Hotellet ligger centralt och bra till i förhållande till allmänna kommunikationsmedel. Hotellet har en äldre stil vilket är lite charmigt men samtidigt ger intrycket av eftersatt underhåll. Rummen är normalstora. Dubbelsängarna är små och det blir trångt om man är två personer. Hade vi vetat att dubbelsängarna var så små hade vi valt två enkelsängar istället. Rum mot gatan ska undvikas. Spårvagnar och bussar passerar utanför liksom utryckningsfordon och alla ljud och vibrationer kommer in i rummen. Undvik därför rum mot gatan. Frukosten är hyffsat bra. Det finns det basala. Parkering sker på innegården i anslutning till hotellet. Väldigt bra om man kommer med bil.

Great hotel! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station, beautiful hotel with garden area to sit and enjoy. About a 10 minute walk to the square, tram stop right outside, restaurants right in the area. Original architecture and old world feel, will definitely stay again! Great staff, helpful, polite!

What to say about Europesjki Krakau. A place with history, We found out that there are different rooms. We had a double room. Very classic. For the moment it is a place to sleep. No bar, no restaurant . We had a nice stay over there. Good breakfast , Private parkingspace. Thank you all ! We will see what will happen in the future.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und einem großen Shoppingcenter. In die Altstadt sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist okay. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber.

Service i receptionen var väldigt bra, mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade ätit frukost bara en gång och det var bra tillräckligt bra, varjerad och gott. Städning var bra de rengjorde det som behövdes. Det som var negativ var att tvn i rummet fungerade inte och kuddarna hade en fuktig lukt vissa till o med kiss lukt.

Отель старенький, но чистый. Правда кровать в комнате очень маленькая, хоть и считается двуспальной. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак очень посредственный, да еще и растворимый кофе. Поэтому мы ходили на завтрак в соседние кафе. Местоположение хорошее: тут же ж/д вокзал и большой трц. До центральной площади идти совсем немного.

I liked the location, the atmosphere and the staff. I slept poorly though, as the matress was very hard and the street trams were interrupting my sleep. There are street trams in front of the hotel, and it can get loud in some rooms. This hotel may be a hit and a miss depending on what room you get.

My room was small but large enough for a single traveler with a good sized bed and great AC. The room faced the street in front of the hotel and there was road noise, mostly from passing trams. It did not interfere with the enjoyment of my stay or my sleep, but if you need a quiet room, I would sum requesting one facing the rear of the property. An old style hotel, which I like, but with good Wi-Fi. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Easy walk to/from the central train station.

Kanonläge precis utanför gamla staden. Gammalt hotell men med väldigt mycket charm. Kanonmassage vägg i vägg hos Wojtek på Magnoli Beuty&Spa. Men det som stack ut var den fantastiska servicen i receptionen. De fixade allt. Ska ni ut på några sevärdheter eller ha skjuts till eller ifrån flygplatsen så frågar ni efter deras chaufför Josef.

Hyggelig personale! Hjelpsomme når man først får tak i de. Kort avstand til en togstasjon og bussterminalen. Vanskelig å få tak i noen når man trenger det mest. Prøvde å ta kontakt med flere men de kunne ikke snakke engelsk. Fluer på restaurant når man sitter og spisser. Ikke noe heis da ikke tiltenkt for handikap eller de som har tung bagasje.

The location was spot on with the tram service meters from the hotel; which took you all over the city. There is a huge shopping centre 5 minutes walk. The food was excellent, nourishing, good choice of items. The staff went overboard to make sure I had food to take out when needed and there was 24 hour reception which made me feel safer (not that I felt unsafe in the area). My room was clean, warm and comfortable with free wifi so that I could log into programmes I loved back home. There was an old worldly look and many interesting artifacts throughout; a quiet garden rest area with several water features and finally a Spa service for you to enjoy Overall 5* plus in my opinion and if I return to Krakow, this is the hotel I will book.

Perfect location. Only a few blocks from the train station and old town. You can walk everywhere and if booking a tour transportation is able to pick you up at the hotel (this is not possible at some of the hotels in old town). Staff were excellent and room was clean. Older hotel, but great option for the price.

Cozy hotel near the train station and within an easy walk of the Old Town. Very nice, old-fashioned feel. Trams are a bit loud but taper off in the late evening. Staff is super friendly and accommodating - arranged for an airport taxi for me. I'd stay here again.

Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down.

Stanza rumorosa per i tram che cominciano alle 04.30 di mattina , non si riesce a dormire. Colazione molto scarsa marmellate solo di due tipi, il dolce e' assente, per il resto la posizione e' eccellente c'e' tutto molto vicino. Non consigliato per famiglie.
