I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers needing to be on time for their flights. In addition to that most of the TV channels weren’t available, and those available keep on stopping every two minutes. It was honestly a bad and disappointing experience especially when guests pay over €400/ night. Please take proper action ASAP. Thank you

Arrived late evening at the hotel to find that they no longer had a room available, despite having made a booking. They just said they had told hotels.com and nothing they could do, they didn't provide any further help or advice and I was left to sleep on a chair in the airport. Hotels.com were very apologetic, the hotel were not apologetic or helpful.
