The hotel is in heart of the Innsbruck historic district. It is a very well kept property with extremely good customer service. All the good food places were an easy walk. Bedding was good and internet was decent speed for a free hotel connection. The best was good parking arrangement with a partner hotel that made life easy for us.

Very nice hotel close to the city center. The room furniture and beds were good. The bath room was fine, but we struggled a bit with the tap of the sink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mostly good, but they were out of bread rolls one of the days (and we were there fairly early). Only real drawback is the parking that is located at a few minutes walking distance.

This location is convenient to the old town area and was clean and modern. There was no safe way to unload luggage.. had to park on the street across from the hotel and take your suitcases across a busy street, also ther was on site parking. Had topark at a sister hotel. There was no on site staff after 10 PM.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, está próximo ao centro histórico, restaurante e lojas. O único inconveniente foi a chegada ao hotel. Não se pode parar com o carro na frente, somente do outro lado da rua e se você seguir em frente ganhará uma multa, que foi o que aconteceu conosco. Fomos inclusive parados pela polícia austríaca. Fora isso, o quarto está todo renovado, banheiro e cama bons. Café excelente com variedade incrível de frutas e pães. O hotel não tem estacionamento mas indica um parking próximo.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Property is in a great location to everything in old town. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A really wide variety of options to eat. Also parking is quite easy just a few blocks away and with a discounted rate through the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel at the heart of Innsbruck Old Town. A very friendly and young smiling lady, dressed in traditional Tyrolean dress, helped us with a quick check-in. The Superior Double Room we stayed in on the 4th floor was very large, had a great view, and was tastefully decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh options. The hotel was thoroughly clean as expected and service was professional.

I would highly recommend this hotel! It was in such a convenient area and a clean and safe environment! The shower is awesome!! If you’re ever in Innsbruck you should look it up! Walking distance to the old town and all the shops and restaurants!

we stayed in a luxury room, nice and modern rooms and reception, but think the hallways let this hotel down as they were very dingy and depressing. Only complaint about our room was the lack of drawer storage for underwear or such items, way too many glasses in the room this space could be better used for the drawers. also the the toilet is a bit cramped and the door to the toilet and the bathroom itself are in very awkward places if there is someone using the sink, very ill placed, i feel the door to the bathroom is not needed as it glass anyway.

This hotel fit the bill on many fronts . . location, great breakfast facility, really nice front staff, comfortable bed. , free transportation to the airport just a few blocks away. The only thing I did not particularly like was the bathroom design which had glass walls to the sleeping area. . . not at all private.

AC was not working. The manager is terrible and did not even believe or wanted to listen to any complaints. The staff is ok. For this price, this hotel is hyped. I would not recommend this !!

Excellent facility, helpful staff, good and varied breakfast options. A cozy lobby bar was present but did not appear to be open. The only unusual aspect was the desk was unmanned and doors locked overnight beginning at 10 pm. It would be a big problem if one misplaced their chip key.

Great modern boutique hotel in the heart of the city center. It’s an easy walk to shopping and dining. We walked from train station to hotel in 15 min but took free bus back in less than 5 minutes. Spacious room, comfortable bed, super clean. Breakfast buffet had best fruit selection we’ve seen in a long time. Staff was very friendly and helpful and language barriers were non existent! Fantastic stay!

We loved staying here while in Innsbruck. Staff welcoming & helpful. (Communicate fluently in German or English) Our room was spacious & clean. We overlooked a busy street but with the windows closed noises were blocked. (Usually AC is not a concern for us but it was warmer than average in September so we actually used it at night) Great location! Around the corner to a street leading to old town and around the opposite corner to catch two local buses (at Maria-Theresien Str stop) we wanted to utilize. Breakfast was included with our rate and offered many coffee drinks, tea, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs & more. The breakfast staff also excellent.
