Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Although the buffet dinner was tasty, the hot dishes were just lukewarm. There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.

Shuttle service was non existent. No hours are given on the site, but when you call it only begins at 6:30 at night to 11:30 at night for pick up at the airport. Buses don’t run frequently. And when I called because I couldn’t find the shuttle (last one of the night), reception basically told me the shuttle was there but he probably left as no one was there. Wouldn’t call the driver as he didn’t have a number. On the morning shuttle to the airport-driver was horrible. Not safe at all. Stayed here thinking I would save money. Cost me more in bus fare and taxi fare and frustration. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

Un 3*** au allure de première classe. Navette aéroport payante, sauna payant, buffet cher et non réapprovisionné après 20:30 notamment en frites. On débarrasse soit même ses assiettes… réveillés à 8:00 par les femmes de ménage qui entrent dans les chambres alors qu’on avait réservé pour 2 nuits. Bref. Pas un 3*** Personnel au top serviable et sympathique au demeurant

Réception fermé à notre arrivée / draps tachés et poilus / pas de serviette même après demande à la réception ( on nous a donné des tapis de bain ) / un des lits n’était pas fait / chasse d’eau défectueuse / un gobelet jeté dans l’évier bref même pour un hôtel de cette gamme c’est très moyen !

J’ ai l’ habitude de me rendre à cet hôtel afin de prendre l’ avion par la suite et cette fois ci n’ est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et du prix payé. La nuit n’ a pas été de tout repos car le matelas semble avoir des trous ce qui ne favorise pas une bonne nuit! Et de ce qui est de la propreté, j’ en suis mécontent ! La chambre et la salle de bain étaient sales! Lavabo pas propre, des traces au sol et le comble des poils! Je suis déçu et j’ attends un retour de votre part

There was a smoke smell in the room, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The toilet sit was dirty. No comfort on the bed. I guess may be that's the price for cheap hotel.

Durante nuestra estancia en el hotel, notamos un fuerte olor desagradable, similar al de aguas residuales. Además, al revisar las toallas encontrábamos un bulto de pelos, lo que nos hizo dudar seriamente de los estándares de limpieza e higiene del lugar. Clean, quiet, close to CDG. Used Uber instead of shuttle, about the same price. Restaurant had decent choices, we didn’t eat there. Nice lounge too. Would’nt hesitate to book again.

Hotel bien situé pour aller prendre l’avion. C’est collé à l’aéroport. Donc forcément la proximité des pistes pourrait faire que le bruit est insupportable, et bien agréablement surpris par l’isolation phonique externe. Par contre pas d’isolation phonique interne, les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines sont tres présents, obligé de sortir les bouchons d’oreille.

Seems to be the annex for the larger hotel next door and not attended for much of the time. My room was very noisy as it was close to the runway. Don't wait for the relevant hotel courtesy bus service - I was advised of over an hour's wait so took a taxi from the airport to the hotel but returned on the frequent local bus, 2123 or 2124. But it did mean I didn't have to get up too early for a lunchtime flight

The hotel itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I took a shuttle to the airport after my stay and realized I left my work laptop computer on the bed. I immediately called, messaged and messaged again. No one would answer or respond to any form of communication. I have been trying to contact for days since returning to the U.S. and no response. I have asked Expedia to help but I still have not heard from anyone. I simply want my computer shipped to me and the shipping paid with my credit card the hotel already has on file. This computer is EXTREMELY important and good customer service would be to help a guest - or at least respond to a message. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to refuse to respond to a guest. Be aware, once you stay here, you'll never be able to reach anyone after you leave. Very disappointed.

Personnel pas accueillant ni organisé, limite agressif! Visite en couple. Réservation du SPA faite mais annulé par l'équipe. A l'accueil , l'agente d'accueil nous informe qu'elle a appelé et sans réponse de notre part, elle a changé l'heure de notre réservation. C'est surtout le ton employé et l'attitude. L'accueil n'est pas un RING!!!

There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.

Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Ce qui fait que je mets de bonne note dans l’ensemble est dû à l’hôtelier d’accueil qui m’a reçu hier soir. Ce monsieur a été très agréable et a l’écoute ce qui a été déterminant. Je souligne également le service de transport , qui pareil ont su m’accueillir et m’accompagner très correctement à l’hôtel. En revanche je ne félicite pas l’équipe que j’ai eu au téléphone. Quand on se sait pas d’ailleurs, je dirai qu’il est mieux de s’abstenir de donner des informations erronées. Entre le premier que j’ai qui m’indique qu’il faut payer le chauffeur de la navette en espèce 8€ À/R. Et celle qui m’explique qu’il faut attendre la navette à la sortie du terminal. J’ai envie de dire, discuter avec vos collègues au lieu de raconter n’importe quoi.

Quiet property away from the row of hotels on the west and south-side of the airport. Rooms are clean and quiet. Interesting and unique restaurants within walking distance. Great place if you have a rental car to return before your flight because you can enter CDG from the east side and avoid the insane traffic enter from the west. Easy and quick access. My new place to stay when I fly out of CDG.

Clean, quiet, close to CDG. Used Uber instead of shuttle, about the same price. Restaurant had decent choices, we didn’t eat there. Nice lounge too. Would’nt hesitate to book again.
