Couldn’t fault this place. Amazing atmosphere, superb interior. Breakfast was also a highlight. 5 stars experience altogether. Greetings from satisfied guests. Also got offered bikes which made our day in Warsaw very memorable. Thank you Chopin Boutique hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Kleine Karte im Restaurant mit sehr tollen Gerichten. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Flair. Parken ist nahe am Hotel möglich, der Parkplatz gehört aber nicht zum Hotel.

Chopin House is a special treat for travelers who value atmosphere over the generic hotel experience. The quietly elegant rooms have 12-foot ceilings and tall, velvet-draped windows, and are furnished very comfortably with wood furniture from the 1930s-40s. Mine even had a little kitchen. The building has been beautifully brought back to life by the owner. The nightly Chopin concerts, held in a cozy salon setting, are sublime. There's a roof deck, too! Don't stay here if you require all the mod cons (A/C, fridge, workout room, etc). The hotel is just a couple of blocks off the main pedestrian street Nowy Swiat, which is perfect for night strolls up to the Old Town. Bicycle use was free. Very good breakfast. I would return to Warsaw just to stay here again. Extra thanks to the lovely and kind staff members Ulla, Olek, and Marnina!

We thought the B & B was charming but not handicap accessible. I had a knee scooter for a broken ankle and you had to take a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Also, many stairs to get to breakfast. We only stayed one night and had to move to a hotel with an elevator that covered all floors.

Staff were more than helpful especially in accommodating my son for the nightly recitals. Took the room with grand piano in the salon but on arrival found there was a surcharge if you wished to play it. While not overly expensive this should be stated on the room details at time of reservation. Hotel perfectly positioned to explore central Warsaw on foot.

Charming place - the staff cant do enough for you, free rooftop concerts and bikes. The staff looked after my possessions when i accidentally left some behind and i was able to pick them up a week later on my way home

Location was good. Overall hotel was good. Excellent breakfast, prepared a "to go" bag when we had to leave early to catch a plane. Space around the bed was very tight. Afternoon/evening service at associated bar/restaurant was slower than most. Have to go up a few steps to reach rooms and the small elevator. Hotel is not air conditioned, but has fans in rooms.

Si tratta di un B&B o poco più, non di un hotel. Non effettua servizio notturno. Pur avendo soggiornato per due sole notti, per una delle due avevano dimenticato di fare pulizie e non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema, ma solo di fornirmi altre asciugamani. La colazione dolce, di gusto italiano o francese, è molto deludente. la camera, sulla strada, non era assolutamente silenziosa (sabato notte). Ottima la posizione. Nonostante dalla foto si percepisca un'ambientazione romantica che dovrebbe richiamare Chopin, di fatto il B&B si trova in un grosso palazzo di stile sovietico. Le stanze sono arredate con oggetti di modernariato più o meno ben accostati.

Un luogo magico, fuori dal tempo e dallo spazio della città e al tempo stesso comodissimo a tutto. La mia camera, grande, piena di aria e di luce, era perfetta in tutto: pulita, con un letto comodissimo e un salottino che ho utilizzato per il lavoro. Meravigliosi mobili antichi, splendide le lenzuola, di qualità sapone e crema, tutto ha contribuito a creare un clima piacevole e assai confortevole. Ottima la colazione: formaggi freschi, miele di produzione propria, squisiti pancakes alla mela e ottimo caffè. Che dire poi del concerto serale... un momento di grande pace e bellezza, accompagnato dalla proiezione delle opere del grande fotografo polacco Cikora. Parto ma non vedo l'ora di tornare...

Location was very convenient to Old Town—roughly a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious. The bathtub very large, but difficult to operate the shower attachment without splashing water around the bathroom; it would have been helpful to have a shower curtain at least partially around the tub. Having daily evening concerts was delightful, especially since the night we went, the artists were from Ukraine. The staff was very helpful arranging for us to get taxis to the Central Station. The breakfast buffet was extensive and local; a highlight was the Polish Compote drink. We appreciated the environmental consciousness of the B & B. The biggest issues we encountered were a leaky toilet and no hot water the day before we left. The leaky toilet was resolved by jiggling the toilet handle. It appeared that there were water pipes being repaired outside the B & B which probably caused the lack of hot water. That would have been beyond the control of the B & B and hot water was restored the morning that we left. What would have helped is if the B & B had notified guests about the plumbing repairs and that hot water would not be available for a certain period of time.

Tolles Hotel, wer es rustikal und gemütlich mag. Alles bestens in Ordnung, das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Rundum sehr zufrieden und gerne wieder! Die Anbindung für unsere Zwecke perfekt!

Usually I really like vintage style b&b's but when we've entered the room which was just full of dust, furniture and general design was not just vintage but was very old and not refurbished. From the photos of the suite room looked like there was a kitchenette but appeared there was only a kettle and a fridge. Only 2 teaspoons and 2 plates. Not enough cutlery, no glasses. Bathroom was very out of date, the soap was on the bottom of the dispencer so we had to buy our own. Acoustics between rooms and corridors are absent, we could hear everything. Windows havent been cleaned for a few seasons at least. And on top of all the experience we've been invited to the concert in the hall on the ground floor. To only later find out that we have to pay extra for it on the check-out.

Lovely room, very special with the naming after a Polish artist, and a shelf with interesting books! The staff was very helpful with all our questions and extra bookings. What we loved was the focus on ecological and local food and sustainability. Even their own bee hives on the roof, honey for the morning tea. And of course, the Chopin concert in the salon. Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant downstairs. This is definitely my favorite hotel!

Location was very convenient to Old Town—roughly a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious. The bathtub very large, but difficult to operate the shower attachment without splashing water around the bathroom; it would have been helpful to have a shower curtain at least partially around the tub. Having daily evening concerts was delightful, especially since the night we went, the artists were from Ukraine. The staff was very helpful arranging for us to get taxis to the Central Station. The breakfast buffet was extensive and local; a highlight was the Polish Compote drink. We appreciated the environmental consciousness of the B & B. The biggest issues we encountered were a leaky toilet and no hot water the day before we left. The leaky toilet was resolved by jiggling the toilet handle. It appeared that there were water pipes being repaired outside the B & B which probably caused the lack of hot water. That would have been beyond the control of the B & B and hot water was restored the morning that we left. What would have helped is if the B & B had notified guests about the plumbing repairs and that hot water would not be available for a certain period of time.

This is my second visit to this hotel, and I very rarely find a place I love enough to stay in twice! This hotel has a great location, comfortable beds, really cute decor, am amazing breakfast (including fruit and vegetables as well your typical meat and bread and cereal) and is good value for money. 11/10

It was a lovely little hotel with a really kind and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. There were some nightlife places close by which made it a little busy (especially as I was there on a Friday night) but the noise was not too much of an issue. The hotel provided earplugs in case but they were not needed.

Charming and cozy place. The building is old but very well maintained. Room was spacious and breakfast was fabulous and staffs at the kitchen were friendly and helpful. However we felt one of the female receptionists was rather cold, never been to a hotel where you dont greet the guests upon their arrival.

This property felt like the owners took special care of this place. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening, it was delicious. I liked a few of the front desk employees,I appreciated their personalities. I had a date change with my reservation and they were accommodating. I would stay here again. Solid hotel. Usually I really like vintage style b&b's but when we've entered the room which was just full of dust, furniture and general design was not just vintage but was very old and not refurbished. From the photos of the suite room looked like there was a kitchenette but appeared there was only a kettle and a fridge. Only 2 teaspoons and 2 plates. Not enough cutlery, no glasses. Bathroom was very out of date, the soap was on the bottom of the dispencer so we had to buy our own. Acoustics between rooms and corridors are absent, we could hear everything. Windows havent been cleaned for a few seasons at least. And on top of all the experience we've been invited to the concert in the hall on the ground floor. To only later find out that we have to pay extra for it on the check-out.

Staff were more than helpful especially in accommodating my son for the nightly recitals. Took the room with grand piano in the salon but on arrival found there was a surcharge if you wished to play it. While not overly expensive this should be stated on the room details at time of reservation. Hotel perfectly positioned to explore central Warsaw on foot.

Location was good. Overall hotel was good. Excellent breakfast, prepared a "to go" bag when we had to leave early to catch a plane. Space around the bed was very tight. Afternoon/evening service at associated bar/restaurant was slower than most. Have to go up a few steps to reach rooms and the small elevator. Hotel is not air conditioned, but has fans in rooms.

Absolutely fantastic daily concert at 7pm--very talented musicians in an intimate setting. This concert and our stay at the Chopin Boutique was one of the top highlights of my 10 day visit to Poland. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large and quiet. The location is a 5-minute walk from the National Gallery (which is excellent). Stay here and definitely go to the 7pm daily concert, and pay a visit to the National Gallery.

This hotel itself is in the historical building. Do you might think that it is old, but also you can feel the sense of history. It is close to the center so that you don’t need to consider the last train or bus if you like to stay at night for a drink. All staff is English speaker. Breakfast is good and especially coffee is great

Pur avendo soggiornato per due sole notti, per una delle due avevano dimenticato di fare pulizie e non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema, ma solo di fornirmi altre asciugamani. La colazione dolce, di gusto italiano o francese, è molto deludente. la camera, sulla strada, non era assolutamente silenziosa (sabato notte). Ottima la posizione. Nonostante dalla foto si percepisca un'ambientazione romantica che dovrebbe richiamare Chopin, di fatto il B&B si trova in un grosso palazzo di stile sovietico. Le stanze sono arredate con oggetti di modernariato più o meno ben accostati.

A cozy hotel with daily piano concerts (Chopin) at night. The breakfast was great. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The interior was old in a beautiful vintage way. We were thankful for the AC, since it was really hot outside when we were visiting Warsaw. Maybe it's a bit difficult to get into the tiny elevator with a wheelchair. There are some steps (on the stairs) before the elevator as well.
