I understand my issues may not matter to someone else so let me start by saying this is my opinion and my experience may vary… We had a quick layover and just decided to stay close to the airport. I left my check bag to go straight to our final destination and realized I needed some deodorant and maybe a clean shirt. I asked where I could get that upon checkin and was told maybe a mall (that would cost me 35€ to get to… but they had deodorant in their hotel shop. Then I asked for a blanket. She wrote it in her personal notebook but never let anyone know I needed one, so I was back down an hour later all g for it again along with a robe since our room only had one and help with our ac. I typed it in French on Google Translate and that seemed to help. The man who brought us the blanket and robe was kind but couldn’t figure out the ac. So I went back downstairs and asked again and at that point I was told that the ac was off because it was cool now. So I asked if I could get them to open my window and was told no. I understand the hotel shutting off ac but at least give me another option to keep my husband (who runs hot) comfortable and able to sleep. Our toilet wasn’t clean on arrival and the shampoo pump was broken in the shower. I’m not one to complain but the poor treatment from staff and the dirt/broken items are enough to make me find another hotel when I come back to Paris. TL:DR… find another hotel to stay at that values your money.

Shuttle staff were good . Checkout crew were unhelpful and rude . Breakfast was poor. There was no food left when we got there around 7 am. Tables were not cleaned - previous guest plates were all over the place .
