Modern room in old part of town. Delicious breakfast. Lovely staff

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed and bed linens were nice. The extra bed was a good twin mattress. The shower was large and had good water pressure. The air conditioning worked very well and was a welcome relief after coming in from the heat. The balcony was a good size with three comfortable seats. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh meats, cheeses, breads, juice, water, yogurt, toppings, vegetables, cantaloupe, blueberries, and strawberries. The strawberries were a bit hit and were continuously replenished. You could also order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, ham, sausage and potatoes, pancakes, coffee with the option of steamed milk, cappuccino, latte, fresh squeezed carrot and carrot apple juice, etc. Don’t skip the hot breakfast items as they’re prepared quickly and are quite good. They have a machine that pumps out Nutella plus drip coffee and many varieties of hot tea. The breakfast staff are very nice and will bring you more food and drinks. You can choose to sit inside or on the outdoor patio. All floors are accessible by elevator except for the 5th which can be accessed by stairs from the 4th floor. The hotel is centrally located in the old town and is a quick walk to the Top of Innsbruck funicular station and the hotel digital Welcome Card gives you 20% off any time of day. You just need to go to the ticket counter and show your digital card to the clerk. There are numerous dining options very close to the hotel and there’s also a restaurant on site.

This was a very nice higher end hotel right down in Old Town for a decent price. They were very helpful also as when I made the reservation I only made it for one person instead of for a couple so they found a larger room with a slightly increased price but that was fine. The breakfasts were fantastic and the location is just what you want. Very nice modern hotel in a very old building.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff members were exceptional from the reception ordering a taxi to Monica ensuring we had croissants “to go” on the way to the train station at 6 am! I highly recommend this hotel. Great location and beautiful rooms.
