Some staf were helpful but others made me hate choosing this hotel. For vegetarians very small variety. Air conditioner was only warning (the room was very hot).

Stunning room with balcony and an amazing view of Planty Park, in a beautiful hotel steeped in history. Excellent, varied breakfast, with a range of fruit, cooked, buffet-style food, cereals and delicious pastries. All staff were efficient and polite. Restaurant staff were particularly friendly and the evening meals are also delicious. Cleaning staff were also accommodating. The trams are noisy, so ear plugs are recommended. So close to Old Town, shops and mainline station. Very good value.
