room to replace the linen. They were more concerned with being on their phones, than helping guests. Also, the guest bed closest to the window was broken and uncomfortable. It squeaked and made noise the entire trip. I’ve stayed at several home 2 suites in the past I never experience these types of issues. It was disappointing to say the least. The hotel was in a positive note in a very convenient location with shopping food and a movie theater within steps, convenient to many other sites and things to do!

The room was laid out nicely and the staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was not clean but the front desk clerk was helpful and moved us to another room. That room also had dirty glasses and crumbs in the sofa. The parking lot needed more lighting. This is a very nice newer building but the housekeeping needs improvement.

Perfect location....accessible to many restaurants and activities however the cleanliness of our room was not up to par....hair was everywhere, human and Canine...beautiful pool outside however it was full of lint and hair due to a laundry vent emptying into the pool

This hotel was a great experience from start to finish. The property is simple but in a good way. It has everything you need and more without feeling over the top. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. The amenities were convenient and everything worked as expected. While there’s always room for improvement, nothing stood out as a major drawback during my stay. Overall, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay here again.

I was told the room was a suite. However, it was just a longer room with a sofa bed, separated by a curtain that closed off 2/3 of the room. Not a suite. The bathroom door was a pocket door that had no handle. It was a real pain trying to close it and could not be fully closed. Made privacy an issue. The beds were not comfortable. Coil mattresses? These days? Come on, man. The breakfast wasn’t bad though. The old timer cooking was pretty attentive and kept the place clean and the food coming. The staff in general were friendly enough. But that room made it a less than average stay.

This is a newer hotel and everything was in great shape and well thought out. The room was spacious and had a lot of unexpected amenities. The bathroom was really well done, with higher quality materials. I've been to quite a few hotels that weren't set up well for my getting ready while my husband showers; this room was well planned with mirrors and outlets perfectly placed in the room to allow two people to simultaneously get ready. The breakfast was a pretty impressive spread to be considered a continental breakfast. Ice makers were conveniently placed on every floor. The location was within walking distance to entertainment and dining. I would definitely recommend and would book with them again, if I visit Wilmington in the future.

Teresa checked us in she was friendly and welcoming. We had trouble locating the hotel we called the hotel and Teresa gave us directions to get there. Then we decided to stay another night and again Teresa was very helpful to get us booked in the same room so we didn't have to move. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Our check-in was quick and easy! Absolutely enjoyed Samantha and Jesse who were so kind and helpful offering tips on what to do as first timers out here. They were spot on! Breakfast options were great and most importantly was the gentleman that ran that area. He was so friendly and maintained a clean and organized breakfast area that we enjoyed. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We look forward to more trips to this hotel!

Property was very clean and well kept. Staff accommodating and pleasant. My stay was nearly two weeks and the staff took a moment to recognize that. My cleaning people left me little notes and that was appreciated. This was my second year lodging there. I'll come back again next year.

From the minute I walked into the hotel, it was a wonderful experience. The front desk ladies were incredibly kind and happy and wonderful! The check-in process was quick and easy and it was just flawless! When I got into my room I actually took a video to send to my family to show them how beautiful my room truly was!

Great stay, the only hiccup was the animals. Family allergies were on high sue to animals on the second floor. Front desk immediately help us with the issue and moved us to a different floor. Very accommodating staff !!

Everywhere I looked was very clean. Our room, bathroom and everything was very clean. There was two things that we did not like. 1 the guy at the front desk was not friendly 🙄 at all. When we checked in he never welcome us to the hotel and when we checked out 5 days later he never smile or said thank you for your stay. 2 We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms on each side of us. Walls need to be more sound proof. Would we stay there again? Yes. Would we encourage anyone else to stay? Yes, but we would tell them about the two things I mention and let them decided for themselves.

This was an amazingly nice place to stay in Wilmington. It was close to pretty much everything you might want to do while there - ocean, downtown, restaurants. It was very low key safe. Apart from it being an excellent and comfortable place to stay, the added bonus for me was the EV charging. In addition, the customer service was second to none. We left an item there and the hotel called me right away once they discovered it was in the room. Thanks for the wonderful stay - we will definitely stay there again!

I really liked how everything was very modern. Furnitures looked really nice and new. Very clean environment. And the hotel was located in a big parking lot that adjoined with many stores and restaurants. It was a very quick walk across the parking lot if i wanted dinner take out or just a starbucks drink. Next time i go back to Wilmington, I will most likely stay there again.

Very clean and friendly staff. When we were there the elevators weren't working so that was a bummer. But the breakfast was a big buffet and very good. The location is very convenient and parking super easy. There are some good restaurants very close by and it's an easy drive downtown. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and couches. We would definitely return there.

This is a great hotel; clean, quiet and comfortable, and I love the suite concept with a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Sam, who checked us in was awesome. I would have rated this hotel as excellent, but the breakfast is subpar, and possibly the most disappointing of any complimentary breakfast offering I have experienced.

Location was very convenient with plenty of parking. Hotel is new, so the decor etc was fresh. Breakfast service was ok - ran out of things and had to wait for replenishment, but the staff was very cooperative and kind.

Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean..not happy with the free breakfast. No bagels, english muffins or yogurt like the other Homes 2 Suite rooms I have stayed at. The breakfast consisted of sausage biscuits and omelets from a heat lamp that were very stale. Same breakfast 3 days in a row.
