Hotellet lå fint, gåafstand til midtbyen. Hotellet var af ældre dato, men med flotte nye badeværelser, værelset havde en fin størrelse men med en lidt trist indretning og en meget hård seng. Der var oplyst at der var mulighed for parkering, det lå bare 5 minutter fra hotellet, så vi skulle bare aflevere nøglerne så sørgede de for parkering, det var lidt utrygt, men det fungerede super fint, det var nogle fantastiske drenge i receptionen som talte perfekt engelsk, og var utrolige serviceminded. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, men kunne bestille retter fra menukortet, det var virkeligt lækkert.

A beautiful hotel in Krakow Old Town, the rooms or should I say suite was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The staff were very helpful. If you are driving, you can leave your keys at the reception and they will park it for you (for a charge), this was really worthwhile and took away any parking stress. The hotel was well situated for exploring Krakow on foot and there were many nice restaurants and cocktail bars nearby.

This hotel is in perfect location to explore Krakow old tiwn, as well as Kazimierz, the Jewish district. It is very centrally located, however on a quiet street. It has a lot of character; it is an old hotel with lots of history, grandiose staircase and charming patisserie. It is also very clean everywhere. Service is excellent. The hairdryer was missing from the room and they apologized and immediately brought it to my room. There is a very small gym at the attic with a treadmill, spinning bike, elastic bands, two mats and some weights; it was enough for me. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy historical places to stay in.

This was a classy hotel on the edge of the old city and was perfect. They provided a 15% discount on dinner at two very nice restaurants that we ate at that were excellent. They shuttled our car back and forth from a parking spot and provided outstanding suggestions on things to do. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend

It is difficult to find fault with this splendid hotel. I came here many times before the recent renovation. The delightful old-world charm has been replaced by spanking new decoration. It is very smart--even daring. The breakfast is beautifully presented and the (new) desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Some of them seem a little inexperienced (timid even), but experience will come with time. In its new "clothing" the Francuski remains a hotel to be highly recommended. Thoroughly charming. Congratulations.

Excellent location, close to everything: old town, train station, nice large quiet room, friendly reception staff accommodated our request for higher floor room; however, room service was not good: for the four nights stand vanity kit was provided only twice, when asked about it staff apologies, promised to bring it, but never did. The carpet floor in the room was not vacuum cleened for at least the last two days of my stay (after I noticed a piece of garbage in the middle of the room and remained there until my checkout. Asked for a hotel concierge recommendation for a barber shop, and he promised to get back to me with recommendations but never did. This is definitely a 5-star hotel service.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Eingangsbereich , die Treppe und Essbereich waren schön . Aber das Zimmer hat dem 5 Sterne Standart überhaupt nicht entsprochen . Bei Luftungskanal war Schimmel , und Toilettensitz war lose . Das Bad war klein und schlecht eingerichtet . Das Seitenzimmer war sehr einfach und qualitätslos eingerichtet .Leider waren wir von unserem Delux Zimmer sehr enttäuscht und würden dafür maximal 3 Sterne vergeben .

What a wonderful hotel right in Old Town. It is only a few blocks from the main square. The hotel itself is old world feel with modern amenities. The room was large and comfortable. Defiantly have the breakfast which is worth the additional expense.

What happened is that the air conditioner was extremely hot, that is the only negative part of the review. Aside from that everything was excellent but you need to have COLD AIR CONDITIONERS. Thanks

We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast very good. The only problem was the initial lack of a bathtub mat. The bathtub surface was very slick and the first day I slipped getting out and hit my head very hard. Fortunately I only got a large bump and no concussion, but it was still a dangerous situation. We requested a mat and got one within a few hours, so there were no further problems. Still, future guests should make sure they have a mat before they attempt to shower .

We loved the beautiful decor. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings. The front dest staff were all very helpful and arranged box lunches for us our two early days. The dining area was extremely pretty and the breakfasr was excellent.

Great hotel to study at. A bit away from many of our favourite places we found in the city. Mostly towards the south of the old city. Hotel is nice and rooms are great. Pillows and bed was fine but not too notch. Water pressure weak. In general good and met expectations.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel

Hotel is ”over rated”. It is not five stars hotel. Most of four stars hotel I have visited are much better from every ankle. Location is good. Service just mediocre. Cleaness okei. Breakfast was also okei, but in five stars it should be superb.

The structure and decor of the property is sublime. We had a deluxe room with a sitting room, gorgeous bedroom, huge and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was exquisite. Fixtures and decor throughout gave an air of class and luxury from bygone times. The dining room was very nice with a good choice of breakfast foods. The only let down was the quite poor service from what appeared to be young, inexperienced, untrained male receptionists. The female receptionist who greeted us on arrival was the opposite - helpful, friendly and professional. The others seemed to lack customer care and were ineffective when a couple of things went wrong. Their manner and problem solving traits were not quite there. There was also an issue with housekeeping who tried to charge us for mini bar items that we hadn't used - they had just forgot to replace items from the previous day so had assumed we had used the items twice. Apart from that this is a lovely hotel.

The location of Hotel Francuski is brilliant, in the heart of the Old Town few minutes walk to the market place,Mariacki Cathedral, Market Hall and surrounded by lots of restaurants yet quiet. The staff was super helpful, we were confused how to get to the overnight parking and one of tge employees drove with my husband to help out. We loved the decor and the unique style. The breakfast was delicious and worth every penny.

Fantastic two night stay, the hotel is perfectly situated just inside the old town, close enough to easily explore the whole area on foot but tucked away from the busier and noisier heart of the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the glass of bubbly on checking in was a very nice touch, the hotel itself has a lovely grand feeling of yesteryear with a magnificent flight of stairs from the reception. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and had everything we needed. The bed itself was very comfortable and in the bathroom the hot water was plentiful and shower powerful, all important for us. There was a mini bar and tea making in the room which are also essentials for our stays. In advance of our stay we arranged an airport transfer for our arrival which also went without a hitch. All in all a very enjoyable stay indeed, thanks.

This is a wonderful hotel situated among nice shops and restaurants. Very easy walking distance to the central Krakow market square. My King bed suite was quite spacious and affordable. Staff were extremely pleasant.

We had three lovely days in Krakow. Very welcoming staff when we arrived. The room was very nice - a comfy bed, modern bathroom, spacious and lots of storage. A nice choice of food for breakfast and we ate a very presented and tasty dinner at the French Bistro. The location is superb within a few minutes walk of the market square I would definitely recommend this hotel

Awesome 5 night stay. Hotel is $5 taxi ride from train station. A few minutes to walk to all the sites in old town. Great restaurants and bars near by. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice quiet street. Our tour to Auschwitz meeting point was a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was the best, wide variety of food and great service. Will definitely stay again.

El hotel es fantástico! El personal muy atento , calificado y muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es realmente excelente, tienen un bufet con quesos, jamones, diferentes vegetales, ensaladas frutos secos, postres, etc ,cafés y tés. Además, puedes elegir entre una selección de exquisitos desayunos calientes. Vale la pena tomar el hotel con desayuno incluido. Lo recomendamos ampliamente y por supuesto, cuando regresemos a Cracovia nos quedaremos en él!!
