Nice facility with several notable issues. The service in the restaurant is poor to say the least. The Wi-Fi is continuously unstable. I had some hot water issues the first day but they eventually improved. My room itself was spacious and gorgeous - it's worth splurging for the suites or villas here. It's just unfortunate that an otherwise nice property has so many glaring issues.

Stayed 4 nights

We stayed in a 4-room villa for 4 nights (about 500 USD per night) and the experience was very disappointing. We arrived around 14:30 and were told to wait until the official check-in at 15:00, which was fine. But at 15:00 the villa was still not ready, with no estimated time and no complimentary gesture. By 15:30, after I asked again, they then informed us only the first floor was ready, so we went there as my elderly family members needed a nap. The staff who showed us the first floor stayed in the room clearly waiting for a tip and did not leave for several minutes until we gave one. Around 16:00, when the cleaning staff finished the second floor, they also came downstairs and again waited in the room for a tip. This tipping pressure happened every day — if we did not tip immediately, staff would stand there for several minutes and not leave. I understand tipping is part of their income, but this behavior created a lot of stress and made us want to avoid staff rather than enjoy the resort. Transportation was another major issue. The hotel advertises a shuttle bus, but it has only about 14 seats and runs 6 times a day. During our stay, we managed to reserve seats only once. The resort is about 30 minutes from Hoi An city center and in a remote area, making it hard to get a Grab; even when we did, we usually waited around 15 minutes for the car. Overall, for the price we paid, this stay was very unpleasant. there are many other options that likely offer better value.

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines.

This hotel is amazing! Really luxury hotel. The swimming pool is big and clean. Beach is next to the swimming pool. Great breakfast. We travel a lot and stayed in many different hotels with similar set up. This one is one of the best. It is quite at night, not like most hotels in Danang. If I could give more than 10 points, I would do it.

Staff were exceptional, went above and beyind to make you feel welcome....and always greeted by name!! 10 out of 10 from us on all aspects. One word of caution, we had booked as it had come up as a hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool and that really isnt the case, there's a large bath half in and half out on the roof space. A fantastic hotel with great food, excellent roof top bar and restaurant, all very reasonable but the stand out features were definitely the staff....thanks for a great stay 👌
